Fast, efficient and reliable. No one tried to sell me anything I didn t need which is a huge breath of fresh air. I had an oil change and an air filter replaced with not having to get out of the car, and all done within 20 minutes (including having to get the air filter that my car called for, because they didn t have mine in stock but was able to get it in record time). Staff especially Marcus was awesome. I ll def be going back there.

Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Service was quick with no issues. Normally go to my dealership to get an oil change but I will definitely be coming here more often!

Top notch customer service!! I think that my specialist s initials on my receipt was JCH and he was amazing and so friendly!! He made sure to relay everything that was being said under the bay back to me. It was honestly a breath of fresh air going here. The communication, the efficiency, and again the customer service. Strickland Brothers have 100% won over my business.

I went there and the service was nothing special at all. Also, I know you can stay in your car but man they charge $40 for that. I do prefer to go literally two blocks away and get my oil change for $60 rather than $100 in the same amount of time. The technician I talked to also said the price could vary, so it would even be more than $100. That's absolutely crazy taking into account I have a Toyota Prius. I've never paid more than $70 for oil change.

This was my second visit to the location on Business 70 in Clayton. The technicians were all friendly and professional. The funny banter among the co-workers was enjoyable and refreshing. They are a fun crew who enjoy what they do and they all made me feel very welcome. I look forward to my next oil change!

Took my 1965 Chrysler Imperial for a drain and fill. (My garage floor is epoxy coated and my ramps don t stay in place to drive up on). These guys were very careful and took great pride in making sure everything to do with the oil change went as it should. Very reasonable rates and very personalized service! Much better place now that it s owned by these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Service: Oil change

The associates at the store, located on Hwy 70 in Clayton, are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile, with a smile!I needed to get my oil changed on my Suburban so my son could use it for a trip to the mountains. I got busy, screwed up, and lost track of time. I called and asked if they d be willing to change my oil even though I wouldn t arrive until 10 minutes before closing. Without hesitation I was welcomed, again, with a smile. They were precise with changing my oil and filter, topping off my windshield washer fluid, checking the air in my tires, and had me quickly in and out.After we exchanged pleasantries regarding the upcoming holidays, I pulled away, and we were ALL smiling!I highly recommend Strickland Brother s and will be back again!Merry Christmas to all of the staff at SB!

I was here today to get my Ford escape inspection and been going to Strickland Brothers for a little over 2 years now for oil changes as well. In and out within 15 mins. They are fast, friendly, professional and upbeat with positive vibes. Most excellent service every time. I highly recommend them!!

Service was quick enough and the guys were nice. I think they could tell from the state of my car that I was broke af and I appreciated that they didn t push/sell extras on me. Will be back for that reason alone!Only downside was that I warned the guy that my hood latch was hanging on by a thread after an accident and asked he close the hood gently. Someone else came over and slammed it minutes later :(. Didn t cause an issue thank god

Update 2024: Took husbands mustang for the second time and my review certainly stands. Amazingly efficient oil change, very helpful for my high-anxiety self with a high energy toddler in the backseat. They were helpful with questions I had. Every person I spoke to was absolutely wonderful. I got an oil change on my boyfriend s car. They showed me how to reset it. The whole service took maybe 5 minutes. I am fully convinced they are all ninjas. Thank you all so much for your exquisite service

On December 27th, 2023, I went to this location to get an oil change. However, On 1/07/24, I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil. My vehicle notified me of low oil pressure.I spoke to a manager Jermaine Jordan who was very rude and denied all responsibility along with the general manger Todd. Todd stated that he reviewed cameras and attempted to deflect by saying that my check engine light was on when I came into the shop, which is true and common with dodge challengers. I have already had a diagnostic done prior and the code involves my gas cap, which once replaced the code goes away. It is also irrelevant to this situation but something that was alluded by Todd in an effort to deflect.I spoke with the Franchisee David Stewart, but communication started to become vague and I kept informing him that I understood that things happen and I just wanted it resolved. Another mechanic informed me that due to negligence on behalf of an employee at this location my engine has been ruined. A tech failed to properly secure my oil pan plug back in its place.Mr. Stewart informed me that he was typing at email at 10:00am on 01/12/24. He later informed me that same day at 3:11pm he was waiting on a call from insurance. Mr. Stewart emailed me back at 9:21pm at night on 01/12/24 stating that they were not liable for a claim. He started that he reviewed cameras, spoke to the technicians and my vehicles history was a factor. I have a 2015 dodge challenger r/t with a little over 70,000 miles on it. No salvaged title, or accidents, I just can t believe that these individuals would operate this way rather then in good faith. Nobody would want this done to them or their family, so I say all that to say please keep that in mind when considering this as a potential place of business.

Needed an oil change on the fly on a Friday afternoon in order to get to my parents in a hurry. Went in to the Clayton, NC location and Joshua was an absolute doll. The service was fast, efficient, and of high quality. He even checked my air pressure and other fluids for me to ensure a safe trip. I will definitely use them again. Thank you

First time customer and I will be happily returning. There was no wait for my inspection. The service was so quick so I could get on my way. And all of the staff I interacted with very pleasant and friendly. Great place!

The tech performing the oil change was done, had already checked the oil level, had me start my car then another tech showed him that I had a $10 off coupon and said something to him I couldn't hear them he proceeded to tell me to turn off my car and added a very small amount of oil. I was charged an additional $9 for the very small amount of oil he added after the other guy showed him the coupon. So I was charged just enough to balance out that coupon. This was after they had already tried to sell me on an oil cleaner and air filter that I declined. They also didn't mention until I questioned the total that they changed the oil filter and that was an extra charge. I guess they thought since I'm a woman, I was easy to screw over. This will be the last $83.24 your business will get from me

I was very pleased with the courteous service and how quick they changed my oil. I appreciated the veteran discount they gave me I was surprised they did not vacuume my interior as the previous owner use to do.

10 out of 10 do not recommend. Went and got an oil change at Strickland Brothers since I was in a crunch and my car ended up leaking oil. I ended up brining it to another place I ve trusted in the past and they mentioned that there was no gasket on the drain plug and that the people that did the oil change should have known to make sure there was one on the plug. Will not be going back.

The associate today(bay#3) didn't show much interest/enthusiasm regarding his job, and should either be retrained or terminated immediately, and thankfully his supervisor was watching AND assisting him to make sure my vehicle was serviced properly!!!
