Every single time I come here they give me the INCORRECT part and I have to get a refund which doesn t come back automatically and have to buy it all over again. Will NEVER come back here again. Would rather go across town to get my parts! Do it right the first time and you won t have to worry about bad reviews!

Take my advice and stay away from advance auto parts, they have extremely rude staff and customer service the worst! Also do not stand behind there warranty I will never go there again.

Woah, woah, woah! Michael greeted me swiftly upon arrival and quickly came to my assistance outside in the cold to help me identify the problems I was having! Jeremy was there to help inform and teach (also very friendly!). Hopefully Santa swings by this Advance Auto Parts, because this team is well deserving. No coal found here! Keep up the good work AAP!

Had a return I felt I was going to be stuck with. Enter James store associate who walked me through the process of getting the matter handled amicably and much quicker then I expected. Great guy, recommend asking for him direct for buying and issues with any orders at all.

Wouldn't even give this place one star. Entered store with no greeting or someone to ask if I needed help with something. A man bought food in and the man at the counter was just standing at the counter eating his food. Didn't see any other employees but you could hear them talking to one another loudly in different areas of the store or backroom. Several aisles had empty boxes just laying in the way. Sounded like a lot of horse play going on instead of helping customers with what they needed. One employee used a few cuss words while I was in the store. I'm not even sure if they knew I was in the store or not and definitely no employee said anything to me as I was leaving. Have bought parts for my car from this place many times but I won't anymore.

I stopped by Advance Auto today to purchase some much needed windshield wipers. The gentleman helped me find the right ones and had another employee to put them on. Even though he was installing them, he took the time to explain how to replace them myself. He even filled my washer fluid reserve after installing my windshield wiper blades.

I don't know if the employees knew I was in the store or not (I was the only customer at the time), but after several minutes of having to listen to at least 3 workers using - let's just say "not-so-professional" language, I walked out without purchasing what I went in for. If you want to talk that way, fine. But while working in a "respectable" place of business with customers inside isn't the time.

I spent approximately almost an hour trying to update my password after having to reinstall the app.. the website sent me 6 different emails to change it and each one stated that I had timed out. ( it took mere seconds to hit the reset link. Even tried the text reset and thr codes that were sent to me failed as well ( received four different text with four different codes and each one was, according to the app incorrect. ) finally was able to log in and tried to make a purchase and was notified that my location didn't have item but it was stocked nearby. When I searched then for the nearby store I was then notified by the app that I had to call the store. So I called the store on George Lyles (8/7/2021 at 12:01)and in the middle of me explaining what was happening the guy rudely blurted out "What do you need sir". I work in retail and if I heard that as a supervisor or manager he would have been sent home or if it is a recurring thing, let go.. there was NO CAUSE for that.. Period. If you don't like your job then give it to someone else. I decided to make my purchase at Autozone and had NO ISSUES..

The manager was awesome I was over an hour away from home and he allowed me use of tools to change my front brakes which went out and started scrubbing. He went out of his way to help me out when the other orange auto store up the road said they weren't allowed to help me out or allow me so many thanks to you I forgot to get your name but you're the man!

The service was horrible, the young man didn't want to go to my car and look at what I needed to buy so I could fix it. If I was his mother, he would have been in a lot of trouble acting like he did towards customers. I will NOT go back to that Advance again for anything. It's a shame one person can run good customers off. After good customers is what pays his salary.

I had he best experience there. My air conditioner was blowing out hot air so I ran here to try and fix the problem. Jake helped us and he was very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. The problem wasnt resolved but he was so helpful to me and gave me many ideas of what may be wrong with it.

This store has a great group of individuals working there. They actually help you figure out the exact part you need instead of just selling you whatever like other parts stores will do! Thanks guys for your help, I will be back to this store for my future automotive needs.

Great service here! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to help. I dont even go here that often either but they seem to remember me every time I stop in. Good people, definitely the place to go for your automotive needs.

Friendly, excellent service. Found all products that I needed. Store was organised well so products were easy to find. If I needed help the attendant walked with to locate what I needed. Very reasonable prices. Good experence.

I stopped by because I was a big dummy and forgot to replace my gas cap before I drove out of a gas station. The two boys who helped me were so sweet and patient. Great service!

The outer appearance can be deceiving. They have a good selection of parts for foreign cars. The guys were busy that day so it took them a while to get to us, but the service was friendly and helpful.

Incompetent staff. Never have I visited an auto parts store where the staff was guessing what bulb "I might need" when asking for a replacement and showing them the lights out on my car. Left after telling service member I'll just go to Napa and him replying "ok" b/c Javier clearly just wants to ring people up rather than put in effort to assist them. I wasn't even asking him to replace the bulbs but just sell me what I needed and it's proven too much for this location and staff member. Off to NAPA Auto Parts I go. Won't make the mistake of visiting this location again.

Advance Auto Parts has been my go to for 5 years, personal and business wise(George@ the Huntersville store is the best commercial partsman I've had). All stores have knowledgeable and willing to help sales people. If they don't have it they'll find it dor you. Today was one of the rarities adealer only item, can't win them all,but damned if they didn't try !

Service was great, up to the part where the "bulb grease" packet addon was tossed in the bag with my headlight bulbs,and I was charged for it without asking for it or being told about the charge... felt kinda grimy.

Great helpful service, they really know what they are talking about! They have free help and assistance.They check for codes on your vehicle but remember they DO NOT clear codes!! Its illegal for them to..Still great service!!
