Whoever this mechanic is he needs to work on his customer facing skills. He is short and rude both times I spoke to him and was rude when I got a simple inspection done. Poor customer service skills dont give me trust in their ability to service my vehicle.

Went in for a last minute inspection and was pleased to experience prompt service and great company with entertaining conversation. As a woman, I especially enjoyed being treated like I had some sense and not an idiot or waste of time. They will be getting my business from now on!

My car broke down while I was driving down the freeway, was able to make it to a gas station in Claremont. Danny at Claremont Automotive went above and beyond to help me through a difficult time. Excellent customer service and I whole haeartedly recommend.

Step back in time and visit Danny and Steve at Claremont Automotive. The first repair shop I have ever trusted. Not only have they done an excellent job with repairs and maintenance of both our foreign and domestic vehicles, they are a pleasure to sit and partake of good old friendly conversation with. Great people, great place.

Left the speedometer unhooked which equates to an incomplete job on a clutch replacement. When asked to finish the job they were unable and unwilling to complete the work. Don't go here!!Day #2 The manager / owner contacted me and sent Brett to reconcile the problem.Brett was able to locate the missing parts and repair the speedo cable connection.Brett you earned the shop an additional 2 stars.Thanks for the service.

Awesome service and friendly atmosphere.You can buy apple butter, pumpkin butter etc etc which is fantastic! Where else in Claremont can you get service with a smile?
