These guys are Lifesavers! Came to celebrate Christmas with our family and ended up catching this bolt on Christmas Day. Scheduled to leave this morning and strapped for new tire money, they patched our tire up and sent us on our way in less than 10 minutes! Thank you so much guys!

Rockside Tire in Clayton took care of a nail in my wife s tire quickly and easily. She was traveling to a Real Estate appointment and picked up a nail on the drive. They guys at Rockside repaired the tire and got her back on the road without delay. Fair prices and great customer service! Thanks!

Needed a used tire ASAP and the two gentlemen working were very helpful and polite. Got a great and practically brand new tire. I'll be a returning customer for sure!

Went to get a tire and realize the short Mexican Gerardo was not there and to be honest I m not racist I love him he is amazing and always willing to help but because he is not there anymore I would not get any service from the crew they have. Never has a tire and their service is terrible. Not friendly and does not come to help. I really wish they would bring him back alone with other crew but until then I will not come back.

Worst place ever I when and got a tire and two days later I had a blowout, they sold me a bad tire took it back to the place they was so rude. not recommend

I bought two sets of tires from the Clayton location (one set for my car and one set for my wife s). No issues at all with my wife s car but I immediately noticed a bumpy ride in mine. When I returned to ask the guys to check into it, they were visibly annoyed and only checked two of the tires. After the bumpy ride continued after the second visit, against my better judgement, I decided to go back to have them check the other two tires. They basically laughed at me, jacked the car up, spun the tires, and told me something else in my car must be broken. I went to a different tire shop a couple days later to have them rebalance the tires and have had a perfectly smooth ride since then.I don t go to a tire shop expecting an amazing customer service experience and I understand that mistakes happen. However, despite multiple chances, these guys proved to me they re not fully competent at installing tires and they are just unlikable.I won t be back and I regret giving them any business.

I purchased two new tires from another vendor and had them installed at Rockside Tire. Within one minute a gentleman accepted my request.Within 10 minutes, the work was completed!Excellent customer service, professionalism and respectful- Keep up the great work and I ll be back!

Called to see if they could mount and balance 35X12.5R17 tires, told me the could and when I got there they didn t seem to want to do it. Told me they would for $200 cash only, reluctantly I said go ahead since I was already there and took off time from work. They did the job but pretty sure that cash went into the pockets since it was late in the day

I had a nail in my tire and went to a large company's branch nearby. They told me it couldn't be repaired and then tried to convince me to replace all four tires; I declined as two of them are in good condition (purchased and installed in February 2022). I decided to call Rockside Tire to have one tire put on and when I arrived, Tony assessed the tire, said he could fix it and proceeded to plug the hole and patch over. It cost me $10 and about three minutes of my time. I recommend this place to anyone in need of fast, efficient, and affordable services.

This used to be a decent place when the older guys worked here. I showed up at quarter to 6 tonight and 3 younger guys rush to tell me they closed already. After all the years I have came here and working at Auto Zone recommending customers come here I will no longer need do this nice way to loose a loyal customer guys maybe you'll be more considerate in the future

Female buyers beware. Normally they are great. I changed tires and it cost $70. This is more than what I was originally quoted and I can't help but feel I sort of got ripped off since 2 new tires and install was quoted for $230 out the door. So female buyers beware. I should have stood up and challenged that more. I hate when auto places take advantage like that. Shameful.

Rockside Tire is the most efficient operation that I have ever been to. As soon as I arrived and explained the problem, my vehicle raised with the tire off in minutes. The entire patch process from pull up to drive off took < 10 minutes and $15! This was my first time to Rockside, and the experience was pleasant enough that I felt compelled to write this review.

Had a great experience. Had a nail in my tire and the gentleman fixed my tire in 10 minutes and only charged me $10. I was even able to stay in my car while he fixed the tire which was perfect because I had my three month old baby with me. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. I will definitely go back there again! Thank you Rockside tire for making my day less stressful by your kind and efficient service!

Just go to the location in Smithfield if you want to feel welcome. Young crowd, just stood around and talked. Waited for 10 minutes before anyone assisted me. Clay in Smithfield always gives great service! Hard workers there.

My right front tire was low and I had googled tire places in Clayton. I am new here and I want to always be safe. After reading the reviews I just had to go there. It was 2:45 pm and being Sunday they close at 3 pm. The mechanic came to my car was very polite and jacked up my car with me in it. He took the tire off removed the nail and plugged it. I went inside to pay and it was only $10.00. I said really? He filled my tire and I was back on 70 by 2:55 pm. I was so happy. It will be my go to place. They have new and used tires!

Awesome place, amazingly quick, friendly, and professional service. Got 4 new tires, next day service, was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and the price was competitive. Recommend this business to anyone who may need new tires, used tires or even just a quick repair.

Wish I could only give of Arrived to this place with a good 15 mins left of open time. 3 young men sat relaxing doing nothing and all I needed was 1 tire. This would have only taken less than 5 mins. Gentleman says that they are already closed..I showed him the online which clearly had OPEN in bright yellow. He just kept repeating himself that "we're already closed" over and over and was extremely rude towards me. Please let's boycott this place because they are so lazy and they do not care about other people's needs or our time.

Been going to them for over 4 years. They waste no time getting you in and out and back on the road. I may be 2 hours away and catch a flat and pop the spare on and drive past multiple places just so I can have them fix me up. Again Highly recommended!!!

I took my car in for a mount and balance (new tires). I m driving around not even 10 minutes and my car is shaking like crazy. I bring it to a different shop because I figured they didn t balance my tires correctly, come to find out they put my tires on inside out!! I could have damaged my tires! This shop is careless! Do not recommend!

I needed two tires and went there today after picking up my daughter from school, expecting to have to wait a good amount of time. The two men were really nice and the price was very reasonable for two tires. This was also the quickest tire change I ve ever experienced. I ll definitely be returning in the future!

Best tire replacement I've ever experienced. I pulled up late in the day without an appointment and they operated at speed of a pit cree. They may have hung up on me on the phone when I called in advance which was incredibly rude, but their speed, skill, and great prices still led to me tipping 25% extra just because of how amazed I was, replacing and properly to rotating so quickly, I was even to make it back in time to get a passing inspection that otherwise would have cost me another day of time. They even would score my only 6/5 if it was possible because of how amazing teamwork is.

DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely the worst service ever. Went there to have tires put on and they said they would put them on and balance them for me. Well they put them on and never balanced them and they stripped one of my lug nuts in the process. They charged me $100 just to put the tires on and I ended up spending more to get the lug nut fixed and getting my tires balanced somewhere else. They act like they know what they are doing by moving fast and not having any conversation as if they are being efficient. These guys are a complete fraud.
