Alan is always helpful and very knowledgeable. He did a great job installing KC lights on my 1994 Toyota pickup.

Alan at the Concord location was incredibly helpful, kind and fast! My parents are new to NC and have been putting off getting running boards installed for years. As they get on in age, getting into their SUV has gotten more difficult. Within 24 hours of consulting w/ Alan, we were back in the shop getting them installed! They re perfect and he made sure my mom who is in her mid 70s was 100% happy before charging us a penny. Highly recommend! The only feedback we have is that when we drove by the other location first after calling over there, it looked closed even though it wasn t so we drove to Concord instead.

I called about getting a replacement bed cover for my 2004 GMC Sierra pickup. Allen (not sure of the spelling) was very helpful at helping me choose a new bed cover and ordered it for me. He also told me he would call me the next day to let me know if it came in as expected so that I didn't need to bring my truck in if for some reason it didn't arrive. He called me as he promised, and I took my truck in to have it installed. Allen called me when the installation was complete, and when I went to pick up my truck, he demonstrated the operation of my new bed cover and asked if I had any questions. Everything was done in a very professional manner and on time. The next time I'm in the market for any of the items Auto Toyz provides, they will be first on my list to do business with.

Done great job in November 2020 by reattaching lid hinge on my Tacoma. I am going to call again today to fix the same problem on other side.Alan done great job again on another side of trunk lid. I wish all businesses be the same as this one. Thanks a lot, Alan

Had Alan order me a new ARE Z series topper for my 2016 GMC 2500 HD. Alan installed today and WOW its awesome. He knows what he's doing and does a superior job of installation. I could not be more pleased. Go see Alan for all your needs.

We stopped by here to inquire about liners & bed covers for our new truck. He was so thorough & helpful, and the prices were great! Allan is great! He was super helpful and knows his products. He was able to offer options and solutions for my issues. It took about two weeks for the parts to arrive, but Allan set appropriate expectations and there were no surprises. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Purchased running boards for our Tundra after a recommendation from a family member. Alan was very friendly and installed our running boards in a half hour. Will definitely be back for more accessories!

Unfortunately, AutoToyz was unable to do the service installation I was seeking to get done. I was of the impression that the level of car audio installation I was seeking to get done was well within their skillet. (Big 3 electrical, 2 sets of amplifiers and 2 sets of components, sound processor and 2nd battery) Was told that this was a "too big of a job" for them to tackle at this time. I really didn't get the impression that my business was welcomed. Don't know if the 3 or 4 bays they had were all occupied so I can't say they were busy ( I can tell you I was the only one in the waiting area) I probably will not be bringing my business here. Though I'm sure the work they do is on point.

Was very nice and helpful. Going back to have bed liner installed. Bought running boards and he put them on in no time at all. Great guy.
