Very friendly, courteous customer service. Made buying a trailer easy! Had trailer out and hooked up before I was finished with paperwork. Highly recommend M&L Auto. I also bought a building here a couple years ago, and will go back in the future.

Bought a 2014 Ford Escape and after not even a month driving it , the Turbo is bad. I have been back and fourth, still after now 1 month 2 weeks I get a call back basically saying he doesn't have enough money to make it right getting it fixed. I have been more than nice . My Mechanic has even called never got back with my mechanic until I had to reach out and call ,he was never available when I called until just today 11/30/23...ive had to call warranty who stated it was a Pre-existing issue and was to be the Dealers concern because the dealer had known about the issue undecided with my review

It s a great place to do business, fair and honest and April Chambers will help you thru the whole process. There trailers are hands down best for the price , I ve bought two !! And a building !!

Told me the car was in great condition. Had it for 2 weeks. Drove it once. Had to replace the entire front suspension due to rust. Now the rear wheel is literally falling off due to axle and suspension on the rear collapsing. Towing it now. Contacted the owner. Having it towed to Greenes automotive. We'll see how they treat their customers.Will keep my review neutral for now .Update...they settled with me and made the deal right. Very rare to find a used car dealership keep their word. If you're looking for a car or truck, I would recommend them.

I purchased two new buildings and two RV garages with cash from M&L Auto. One building was delivered with a defective window, and they came out to look at it to see that it was indeed defective. After six months and over thirty phone calls, they still have not replaced the defective window. This company can not be trusted to honor what they say and sell. I strongly suggest you find another company that sells these storage buildings that will honor their work and word.

Jimmy and I bought a Ford 250 pickup,was greeted by smiling faces after receiving a call from April, one of the sales associates, who knew what we were looking for. Went for test drive,came back to office to make a deal. W.E. and Scott are honest about what they know about vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase and currently keep an eye on the lot for another vehicle. Great personalities, warm welcome,honesty, no pushing to buy. Will purchase again.

Just bought a 16 foot dual axle trailer there. The staff were very professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a trailer.

DISCLAIMER - I know one of the owner's of M&L personally and do not seek to hide that fact. Just bought a Ford Escape here for my son that was competitively priced and in good shape. Hopefully it will continue to be a good purchase, as any used vehicle purchase can be a gamble. Scott and W.E. are polite, helpful, and decent people. I can't vouch for anything other than personal experience, but I would definitely check with them again if I happen to be in the used car market again.

Just bought my second vehicle from them . Haven't had to do anything except maintenance on the Subie I bought 2 yrs ago. Super happy with the suburban I purchased a couple of weeks ago!

Came here interested in two different vehicles on the lot. Came right before the new year, spoke with a worker once who said the Jeep we wanted needed a few minor fixes that he had his mechanic looking into. Never heard back from them despite leaving voicemails.

Girlfriend bought a car here and has had nothing but problems with it since she bought it. It s sitting in her back yard now with a blown engine while she continues to make payments.
