We have truly had a wonderful top notch experience at Blue Compass RV in Concord NC. We made a deal to trade in our 2021 RV for a slightly larger and newer 2024 at the Charlotte RV show last week with Amanda from sales. They worked with us a in my opinion did a deal that made sense for a trailer we truly liked. She was thorough and direct , didn t feel like we were dealing with a used car salesperson. If she didn t know the answer, she found someone that did. When we agreed on the general parameters of the deal, she handed us off to Josh in finance. He was friendly and direct as well. Within minutes we agreed (even a better price) and signing paperwork. Both Josh and Amanda met us at the dealership on day of pickup and again made the whole process effortless and painless on our part. We then worked with Ron on our walkthrough. Ron definitely knows his way around a RV. Ron showed me everything including 1 or 2 items I was unaware even existed. Ron stayed with us during the entire walk thru process even assisting with the switching and installation of items from our old RV.Top notch team that has made this a very enjoyable experience for both my wife and myself.

We recently traded in our 2017 camper and bought a new 2024 camper. We have had a great experience with the sales and service team in our trade in and purchase process. This is our first experience with Blue Compass and so far we have worked with professional and friendly staff there. Jade was our sales representative and has been so knowledgeable and professional. She has worked with us diligently to answer all our questions concerning the search for the right camper for us, the trade in process, and the purchase of the new camper. She has always been prompt and available for any of our pre and post sale questions. Josh helped us with the financial paperwork and made the process very streamline and easy to understand. The service department handled the prep and demo of our new camper. They were very friendly and answered any questions we had. We are excited to start our travels in our new camper!

Ty was an amazing help when searching for our 1st travel trailer. He listened to our needs, offered suggestions, gave personalized service, but wasn t pushy, and was very communicative during the search process. He even made sure to stop by during our demo and pick up appointments and was pretty awesome with some of the last minute details needed for a new owner! To make it even better, Craig, the manager, was available, thoughtful, fair, and helpful throughout. We re very pleased with our purchase and experience!

Just looking. Didn't buy. Talk to Anthony Stanley if you go. What a great guy! He knows his stuff. Primarily looked at the Entegra Vision 36C and 36A. Referencing the photos - 36A is the one with bunks (they are for short peeps) and barely any inside storage. 36C has great inside storage but no bunks.

Pitiful service, no quality assurance to ensure repairs are made as stated prior to calling customer. Takes months to resolve simple issues. Failure to return calls.You would be better off trusting a pack a raccoons hopped up on cocaine to rebuild the engine in your RV before trusting that this place could change your wiper blades.

BEWARE!! We bought a BRAND NEW RV here in December. First time we camped we found WATER AND MOLD under the mattress in the cab bunk!! MULTIPLE other problems. It now has to be picked up and driven BACK TO INDIANA for Warranty Work that will include taking off the entire cab!! Not to mention the hundreds of miles added onto the engine to get it there and back!! We should have known better. We spent 2 nights in a hotel in Charlotte because it wasn't "ready" for walkthru. Then walk thru was performed by someone that had never even DONE a walkthru because "walk thru guy" was sick!! We drove it off the lot and an alarm went off!! Turned around and went back to lot. Found out the auto levelers weren't installed properly!! Back to the hotel. What a nightmare, and now this!! $115,000 later....stay away from this place!!

We had a great time coming to blue compass for our first RV. Amaya is awesome she is so knowledgeable and easy to deal with, if you ask a question she doesn't know the answer to she finds someone right away to answer it. But there wasn't much that she didn't already know. She is so pleasant and easy to deal with. She also made herself available to answer any questions or concerns even after the sale..

Buying an RV here has been the worst and most expensive experience of my life. I was lied to so comprehensively by the sales staff that 5 months later I am still trying to deal with all the problems that i was assured my coach didnt have. Do not under any circumstances trust these thieves. Not a single aspect of my experience here was, in hindsight, good.

DO NOT buy from here unless you are ready to have your camper in service for months. They were great when we put purchased our brand new $35,000 Jayco unit. Once I brought it back due to several issues including the door that flew open when we pulled it off the lot, they were no help at all. Didn't want to fix any of the issues. After being in service for a total of 11 out of the 16 months that we've had it I was done!! It leaked the 2nd time we camped in it , and they would not repair the damage. DO NOT purchase the warranty they try to force you to buy. It doesn't cover anything!!! Our unit is still under warranty but yet we are having to pay out of pocket for water damage due to the unit leaking! We have a huge gap between the beside table and the wall where it wasn't built properly and they will not fix it. You can see to the outside when the pass through door is open. So many other issues that they will not fix. I've been waiting over a year for money to be credited back to the bank for the warranty that was refunded. Nobody will return my call. The worst customer service!!!

One of the best RV dealerships to go to! I was immediately greeted with great hospitality. You can tell the sales team there had a lot of knowledge on their products, which is great. Brian, the GM, was amazing. Great personality and does what he can to make sure you leave they re happy ! Thank you for the experience!

These people are crooks .. we are still funding defects in all the work they did on our RV.. their service department and management are awful and rude.. Among other things we had done, we had all black out blinds replaced and they were put on backwards.. How the hell can you call yourselves professionals when u can t get that right!! Our floors look awful they broke all the baseboard.. Horrible place!! $25,000 and it s all terrible.. No one has gotten back to us and it s been 6 months.. Maybe a lawsuit is in order to get it done right!!!!

What a wonderful experience, especially being first time Travel Trailer owners. Staff was wonderful. The gentlemen that walked us through our TT just knew his business. His experience showed. Very detailed oriented and we appreciate it. The gal that we filled out paperwork with was just as personable. Even one of the gentleman working there saw me taking pictures and walked over and offered to take our picture. We were asked at least twice by other staff if we needed any help or coffee. We just thank you so very much!

Bad sales support and service. Purchased a brand new 2023 east to west and has been in the shop 10 times. Takes forever to get followup responses. They re not able to fix issues or they provide inaccurate information. Tried to work with them to buy another one but never hear back from 3 sales people. All they want is more money down after I ve already spend money on the first unit and countless trips back and forth to their service center.

The service department said they would keep my RV plugged in and they didn t which ruined my batteries, burned up my gps and radio! All my food was ruined as well. Know I have to get the Attorney General s office involved. Be cautious doing business with Blue Compass RV.

Wendell at Blue Compass RV is Pleasure to deal with. Having to deal with a major event to get our are RV back on the road, he is very attentive to our situation and since we do not live in the area and are dealing with this from far away he makes you feel that everything is under control and going to be addressed. After shopping around for a little while I had the good fortune of reaching out to RV one in Charlotte. From the very first return text message I knew this was where I wanted to do business. Incredibly fantastic customer service from our salesman Eric Martin made it not only an easy but a fun experience. We had other RV dealers much closer to us but the customer service, personal attention as well as great prices ( best deal we found for our RV ) made the four hour drive well worth it for us. If you re even thinking about purchasing an RV any size from teardrop to diesel do yourself a favor and reach out to Eric at RV One in Charlotte. We are truly very happy campers for sure.

Purchased a travel trailer from RV One for the first time. Totally impressed with the staff and spotless showroom. TJ, Brian, Josh, Jamie & Emily all valued my time and made my experience seamless. What put this review over the top to five stars were the extra efforts by Quinn & Gabe to explain the camper's operation and get us set-up for use. Thanks RVOne!

Had an absolutely amazing buying experience from Golden Gait Trailers. I drove about 2 1/2 hours to be able to pick up this trailer specifically from them. I m glad I was able to do business with GGT and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

My husband and I stopped by and ended up buying the motorhome of our dreams! It was suggested we look at a motorhome that was traded in while we were there. The 2019 Entegra Reatta 37mb was beautiful but did not satisfy our "must have" list. However RV One Charlotte manager Adam impressed us with a tour of the facility- it is a full service organization with an outstanding team capable of creating the RV of your dreams! We decided to buy it although with some trepidation as we had never been involved with any kind of major refurbishment. We are thrilled with the result! We would like to expressly THANK ERIC MARTIN whose outstanding customer service deserves recognition. He worked very hard to fulfill all our requests which required excellent communication and organization skills with multiple departments within the dealership. He personally overlooked and coordinated the work and maintained excellent communication with us despite the frustrations of working in a high demand business during COVID. Due to an injury and necessary total hip replacement I went through during this time, RV One kept our beauty on premises until all the work was completed to satisfaction. Eric went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. We will be customers for life!!

Everything was great until we signed the papers then no one will return you calls regardless of how many messages you leave for Brain the manager or Josh the finance person. DO NOT BUY the WARRANTIES they find a way not to cover anything. Poor service after the sale

After looking at RVs all over NC for a year we bought this 2016 Palomino Puma Unleashed 359-thks from RV one in Charlotte/Concord NC. It checks off 90% of our wants & needs, and knew right away we wouldn't find one better suited for us. (Will be full-timers come November 2021). RV One was wonderful! We had a financial situation going on where we had a lot of things happening all at once (bought a Dodge Ram 6.7L Diesel, we were in the process of closing on selling our home, and a few other things) and so we needed to put a deposit on it so it could be held while we wrapped up one or two things. We thought we were going to need 30-45 days to get things in place, after our sale's man (Jason) spoke to the finance manager (Josh) they were more than willing to hold it there for us for the extended amount of time. However, things fell in place much quicker than we expected and a week later we were ready to pay for it and pick it up. We wanted a few things added on (Reese Gooseneck, back up camera) and when we called to tell them we would be ready much quicker they got things rolling quickly. 1 week later it was ready to be picked up.We were very pleased with the service manager (Cedric) throughout the entire process as well. He kept in contact with us and even price matched a part we were getting installed (which was a few $100 less than their original price). In addition to that, when we came to pick it up we got a very thorough walkthrough from a kind, patient, and professional young man named Isaac. We had rented RVs in the past (that were already parked and ready to use) and had been researching it for about a year, but we are still newbies. We explained that to Isaac and he was happy to oblige our questions and concerns. He was so patient with us.Oh... Side note, as we were doing our walk-through Jason was inside gathering together a helpful getting started kit as a very kind gesture. (A sewage hose with the kit for different size connections, a water pressure regulator, tsp for the toilet, and some RV toilet paper) It was a really nice surprise! So thoughtful. I do not know if this is something they do with every purchase or not. Either way, we appreciated it very much!!We were so incredibly pleased with their customer service and their product that when/if we trade this one in we want to work with them again. I would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Haley is a very rude person and so see the financial manager they just hung up when I was trying to explain to them they about the contract line 5 sales taxes and license fee and title was to be in the check for secretary of state . They trying to tell me it's only sales taxes whatever u like to ripe people off for more money will never buy from them again

I am so glad I went with RVone to purchase my Class C! I had the best experience working with Jason. The two hour walk through with the technician Cory was a huge relief as I had never been inside an RV before deciding to purchase! I would absolutely recommend, especially compared to the initial service I received at another RV dealer. RV one really is the best at what they do!

Cedric that works in parts is the best blew wheel seal and needed parts and someone to come out and fix promblem he recommended someone he knew and they came out that day and fixed it highly recommend.
