A generous 1 Star review.Don t bother trying to reach anyone there. After multiple attempts over several days to contact the front desk, there has been only one answer. A rude young lady answered and transferred me immediately to a line to nowhere. No answer at all after several tries. The receptionist would pick up the line and transfer me to the dead line without even seeing what the nature of my call was.Really disappointing that any company would operate in such a manner.I guess their business model is to NOT make money.

I've used these guys a couple of times. They seem to know their stuff and are reasonably priced. If i had any gripes I would say it's hard to get a quick appointment with them, but that's probably because they are so busy because they are good. Just moved down here and was looking for a trustworthy place to get my cars serviced. I think I'm done looking. Beat spot in Clayton.

Each time I drop my car off, Mattews Motors continues their trend of friendly, prompt and quality service. My vehicles have visited MM many times over the years, and I've built a positive rapport with the staff. I've been treated fairly, no matter the car issue. They warranty their service too.It's a welcomed experience in an otherwise stressful situation, having car issues.Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Today's Visit was AWESOME.Many Thanks to Lauren Hartman who upon my last visit saw my back brakes were bad and apparently had been since my purchase back in December.Due to her checking into this Matthew Motors replaced those back brakes for me at NO COST to me.I APPRECIATE Lauren Hartman who went a step further than anyone else may have .I WILL continue to go to Matthew Motors for ALL my service needs.Thank you again Lauren

I just had another amazing experience here. All the employees are friendly and courteous, their service is fast and efficient, and they give EMS discounts. They plugged my tire at no cost due to how low the maintenance was. Gus was a absolute help, from helping me with getting my car all the way to keeping me updated while the list on the we owe you gets done! If you ever go to Matthews motors in Clayton I highly suggest asking for Gus!

When I purchased my car at Mathews Motors I had the ceremic coating put on the car, which I love, I was in an accident had the right side of the car had to be repainted. well I contacted Mathews Motors to have the ceremic coating put on the side of the car that was repaired. They were outstanding as far as understanding what needed to be done. They informed me how long I had to wait for the paint to cure, then scheduled the appt. for me and made the whole precess a piece of cake. I never had this kind of service from Lieth, where I purchased 5 cars from. Keep it going Mathews , you guys are awesome!!

My engine light had come on a couple weeks ago. I immediately called for an appointment. During the time prior to my appointment, my oil light came on. I was out of oil, and still had 4000+ miles to go before my next oil change. Five qts later, I was told that the seal around my VCT solenoid was gone.Freddie Cruz issued me a rental car as it could not be driven anymore until fixed.To make a long story short, my vehicle was repaired and they even cleaned up all the oil that had sprayed out from the missing seal. I'm very happy with Matthews motors! They treat me right!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I have going to Matthews Motors for 6 years, and they have done excellent work on my car, they have the best Technicians in Clayton, I highly recommend taking your car there to get service, customer service department really know the odds & ends, they explained what needs to be done, and the operator is always professional.
