I called and spoke to a man named Brian. I told him that I was selling my car, and that I had a buyer, but the buyer wanted a side dent fixed or asked if I could come down on the sale price of the car. Brain asked me to come by and that he would take a look at the dent. Brian is a great guy! He looked at my car for free, gave me a free estimate for the cost of repair, and gave me solid advice and wisdom on what I should do in my situation!! This says a lot about a person and a business. I would bring my car or recommend anyone to come here! Thanks Brian!

Hands down best auto repair shop around. Dropped car off and was met with friendly service and excellent work in a timely fashion. Will return for all my automotive repairs.

We had a good relationship with this shop until we were charged $$$ for a repair that lasted one day. We suggested a compromise for the time put in but instead were offered the opportunity to pay 3x as much to keep trying. We are Sr/Vet family and the answer is NO.Should the owner of this shop care to amend its position - I will be happy to amend this review.

Honest and spot on service!!!!!As a woman it hasn t always been easy to take my truck or car in to a service station for service. It has usually been an intimidating and expensive experience!!! But no more!!!! Carolina Auto Service is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, there when you need them and fairly priced!!!!! What a relief!!!! Thank you Carolina Auto Service!!

I was out running errands this AM and my vehicle began acting sluggish. At the same time, my check engine light came on and stayed on.I called around to get the problem diagnosed. Some could not see me for days. While others wanted to charge me a $250 diagnostic (plug the meter and read the coded problems) fee. Carolina Auto Service said they would get the codes for free if I agreed to fix anything they would get compensated.I feel I was treated respectfully. I got to review to identified problems as well as sign off on the repairs with a known Fee amount. I will use this car care company for my future repair needs!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic

Price came in a lot less expensive than I imagined for the front end work that was done, kept me informed of any delays and the results were well worth the time and money. Definately would recommend to anyone.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Had to Returned less than 3 months after my 2015 accord started having issues again. (Same issues they fixed).Not only was there No accountability, but also displayed the worst customer service ive ever had during an auto shop visit. (Got cursed at and belittled by the owner Brian, and his employees.)Here is a bit about my experience. I was in a fender Bender where my front right end of the car was dented. Additionally, my driver wheel airbag deployed and seatbelt sensor went off. During my first visit having them take a look at the car, I was given an 3,500 estimate but never provided an itemized invoice. I Paid the down-payment same day in good faith to get the parts ordered and work started. Fast foward 3-4 weeks, I received a call that my car was ready, only to arrive to the car ONLY having had body work done and no work done to the interior work done.When I brought up my concerns on, was basically yelled/curved at stating I never told them about what I though was a clear/obvious issue that I had brought up during the first time. But due to no Itemized invoice ever being provided, I had nothing on my end to provide and have them take accountability. The Owner Brian did try to make it right by replacing the non working seatbelt at no charge but that I needed to find another place to have them reset the seatbelt sensor.Besides the body work, they had replaced the A/C Condensor, recharged the AC along with all body work impacted in that area.It's now been about 3 months since they worked on the car, and the A/C is now having issues. When reaching out to have someone take a look, they refused and was basically told that "this looks like a fan issue cause of drag, and as this was not something that they "replaced", it would not be under warranty." When I then questioned about them not also having to work on the fan to work on the A/C condenser, etc, I was then again yelled at and belittled by an employee. Stating belittling comments like "who is the mechanic here", along with other profanity directed towards my intelligence. (Mind you my brother was a mechanic)I normally would not even take my time to write a review but this whole experience has left me with such a sour taste, I wanted to relay my experience.
