My A/C went out in November so I took my 2019 SUV in for service. Lori Turner was my service advisor and she told me that my extended warranty with Allstate would not cover the cost to diagnose it if a hard part could not be pinpointed for repair. They put in dye and refrigerant to try to find the leak but could not find it. They told me to pick it up, drive it around for a few weeks and then bring it back in if the A/C still didn t work. I paid $694.04 for that visit but Lori said that I may be able to get reimbursed by Allstate if I bring my vehicle back within a short period of time and they find the broken part. Three weeks later and my car is back at the dealership. This time, they can see dye leaking from the evap core. Ben Mynatt keeps my car for several days, orders parts, takes my dashboard apart, replaces the broken hard part, puts everything back together, fills up the refrigerant and files the claim with Allstate. When Lori called me to tell me my car was ready for pick up, I asked her why the $694.04 from my first visit wasn t part of the claim since the refrigerant they refilled into my system in November is a direct result of a hard part that needed to be replaced in December (and was ultimately covered by Allstate). She deflected and focused on how Allstate was covering the refrigerant fill this time, since it had all leaked out in the previous 3 weeks. I asked her again when I was at the service counter, paying my bill and she said that her hands were tied about the matter and that I would have to take it up with Allstate to get any kind of reimbursement. I paid my $100 deductible and the rest ($2473.72) was covered by Allstate.Afterwards, I called Allstate and was informed that my extended warranty policy only covers one diagnostic fee and one refrigerant fill for the claim, which was paid out to Ben Mynatt in December. Allstate would not be able to pay an additional diagnostic fee and refrigerant fill (directly to me) since they already paid them on the claim that Ben Mynatt filed.I call Lori and question her again about why I am still out the $694.04 when the service department failed to find the leak in November, resulting in the December visit. She talked in circles, again, about how difficult it is to work with extended warranty companies, how Allstate won t pay for diagnostics if a hard part isn t broken, and how the service department needed to put dye into the refrigerant in November to diagnose the issue (which is somehow separate from the diagnostic fee associated with my December visit). Bottom line: she won t be doing anything to reverse the November charges. If the service department had been proficient in finding the leak in the first place in November, then this would not have been dragged out for weeks, and I would not have had to pay several hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. Instead, Ben Mynatt has charged me 2 diagnostic fees with 2 refrigerant fills for the same issue, and mismanaged the claim to Allstate.

If I could give 0 stars I would because they refused to service my truck. I brought my truck in for service and oil change and was rudely informed that they no longer do oil changes there anymore and only work on issues with the check engine light.

I chose Ben Mynatt to replace my AC Delco battery.They sent me to the jiffy lube building. This was a terrible experience. I expressed my concerns and was told to call Robert Shipp. I left a message for Robert Shipp but still have not received a return call.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Took my car in due to a transfer case failure. Drew and Chris were very professional and polite. Drew was my main service advisor. He continued to give me updates on my vehicle while waiting for the part to come in. Big thank you to Drew and Chris.

Had problems with my dash lights not working, would work intermittently, mostly during the day but not at night. So decided to have them look at it, said they needed to order part. After about 4-5 days the part came in, they fixed it, got it next day. When I took it home some of the instruments were not lit up, called them, brought it back. Dropped it off on Tuesday to get looked at. Walked home 3.9 miles on Union Cemetary rd couldn t get a ride, no sidewalks. They called me on Thursday asking if I had been having trouble with the engine, NO it was running like a gem when I brought it in, She said it s not now, think it has a cracked head or something else serious. Might need new engine they said they could look at it under scope that would be $110.00 plus tax. I d already spent over $700.00 for electrical that didn t get done right. Told them I d be over to pick it up. My son took me over to pick it up, when he started it it sputtered then started running kind of ok, so we thought we could get it home 3.9 miles, we were wrong, smoke was bellowing out of the exhaust, engine said extremely hot shutting down. Let it cool a little finally drove the rest of the way home. They didnt bother to tell us we shouldn t drive it, it might be out of coolant. That doesn t really seem the right way to run a business. Guess I need to speak to the owner of dealership.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

This is one of several horror stories I have about Ben Mynat service department. They just don't care if they fix your truck or car at all. Just give them lots of money.Five miles after $1900 I had to have it towed back. A whole week without my truck. Never offered me any type of car, had to about beg for a ride home. Wish there was another Cadillac dealer in my town. Too long to get into the whole story.

The service at this place has been the most horrible experience for me. If there were negative stars I could give to this place, I would. Drew at the service department has no idea of what he talks about; and on top of that rude and unprofessional. I took my car for electrical problems on my 2015 Chevy Cruze, charged 175 for a piece of cable that didn t fix anything and was adamant on replacing the battery when clearly it wasn t the issue as I had tested it before going there at a different shop. This place is filled with incompetent and clueless people who ll charge you over the roof charges and still won t fix your problems.AVOID this place at any costs.

Most horrible experience of my life. I have never dealt with such a group of unintelligent people in my life. I am sending a tow truck to pick up my vehicle in hope of getting better customer service and service. I wouldn't recommend a match box car to be serviced here. David Morrison was a joke and shouldn't be looking at any vehicles. If I could rate it negative stars I would. Don't get ripped off stay away.

The shop is performing quality work. They will try to up sell and there scheduling promises were wrong every time I went there. My car was never ready as promised.However, their quick lube station is fast and efficient.

The detailing department did a great job. They made my SUV look like it was brand new again. They didn't miss a spot. I would definitely get it done there again.

My vehicle was brought in for an oil change to the dealership Quick Lube. After a wait they brought the truck around. My husband drove it to work which is quite the drive and begin to notice loss of power and ting noises in the engine. When got the vehicle home and let the engine cool, we check the oil it was very far over and oil was all over the engine. WE call the manager at the quick lube - they agreed to tow it in. They then send it over the chevy service department to complete a new oil change. Meanwhile we realize they gave us someone else's receipt that we paid for instead of our own - however the ticket had our mileage. Hope they didn't put 8 qts of oil in that traverse on that ticket - wow! So the quick lube manager brushes us off on the chevy service manager. WE will told that they would do a test drive with my husband after the oil was changed. Instead we received a call that the car was broken down on the test drive - the transmission went out. They tell us that's unrelated and not their problem. They corrected the oil change. Then they push us off on the GMC service department and tell us our truck is 3k miles over the warranty and the bill is ours. Thankfully Ethan at GMC is working with the manufacturer to help foot the bill even though this is a problem that just landed in his lap - however the other departments offer no apology and act as if my concerns are unwarranted. I have had 2 mechanics tell me there are concerns anytime a vehicle is driven with too much oil that carry over later down the road - invisible at this point. Needless to say, I"m disappointed in the Quick Lube and Chevy service department.Not to mention when buying the truck at this dealership - they forgot to close the deal to our trade so I had to take a complete day out of the office to go to the tag office and DMV to prove Ben Mynatt owned our traded in truck not us any longer and prove we had a new truck. No apology there either. This dealership has been a part of my family since I was a little girl it's sad that they lack customer service when they have such devoted clients. Very sad.

They screwed my car up TWICE....both time i had to take to another mechanic...AFTER MYNATT got under the vehicle.... for full diagnostic and repairs that cost me more than their original estimate. They even had the nerve to tell USAA claims adjusters that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle AFTER I WAS IN A HIT & RUN and the engine was damaged. So i had to pay to have it towed and etc....i dont blame the sales dept....but the service depts needs a complete overhaul and i will spend any additional time and resources letting people know to AVOID AT ALL COST

I've been buying vechles here from mid 80s and always get oil changed or work done but this last time will be my last so unprofessional the lady there had to be someone's daughter she was on her phone a lot I asked about a on line coupons from their salisbury store she said they won't take it on their website they state they will match others the sticker that use to be one my spark had. Salisbury on it. I removed that along with the plate on front they didn't even put the little sticker on windshield telling me the next oil change but it will never be with Ben Mynatt and when I go to buy another vechle it won't be here 7 is enough to give any one they should take the Bear off their site and add a Dog that's where it's headed

They refused to work on my car. They shared this with the insurance company, but did not tell me. Poor customer service. They serve certain groups. If You don't look like their Staff You won't get served.

Much better than my previous visit. I was offered a loaner on this visit and my truck was taken care of pretty quickly. I just wish a new vehicle didn't have recalls.

I went in for first oil change and they checked my account and seen I get free tire rotation with my oil change and they came inform me of it. Everyone there is very nice and make sure customers are satisfied.

They say come in, any credit no problem. Not thw case after they have 10 different places run your credit and you still not approved.

My car was hit in a parking lot. Lots of damage to the rear and quarter panel. They fixed it perfectly. Can't even tell it was ever hit.
