Went in, everyone was assisting customers on the phone with the exception of one, which is understandable, but not even any kind of acknowledgement. Once he finished with the customer he had, he answered a phone that rang after I had been standing there several minutes and began helping the phone customer. I walked out and went to O'REILLY instead. Very quick customer service. Won't go back to Carquest.

Rodney runs this store with class. Keeping the old hometown feel and service like it's supposed to be. Not to mention I have yet to need a part and these goes not make it happen. Keep up the great service

Very nice folks here! Very helpful. I was stuck in the snow this winter fairly late and employees from there brought me a bag oil absorber to throw under the tires and get traction drove right out after being stuck for 45 minutes. All-around great store and people!

I go there because they are a Husqvarna dealer. They're pretty good on prices but their service Dept is very very slow. Looks like they send repairs to a regional Husky service center but can't track progress or get information. The staff is great, really like the owner, who is almost always available. Car parts section looks well stocked.

Useless. Bought a battery that died and exchanged it 6 months ago. I went back in and tried to exchange the second one which was a different brand and they denied even ever having that brand battery. 0 stars if I could give them 0. I'll drive right down the road to oreillys for all future purchases. Horrible customer service and knowledge on their own products.

Great, friendly service! I took my 2 chainsaws there to be repaired, and they not only did a great job, but the work was completed in 2 days!

This is a real auto parts store. I have been a customer for 20 years. They are knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. The other auto parts stores don't hire this level of technical expertise. They don't make women feel stupid, nor do they ignore women when they come in to this "man's" domain.

Went in for a couple of obscure wheel bearings not costing much. The parts guy went to great effort to find the exact fit. Very pleased.
