I have unfortunately had a few vehicles needing repairs after an accident. I was referred to Caliber Collision through my vehicle insurance company. Once I worked with them the first time, I decided I wasn't working with anyone else. Caliber Collision is a top quality business that has customer service as their primary priority. No joke, they are tight! I am a 32 year military veteran, and work ethic, attention to detail , and effective communication are very important to me. Caliber Collision checks all the boxes. The communication is off the charts. I received a text if someone walked by my vehicle. There was no point during the process that I couldn't report to someone who asked me about my car, exactly what stage the process was in, or what something costs, or any changes in projected time frames for finishing. Caliber Collision worked with my rental car company and my insurance company flawlessly as if if they were all co-workers in the same company. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone reading this review. Seriously, they are outstanding. Simply a stress free and pleasant experience when your anxiety about your vehicle damage is at a high level. Go see them. Shelby and Amanda are awesome.

Customer service second to non! Amanda & Shelby took care of me & the manager is an awesome guy!!! I didn't care for how long it took, BUT I would definitely use them again ! The pictures reflect the damage & the repair picture is posted!

Caliber collision were amazing!! Gracie kept me informed every step of the way while my Jeep was being repaired. Great customer service and very professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision to get a repair. I was referred through my insurance. They are very professional and they did an amazing job. Outstanding customer service. I couldn t have asked for better service. I am very pleased and happy with the results. I will definitely recommend to others.

No other shop in State Farm coverage could get my car in for atleast 2 months. I called them and it was in the next day.. Had it back in two weeks! Simply put....Above and Beyond. From the initial visit and the awesome customer service from the young lady at the front desk, to Gracie, who thoroughly explained what repairs were done to my car. The girls who work up front was fantastic!! Very friendly and kept us updated on everything. The technicians done a great job and had our vehicle ready when they said they would. Highly recommend them. That s where my vehicle will go for anything needed!!

John and his staff are very courteous, professional, and punctual. I have had the pleasure of having my vehicles fixed a few times at this location, and would not take my vehicles any other place. They provide constant updates without me having to call and ask. Everyone at the location was helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location to any and everyone. If you want things done right the first time, and want a professional environment from start to finish, head over and let John and his team take care of you! You won't be disappointed!

I was extremely impressed with the work they did on my corvette! The communication was wonderful. We never had to ask for updates because they were always keeping us in the loop of the progress. Even with the extended turn times for parts that all auto places are experiencing, they completed the work quickly. And when our insurance stopped paying for the rental car, they helped to make sure we weren't without a vehicle. The work they did made the vehicle look brand new.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Feels like a new car cleaned the inside and brung it to my job top fluids 3 days o swear maybe 4. Balanced the tire air pressure. This is my second car getting fixed hella fast from then dont matter the location

Excellent experience start to finish. They got us in quickly and the repairs were finished much earlier than expected. The whole process felt so smooth and the communication was just above and beyond. The staff was fantastic and we felt so taken care of during such a frustrating time. Would recommend 10/10!

I had to have my 2017 Toyota RAV4 put in the shop due to an 18 wheeler tire doing much damage to the front of my vehicle. I would like to say that I had a great experience with caliber collision in Concord North Carolina. They did an excellent job keeping me updated on the progress of my work. They also made it easy for me to drop my car off and have a rental company pick me up to get another vehicle. I would give them more stars if it was possible, they did a great job, and I am very pleased with the work they did.

Lloyd (Owner/Franchisee) is not only a wonderful people-person, he is very good at what he does. He was able to see and explain to me what work would possibly need to be done on my car by just looking at it. I was kept updated through out the whole process via text message. Then, dropping off the rental and picking up my own car (even taking out and uninstalling a HUGE carseat) went quickly. If I EVER (Praying I won't!) need a body shop again, I'll come back to Caliber Collision in Concord! Our car now looks BETTER than when we bought it!

Received damage to a vehicle during a storm (hit a tree that had fallen across roadway). Repairs were performed and other damages that was not noticed initially, were discovered to the suspension during initial repairs. These were fixed as well, updates were via text or phone calls everytime there was a change (ie...work has started, other damage was discovered,etc...). They even cleaned the interior of my ride...yes it was dirty, but that wasn't any of the damage.Excellent customer service, thank you.

Great people here in Concord NC. They keep you informed what's going on while your vehicle is in their shop. I needed a hood replacement an estimate time was 7/28 got a call a week early to pick up my car.

This was easily the best experience I've ever had at a body shop. Gracie was amazing there, and kept me updated on everything going on with my car. The check out process was super simple, and they even handle getting your rental car back to Enterprise (if you have one). My car was looked almost new when I picked it up (and it's 6 years old). I picked up my Silverado 6-16-2023. I should have looked all over. My fault but truck white had black marks all over it. Inside in the back loaded with power substance It took me at least 1 and 1/2 hours more I went more there was. Very hard to vacuum substance out,good vacuum also. One part they put a sticker on is rough edge Sorry wish I took pictures But this is all I can tell you. Service is good
