Great friendly staff. They go above and beyond for you. I asked them to check out a noise I was having while doing my alignment and the technician had already spotted it and tightened the bolt before the woman at the front could even tell him. He looked at the whole front suspension before he did my alignment and didn't charge me any extra. The woman at the front was so sweet and was signing to my deaf son and made his day. I'll definitely be back

Best shop in the Claremont area, you can trust the mechanics to take care of your vehicle properly and thoroughly. Had my truck inspected and was made aware of every issue they noticed and was given estimates to repair these and on what I should get done first. I would not hesitate to let this shop do any work required.

I absolutely love this establishment. It is family owned and very respectful and attentive to their customers. The mechanics are very skilled and the office staff is absolutely as caring as they could be. You won't regret taking your vehicle to them for repair.

My family and I were traveling through and wound up with a flat tire. The staff at Town and Country Tire were such a blessing! We were in and out; they graciously fit our tire patch in between their booked appointments. We are so grateful for this family run business and their staff!

I called to see if they could help me with a flat after I found that my spare wouldn't hold air. They sent Josh to pick up the tires at my house, plugged them, and had them back to me in an hour! Thank you Carrie and Josh for going above and beyond!

One of the mechanics messed up my car. And it's not any better. They ruined it and won't admit it. I can't trust him anymore. The owner is nice and I believe is a good lady. But I can't afford 80.00 an hour labor when they keep my car for 7 hours and still ruin it. I trusted them before but I'm hurt and disappointed that it happened and the mechanic acted like there was nothing wrong. My car was a quiet running car,, now it's so loud and takes so much gas. He messed up something in the timing area. Now I have to take my car out of town for a mechanic.

Previous tire repair from another place left me with a Schrader valve in the valve stem that wasn't tight and leaking air. I stopped here by pure luck of what was nearby a d the quickly fixed the problem and given how simple it was, didn't charge me a thing. If only I lived in the area, I'd certainly bring them all my business! What a great staff and example of true kindness.

My first major service here. 2 previous branded service centers had noted to me a missing cosmetic wheel insert, which I knew about, to point out that they weren't the ones who lost it. After I left T&C with my new tires, I noticed the missing insert had been replaced. Little details matter.

Scheduled an inspection for Thursday morning. Getting ready the next morning to take my son to school and to the inspection my truck wouldn't start. Called to inform them of the situation and that I was hauling a camper the next day for a trip we planned 6 months in advance. They had my truck hauled to there shop and fixed within 4 hrs, and didn't take advantage of my situation on the price. I would give them 5 star plus

Got my Harley Davidson inspection here very friendly and professional atmosphere as well as good price...if in the Claremont North Carolina area and need tire service or service in general you could do my h worse...

They fixed a flat for me. It took them a few hrs. That is fast compared to a lot of places. Other places have taken up to 3 days just to change a tire for me. Also they were nice and we mannered.

Best place in 4 counties for very reliable service and the most reasonable prices anywhere. They even have pickup and delivery service plus if you want a top notch hand wash car wash and interior cleaned to perfection they can do that also. They have my business for life!!! Thank you Jimmy!!UPDATE 1/16/2018:Another very satisfying service from Jimmy & Lori today. 5 Star Service with 10 Star Personalities!! Thanks again.

Jimmy Freeman ( owner ) and his crew do a good job there. Plenty of parking around back. I have never had a bad experience there. I send my friends there. They also do motorcycle inspections quickly. I highly recommend all motorcyclist to take their motorcycles there for inspection. 2 thumbs up to Jimmy for taking care of the motorcycle riders. Thanks!

Lori and Jimmy seem like amazing people! I had a roadside emergency (flat tire) on my cross country trip and they made sure to get me on my way quickly. Claremont seems like a lovely place. Service was fast, professional, and definitely affordable. Thanks!

Was traveling in rental car and tire kept going down. Pulled off I-40 stopped in to get it checked. Super nice owners. Was treated like a friend. Got me back on the road very quickly. If they had a shop in Tennessee where I live they would be my go to shop.They rate over 100 percent

Family owned. Good Christian owners! They only ever kept my van for the day. They are reasonable with their prices and even let me bring my own parts on brakes. I love them.

Best tire shop I ve ever been to. Extremely nice people, very fair prices. I blew a tire on a trailer and they took care of me and got me back on the road within minutes! GOD bless you guys!!

I had an Alternator problem with my 2012 Chevrolet Captive Sport LTZ.I called to ask if they could fit me in sometime today. She asked me about my problem then ask me to hold Said let me see. With in a few seconds came back and said if you can get here now we can. I work close by was there in about 8 minutes. After work went to pick up and it was ready to go. Price for work was good and everything was better. Thank you guys

Never go anywhere else to have you vehicle repaired. These folks are quick, dependable and extremely honest. Their parking lot is always full. Doesn't that tell you something? I will send all my Friends and co-workers to Town and Country.

I went in there thinking they were like every other shop this was not the case. They really helped me out by giving me the lowest price possible. God bless them I'm going to recommend them to everyone. Best shop around in my opinion.
