Angel was just that sent from God. My father has dementia and he was attentive and respectful. He had to correct issues and did so with great results. Cannot recommend enough. Quality service and very reasonable pricing. Thank you

Brought my son's car there for repair and was very impressed! Friendly owner and professional and knowledgeable auto technicians! Repair was done same day at a extremely fair price! Will always be using this repair shop, highly recommend!!!

Honest mechanic with fair prices. Angel is very professionnel and will take his time explaining what's going on with your vehicle in a way you can understand. I highly recommend this auto repair shop, great experience and service. I've had quite a few negative experience dealing with mechanics in the past. I would drive out of my way to get my car to Brothers Auto Shop.

Hands down the best guys in the business. They are honest, fair, upfront and get the work done. We have been going to brothers for over 10 years after several bad experiences with other Auto Repair Shops. I have nothing but praise for them- we followed them when they moved from right outside of harrisburg to downtown concord. If you need work done dont bother looking around- the best it right here!! Highly recommend Brothers Auto!

The team members at Brother's are knowledgeable, and they are exceptional at communicating. This was important to us because they gave us a very understandable initial analysis, then a very transparent diagnosis and excellent advice for future expectations. They were very quick and stuck to their timeline. I have complete trust in their honesty, knowledge and skills.

Finally found a mechanic and shop I will bring my car too from now on. Love their service and they are reasonably priced. They will talk to you about what's wrong with the car and if you even need to get it fixed or replaced to save you money. I appreciate they give me options and don't treat me like I know nothing. I highly recommend and have been to my friends and family.

My check engine light came on in the middle of a road trip, and I was in a time crunch. From my first call to the shop with Angel, I could tell their customer service was great! They diagnosed the car the same day I brought it in and were finished with the work the next day. My final bill ended up being a little cheaper than originally expected, they called me with updates and once it was done, then also sent me a text notifying me the car was done and with my final bill. Just honest people and lovely to talk to. Highly recommend! I only wish I lived here so I could come back to them in the future!

The staff at Brothers is awesome! I have been taking my daughters car to Brothers for the past 4 years and they are nothing less than fantastic! I bought my daughter another car and 5 days later it cut off on her. I had the car towed directly to Brothers and Angel and his team worked on the car for two days trying to figure out the issue and in the end charged me way less than he could have. After realizing the engine was gone, the dealership was coming to pick up the car for return and Angel went the extra mile to remove all of my daughters personal belongings from the car knowing she would not be able to get there in time to retrieve the items herself. Angel has always been honest and more than reasonable with pricing and I highly recommend Brothers to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic!!!

We had to have my husband's car towed there in the middle.of the night because of a blown alternator. The guys there were super helpful the next morning. They really worked hard to get the new alternator in by end of day. They kept in contact all day. When it was finished I was expecting a giant bill and it was actually reasonable. They told us the battery was on its last legs. They ran our car for a few hours and monitored the battery. He called back to tell me that they did everything possible to limp the battery through but it wouldn't hold a charge. He was genuinely concerned it would leave us stranded. So he replaced it as well. Again totally reasonable prices. I absolutely recommend them and will be taking my cars there in the future for service. Honest mechanics are hard to find.

I've been taking my car to Brothers Auto for several years now and can honestly say they are best shop in town. Wouldn't trust any other mechanics with my vehicle. They are honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced and their work speaks for itself. If you need work done on your vehicle you can rest assure you will get quality work for a great price. It's so hard to trust mechanics now a days because often times they will try to take advantage. Not these guys they are awesome! Five stars all the way.

Incredible work and amazing turnaround time. I'd recommend Angel and his team to anyone. Very honest and genuine. We immediately dropped off another car to have him service as well. Great local business.

I've been coming here for around 5 years and I posted a 5-star review back in 2016 when I was a new-er customer.I'm happy to let people know that after several more years, and several more trips, I fully stand behind my 5-star review!! These guys are hands-down one of the best, most straight-forward, reasonably priced auto shops in the area. If your fix can be done some place else cheaper (like, at the dealer if still under warranty), they'll tell you. They 100% stand behind their work. They installed a new part with a rubber boot on my car and a week later, I noticed grease coming out of a tiny pin-hole in the boot. They replaced it immediately at absolutely no charge and a pin-hole like this could only come from the factory that made the part or the local distributor - it's not something they could have messed up.For those who keep track of this, if there are two ways to diagnose something - let's say a faster, easier, but less reliable way that uses a cheaper piece of equipment, and a slower, more involved, but more accurate way that uses an expensive piece of equipment - they'll use the more accurate way and they'll charge you slightly less than other area shops usually charge for the quick, easy way.Great management from a friendly, very experienced mechanic named Angel who constantly makes sure they are providing honest, high-quality work and the steady flow of customers, constantly full parking lot, and consistently high reviews all prove this is a solid, trustworthy mechanic.At the time of this review, the owner himself answers the phone so it's worth it to call, or come by, and get a quote or ask them about your issue before you take it elsewhere. If no one answers during office hours, call back in 5-10min - he WILL pick up and talk to you.

Brother Auto Repair is very trustworthy and I feel confident in their work. I recommend them to anyone who needs automotive work and also new/used tires. They are honest, do excellent work, and do not cheat people. Roberto and his sons are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. I would never dare to take my car to any other shop! Thank you for always taking care of my car needs!

Angel is a very honest and great business man. It s always the hardest to find a mechanic that is trustworthy. I had a situation where a other mechanic who I had been going to for over a year did some terrible work on my car. Angel looked at it and physically showed me what he was talking about. I ve never had ANY mechanic actually show me what they re talking about. He had recommended taking back to that mechanic but the mechanic I had been going to wouldn t take responsibility for their work. Angel did a fantastic job on my car and I ll always be coming to him for my car needs. I would never take my business to anyone else. He has the philosophy of treat others the way that you would treat yourself. Thanks so much Angel for what you did. Any car problems that you are having, I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

This family owned business is a hidden jewel. They're knowledgeable about all foreign and domestic cars. There prices are better than most shops and all of the car dealerships.There's no job too small or too large. Now they don't do body work and alignments.But overall they can work with any budget just be upfront with them.I only take my cars here and the dealership!I truly love this shop!

My care needed the fuel pump to be replaced & another repair shop had quoted much more than I could pay so we took my car to Brother Auto Repair and their service was excellent! The mechanics there spoke to us and throughly explained the situation with my car. They were very honest & reasonable in regards to price. I recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car!

These guys are honest, they do excellent work and they provide excellent customer service! I have been taking my cars here for 14 years. Tried other places only because they were closer ro home but now I ONLY trust Brother to work on my cars. Driving a few extra miles to these guys is worth it! I wish I could review them more than once but I couldn't so I just updated my old review from 3 years ago

A great mechanic is worth his weight in gold. Apparently my car had been firing only 2 cylinders rather than 4. A simple fix of a new ignition coil pack and my car is as good as new. Another mechanic probably would have told me I needed a new transmission. If you are in the Concord/Harrisburg area, I highly recommend Brother Auto Repair off of Hwy 49 at Stough Rd. Quick and honest service every time!I will never go anywhere else! Incredible people!

I've been dealing with them for years, but haven't had any issues for a while fortunately enough. But this weekend realized my electric plug tow unit was not working on my new truck. Called a few places and everyone was telling me it had to go to the dealer, and we all know they rob you. Took it up to brothers auto and they fixed it no problem granted it wasn't easy to diagnose but they figured it out and fix it for a fraction of what the dealer was quoting. They are the nicest most honest mechanics I've ever done business with also with the best prices too. I would recommend them for any car service needs.

After experiencing poor service at the big box service centers, I have found a home for my 03 Mustang GT. Father/son (Angel), treated me with complete respect, listened to my vehicle concerns, and after repairs, went above, and beyond the norm, to fully evaluate with me, what had been repaired, and what I should keep abreast of moving forward. They have earned my business and I am thankful for their too notch service.

These guys do it right the first time and at a fair price. I have been going to this shop for almost two years and have never had a problem. I usually call to make an appointment or find out when would be a good time to bring in my car ..... I prefer to avoid the busy times. People looking for good service, professional workmanship and a pleasant stress free interaction,,,,, you will find it here. They have saved me thousands of dollars based on diagnostic reports that I got from the dealer. (and that is really important to me). The guys are usually pleasant respectful and honest about what needs to be done right away,.....and what is not necessary. I will continue taking my three cars to this shop..

Simply stated - these guys are the best in town! I've never fully trusted a mechanic until we took our vehicle to Brother Auto Repair. They've never tried to upsale us and have always delivered on their word. We have taken our vehicles to them many times now, and I refuse to go anywhere else - even if it means waiting a few extra days to set an appointment. Honest, trustworthy, and professional.

I have just made my first trip to Brother Auto Repair. Before picking a shop, I searched on-line and read the reviews of most of the local shops. Not only the reviews but I took note of the number of people that took the time to write the reviews. After my visit I was also inspired to write this review. Hands down they are the nicest people to deal with for car repair. I have been fighting a problem for about a year and I have had others look at my 2002 Tahoe. Brothers listened, they took my car in, evaluated it, called me for approval, ordered the parts and had it ready to pick up in one day. I am a car guy so I really enjoyed it when I picked my vehicle up they explained to me what was wrong and what they did to fix the problem. They have earned my respect and my future business. a BIG THANK YOU goes out to Brother Auto Repair.

The Gentleman that owns this garage is quite talented, very professional and most importantly he is Honest and Fair. I travel 20 minutes, passing literally half a dozen+ auto repair shops because I know I will receive a fair and honest job. If more businesses (of all kinds, not just auto-repair) operated with the integrity of Brother Auto Repair, we would be better off as a community.I needed tires, I said to just change the set of four. Following a detailed inspection of the tires, valves and sidewalls, he said that he would replace them, but pointed out that the back tires were in better than fair condition and would be completely safe for a minimum of 20,000 more miles (obviously barring any "tire-trauma"). Honesty over the quick $.

One of the harder things in life is to find a mechanic that you feel is trustworthy and fairly priced. I have found that with with Angel and Roberto. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate even the smallest issues. They are professional, yet very friendly. They operate on the system of integrity and hard work. I highly recommend them! So much so, that I even send my own teenage sons there without me because I know that Angel and Roberto will conduct business with them in the same manner as if they were dealing with me. They will ALWAYS be our go to mechanics!

I have been to a number of auto repair shops in the greater Charlotte area, and Brother Auto Repair blows all the other shops out of the water. My experience with Angel was fantastic--he makes it clear that the client's best interest is at the forefront of his mind which results in him being transparent with his report...down to every detail of the vehicle. Great customer service!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Angel is a man of his word. INTEGRITY. The true measure of a man and his business is not necessarily what they do right, but what they do about it when something goes wrong. I had an alternator replaced. The alternator ended up defective and had an early failure 2 days later. (Not his fault). He got another alternator and replaced it same day at no charge.One month later I am driving to Wilmington and the AC quit working. I took it to a shop down there to have it worked on. The mechanic asked if I had alternator replaced recently. He said that a bolt had been stripped on the compressor when reinstalling after taking it off. (Have to remove compressor to get to alternator). This caused AC line to crack over time and lose freon. The bill was over $1000 to repair.Now no one is perfect and mistakes will happen. When I contacted Angel he told me to bring a copy of the bill. When I did he immediately cut me a check for the full price of the repair with no hassle. He said that when things go wrong he truly wants to make it right. He is a man of integrity and keeps his word.

A true, caring and honest mechanic shop. These guys are the absolute best at what they do. They put they heart and soul into what they do and they try and get your car back to you the same day. They let you know what they can and can't do. They will try their best to help you in anyway that, they can but being honest and fair. I am so blessed that I have found these guys. I am so blessed and thankful to have a true mechanic that is going to fo their job and do it right the first time. I thank my mom for referring me and I will most definitely be referring others!!!!
