Brought two vehicles in both with nails in the tires to get patched. Met with Jeremy who was very helpful, polite and professional. Shortly after taking back both vehicles Jeremy came out and told me that the nail on one of the vehicles did not pierce the tire and was barely in the tread. Instead of taking the free money and pretending like they did work he informed me and did not charge me a dime. The second vehicle was done very quickly and I was in an out and able to enjoy the rest of my only day off during the week. So thank you just tires and Jeremy for a great, efficient, and honest job. I recommend this location and will definitely be back!

I have never experienced a car shop this poorly managed before. I took my car in to get a tire patched on a Friday afternoon. I still had not heard from them by that evening, but figured it was just taking awhile. I waited until the next morning to call. After multiple no answers, I went to the shop. The man at the front had no paperwork for my car nor the keys. Come to find out the keys had been in my car for almost twenty-four hours. My car easily could have been stolen or damaged. They offered to fix it within thirty minutes at no cost. Sounds great right? Three hours later they tell me that they can only fix the issue by paying almost $300 for a tire. I took my car to Tires Wheels and Service. They fixed it for $20 in 30 minutes on a Saturday. I would not trust Just Tires with your car!!!

I worked with Larry on an emergency basis to replace the tires on my vehicle and the service was spectacular. It was late in the day and the team stayed to complete the job. Everyone was professional, kind, and worked quickly to service my car. Highly recommend.

Bad experience at this place today. Went in at 1:20 for my 1:30 appointment for an Oil Change, rotation and inspection. At 3:00 I asked about my truck since it had not been moved from where I had parked it at 1:20. Apparently my keys had been taken off the board and laid down in the shop somewhere so my 1:30 appointment never happened. I m pretty sure I would still be sitting there at closing if I hadn t asked for my key and left. Cancelled the inspection for my daughter s car at 3:30 as well. Sure seems like there are many 1 Star reviews recently so I should have known better. We ll trade at a more professional service business in town.

Went in with low tire pressure, they got me in right away, very short wait time, and fixed it perfectly. Highly recommend for efficient service and top-notch customer service!

I had a flat tire on Saturday 2/3/34. Joe took me in right away & explained that if customers with appointments come in I would have to wait, but customers did not come in & my tire was fixed by Lee lickity split & I was on my way. Great service.

I had a horrible experience at this location today. Jeremy is very unprofessional and I am upset with my services today. I came in for a drop off and requested a flat repair, an oil change along with the complimentary tire rotation. The car was completed fairly soon and left a voicemail saying it was ready for pick up with no mention of any issues. I came to pick up my car a couple hours later and was told my tires could not be rotated due to one of my lug nuts being too tight. Jeremy then begins to tell me it s due to the fact my wheel lock is stripped- which is honestly very interesting seeing as this is the only location to service this particular vehicle. After paying and taking my vehicle home I realized that if they were unable to rotate the tires how could they successfully repair the nail in my tire. Lo and behold the nail was still there!! Why would he not notify me that the most important service I requested was unable to be completed? Thanks Jeremy for sending a mother and her child on the road with a compromised tire. On top of all of this he was very slow to greet me both times I entered the shop and only after I spoke did he speak. I will not be returning.

I came here with a high expectations since i read the reviews before heading there . I got there at 07:30am went inside because i just needed a tire plug or patch before heading to work at 10. When i got there there was only one car in the shop. And the guy in the front told me it would take 3 hours to get my tire fixed and that i had to leave my car there. I told him i had a flat and he kept making excuses talking about oh theres only two guys here and i have 4 8:00am appointments, i would have to do your car last it was literally 7:30 . None of his 8am appointments were even there . They are unprofessional and lazy . I will tell everyone to avoid going to this place . There is also no sign of appointments only also. And the website does say to go to the shop for estimates or inspection. When it takes literally 3 min tops to do an inspection and less than 15 minutes to put a plug and put air in a tire . They need to take down tire places like this one right here . I got my car taken care of at a shop close by and they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes even though they were expecting people to be there .

Cannot recommend this place enough.My husband went in today with a nail in the tire right as the store was about to close. They bent over backwards to help us before heading out.Will always always use this place!

Just tires was great they were kind and professional the inside was clean they did great work and the work that i had done didn t take long at all. I also recommend just tires to my friends and family

I made it to the shop 30mins before they closed and Jermey Sanchez and his team squeezed me in for a quick oil change. This is actually my 2nd visit with them and both times they took good care of me!! efficient, fast, friendly & good prices!! Thanks again yall!!

Jeremy and Brandon were super helpful with my tire repair: I got a nail in one tire, and brought the car to Just Tires for service. Jeremy explained the repair process and the tire was fixed quickly by Brandon. I have been to this location several times previously to have the air pressure checked in all tires; even if nothing is wrong, it is great to have that service especially for those who have difficulty doing it themselves.

It s left Just stores in Clayton. I had a slow leak in a tire. Zia s a screw in it and they repaired it complimentary and very quickly. Nice surprise!

I brought my truck tires in for mounting and balancing. I bought them new on Amazon for specific tires I wanted at a good price and had them install them.I took them in the morning dropped them off and went to work.I picked them up in the evening on my way home.Took them home and put them on.I have a truck so I can easily carry the big tires in the back.The people are super friendly there. The tires were mounted and balanced perfectly. No vibrations or problems.I would go back there again for tires.They did a great job on my tires this week.Do not have military and a little expensive fro bringing in your tires. They only mount brand new ones. TOTALLY worth it!So glad I did not go to PepBoys :)

I went to get my oil changed and to get my brakes checked. The only thing that my brakes needed was to be flushed due to moisture. Did need 2 new back tires too. I had recently been told by Ford that I needed new brakes, but turns out that they are fine.

I had a horrible experience at the Garner location on Bratton Drive today. I called the 1-800 number because I was furious. Then swoops in Jeremy of the Clayton location! He made sure I was able to get my oil changed today (and it took some creativity to accomplish it). Unlike the rude guy in Garner that would not honor my scheduled appointment, Jeremy was professional and kind. The guys in the back did a great job and did it efficiently! I have been a customer of the Garner store for years but today I have shifted my loyalty to the Clayton location and Jeremy s crew! Pay attention Garner store manager! Customer service good and bad makes a difference!

This place is un professional. They did not do what I requested. I said I needed one tire, and the technician had the nerve to say it needed another tire. He should have asked before doing anything. This up the price, that's ridiculous. Do not trust them to do what you ask. I'm very disappointed I should have been there. Not only that, I made an appointment for 12 pm and didn't finish until 2:45 pm. That's nonsense to make it worse when my son mentioned it. The lady at the front desk had an "I don't care" attitude. This is how you treat a customer. Well, one thing for sure, I will not be calling there for service again.

I recently schedule a service online to put four new tires on a vehicle. The front desk was helpful and attentive to the progress of the car while waiting. I was pleased with my first experience here and will bring my vehicle back in the future.

It shouldn t cost $35 to have a tire repaired, even one with a slow leak. Further, it shouldn t take over an hour to complete the repair, especially with only one other customer in the facility. I was advised that they do not use plugs to repair tires anymore because they leak. That may work on a 16 year old kid but not an 80 year old who has had tires plugged for half a century. Never once have I had a plugged tire leak. Of course, there s not much profit in a plug just saying.

I used to be a longstanding customer at Goodyear up in the Northeast. I'm extremely pleased to recently discover that JustTires among a few other brands are all owned by the same parent company as Goodyear, as I thought Goodyear had closed to my dismay.I went for my first JustTires visit this week, and the store layout, the Goodyear tires being sold, the friendly customer service, and the thorough inspections and attention to your car were all present, giving me that "Goodyear feel".They also have always done a thing which I haven't really seen much elsewhere. They take you back to your car and let you look at the damage/area of attention with your own eyes and explain what's going on. Love this!100% will return. Thanks for fixing up my brakes and spotting my low tire tread.

This operation doesn't deserve 1 star. Made an appointment and the car wasn't looked at for an hour after the scheduled time. Took another hour for the technician to diagnose a simple air pressure leak. Counter service was impersonal and contempt with other customers while I was waiting. New to the area and will NOT be recommending. JUST keep looking!

Brooke was incredibly helpful!! I can tell she really values customer service and genuinely cares!! I normally go to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed and it s not the same as Just Tires. I plan on going back because I had just a great experience!! She was so sweet on the phone!! Because of Brooke I will now be a lifelong customer at Just Tires.

Brooke at the Clayton location saved my future relationship with Just Tires. I have been using Just Tires for oil changes, new tires, and alignments for over 10 years now, and after a bad experience in Garner, I called Clayton. Brooke was very professional, helped resolve my concerns, and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service! Chris also provided great customer service, and I think I may start driving the extra 10 minutes to use this location from now on. Thank you both for being awesome and retiring my faith in customer service!

I got a flat and I also needed new tires, and within a day they had me the best price (including every discount and rebate available) on the tires plus installation and alignment and I was back on the road after work. Brooke did an excellent job coordinating with me and ensuring I received all said rebates. I will definitely be returning to this location and recommend it to anyone needing tire help.

I came out to a flat tire and called over asking if they could fit me in. I took an hour and a half to get there and though it was 15 minutes to close and they still took me. They educated me on the type of tires I had and why I cannot mix types. I appreciate them staying open late and attempting to fix my tire before selling me a new one. Thank you for taking care of me and being transparent about pricing. I can now safely drive home for the holidays

Low prices ..fast service ? Decent pricing, not even CLOSE to fast service. 5 hours to change 4 tires and a alignment ?When my car was finished they started giving others their cars back and scheduling services while I sat there and waited another while.For spending $1,300.00 I find this unreasonable. This is all WITH an appointment.
