I am highly satisfied with the work done. Not only does it look amazing but it only took 4 days for all the repairs (bumper, hood, windshield and other minor scratches from the tree that fell on it) customer service is superb as well! I definitely recommend these guys.

2 years later and the paint is peeling off my vehicle. Took it to another body shop and they showed me how my vehicle was not properly prepped before painting and not properly sealed afterwards. Wasted $$$ and now I have to repaint the entire vehicle.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After talking with the owner face to face, we were able to resolve my complaint concerning the issue. Prayer is the best solution for any problem.

You will not find better customer service anywhere than this shop! Homer and Phillip go out of their way to treat people with respect and attention to detail. Phillip usually interfaces with the customers and he is so intelligent and so dang polite! Homer just does the best body work anywhere. They are everything good about living in a small town where they know the insurance folks, the bank folks and treat you like a neighbor. Phillip spent hours locating new mirrors for my Dodge Ram and ended up finding a set that were way better than anything i had for a great price. They repaired some small bothersome dents and of course the work is flawless. These guys are the real deal and I can't say enough good about them.

Great experience. They did an excellent job. The right front bumper and fender was damaged. Did not want to replace the lower bumper as this was out of my pocket. Not only did they fix the damage but they repaired the lower bumper for no extra charge!! Great service and professional workmanship.

Very professional. I didn't have a way to get my vehicle there and they were able to accommodate my situation. Honda van door is fully operational thanks to the fine techs at this facility

If you want a great price on an excellent repair, go to All American in Columbus, NC. I messed up a front bumper that I had to pay for our of my pocket. Excellent job! Ralph B.

This shop fixed my 2018 Ridgeline and did a phenomenal job. They were both quick, and easy to talk with. I'll bring all my autobody need to them from now on!

GREAT PAINT AND RE-STYLING OF MY MASERATI QUATTROPORTE :ALL AMERICAN DID THE NEW PAINT, CUSTOM PAINTED WHEELS, BLACKENED THE HEAD AND TAIL LIGHTS AND RE-PLACED MANY OF THE EMBLEMS THAT HAD WEAR. THE RESULT: I SOLD IT FOR $3000 MORE THAN ANY OTHER 2006 MASERATI THAT HAD SOLD ON EBAY AT THAT TIME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ALL AMERICAN TEAM!

HONESTY ,SUPERB / QUALITY WORK . SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRULY A PEOPLE PERSON HOMER AND HIS ASSISTANT PHILL ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER HAD PERFORM BODY REPAIR/WORK FOR ME IN 55 YEARS AND I HAVE LIVED IN AND BEEN ALL OVER THE USA
