The service at O'REILLY'S in Clayton is terrific. I went in for a pair of new windshield wipers and the staff work with me until a perfect match was found.They were very helpful...I highly recommend them !!!!.

Service was a bit slow with only two people working but that was due to customer demands. These two did a great job and prioritized every single customer as needed.Got my business from now on. No more autozone.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Did have to wait over 30 mins for a engine light check to be done, cause one worker was helping a customer outside. But there were 2 guys in store so don't know why one of them couldn't do it. Was told had to wait for guy outside to do cause only he could, but then the worker that said that did it after I waited over 30 mins.

First time visit, had to stop in to test my battery. Techs were super nice. Ended up buying a new battery. Price was competitive and install was quick. Will definitely stop in again.

Assistant manager was helpful to my wife and I. He even checked on some items the stock room for availability. Boxed everything up neatly. Very nice!!!

I used to only use Advanced and sometimes Auto Zone, but O'Reilly Auto are the only ones that have had what I've needed lately, so my mind has totally changed about them recently

Twice, these guys have really saved me when I needed parts to keep my vehicle moving. They have been kind, polite, and willing to help even at odd hours. After multiple days dealing with cold start issues, Travis was more than willing to help me swap out two big twelve volt batteries at 7:30 in the morning. That kind of customer service is more than can even be expected.

I took my 2013 Mercedes to this store in Clayton on Hwy 70 around 10am and paid $215 for a battery It was installed perfectly by a nice man with no problems. So about a week later, I took my 2009 Mercedes to the very same store in the evening around 630pm also to buy a battery only to be told they don't install batteries... I was like," Really." I was just here about a week ago and had a battery installed in the same model car without a problem. It was apparent that the young man didn't want to install it being lazy. I went right across the street to Advance Auto and bought one and had it installed no problem. OReillys just lost my business.

I have a VW Tiguan. The wipers are a challenge to find the correct ones. I stopped in at O'Reilly to hopefully find them. They had what at first looked to be the right ones. The young man started to switch out the blades, which turned out to be quite the challenge. One of the other guys came out to help. It took them a while to remove the old blades. Then, ended up having to switch out what was purchased with a slightly more expensive set. This was ALL done to NO extra charge to me! Not only did they get the job done, they were professional, personable, and kind. I will definitely shop there again. So, I completely recommend this O'Reilly 's!

Great selection. Well organized. Great help when you need it. They leave you alone when you don't. If they're not busy, they'll even replace simple stuff for you like bulbs & wipers for no extra charge. Of course, that's always the case with batteries.

If you need to go to a parts store for your car, go somewhere that has a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Everyone that works in this store has had their fair share of getting their hands dirty under a hood, and it's apparent when you're talking gears. Not like the other parts stores where you tell them you need an inner wheel seal and they look at you like you're speaking a foreign language. They really know their stuff here! I've been a regular customer at this store for a couple years now and they never fail to impress. Never had any issues with any part I've purchased and installed from here on close to 50 different vehicles since I've been dealing with O'Reilly's. Thanks guys you rock!

Today I stopped in this location to purchase some brake pads and rotors for my vehicle and was "WOWD" with the knowledge base AND customer service experience delivered by Jeff and Jose.They answered every question I had and made me feel welcomed and appreciative of my business with them. Jeff made 5 trips out to my vehicle just to ensure I was purchasing the correct rotors and pads. He also replaced a front headlight bulb for me with no questions asked.From this point forward, I will be purchasing ALL of my automotive parts and needs from this store. If this was my business operation, this is exactly the way I would want my customers serviced during their visit.My customer service experience at this location today with Jeff & Jose was a solid 10 out of 10. I went in this past Sunday for several items for my 2002 SUV. Trey quickly rounded up everything I requested and made sure it was correct. Once I got home I was pleased to find I was given the correct items so that the repairs could be made efficiently and not tie up my entire Sunday.

O'Reilly more like O' Really I was the only person in the store and literally telling the guy behind the counter what I needed.... and then he walked to another computer picked up the ringing phone and started helping a new caller. Didn't even say anything to me. I'll keep spending my money across the street.

The staff here have always been really helpful. I kinda wish they had more options available in stock. But they do good for normal maintenance items. Rotors are straight. Which is a big deal.

Shout out to Ken!! I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Clayton NC this morning to have my car battery checked. I was greeted by Ken, who helped me not only with replacing my battery, but also with the much more intensive work of replacing a corroded terminal. Ken helped me ABOVE & BEYOND what I could have ever expected and I could not be more thankful for the wonderful work he helped me with this morning! I would highly recommend O'Reilly's in Clayton and Ken! Thank you!

My favorite place to shop for automotive needs. The customer service is excellent and the place is very clean. The oil filter is preferred for use in a naturally asperated 2013 Ford Explorer.

Seems like there's a bunch of good guys that work here if there's any ladies I haven't seen them so I apologize for not mentioning them service was good the guy seem to know what they're talking about pretty much and their prices are no worse than anyone else's. I prefer them over the other two main auto parts stores and I will continue going there.
