Phenomenal customer service! I took my daughter's car here after she was quoted an obscene amount for brake pads and rotary replacement. It turns out, her brake pads and rotary were not bad and Alrays saved her a ton of money!. Trustworthy amd dependable service!

Having issues with my car, took it to Alray they gave me a $176 turn up that didn't solve the problem. They didn't even want to look at my car when I took it in. I was just told it needed a tune-up.

Was on a time crunch and came in shortly before closing for an inspection. They pulled the car in and within 20 min were done. One of the fastest and friendliest shops I've been to. Will definately use again.

This is the best place for tires, brakes, and general auto repairs! I have been a customer for years, and Alray's has always given me fair prices and fair dealings. One time, my "check engine" light would not go off, & I was worried it would be an expensive catalytic converter replacement, or some pricy emissions sensor. Alray's told me I just needed a new gas tank cap for under $12.00, and with the new gas cap, that "check engine " light went off and has stayed off for several years now! That's honesty! And I appreciate it! Alray's is awesome!

I was nervous about going there, because I have had one mechanic for a while. But they were very nice. Did what I needed done. Gave me suggestions for other things I needed to get done. Made a strong suggestion for me to go the less expensive way first. I wish they were open on the weekend, or at least in Saturday.

Normally they do a fantastic job. But I brought a car down there that had been sitting for a while and I told them I needed them to get it running again. In 3 weeks all they had done was replace the starter and battery. When I went to pick it up died about a block away from the store.

The friendliest people I have honestly ever met. They did a great job and are extremely cheap. The get the work done in a timely manner. They are busy. This was my first time using them, but I WILL BE BACK!!!

These people had my work vehicle for 3 weeks. Ordered the wrong part, then they ordered the correct part oh yea thats right they had me waiting another 2 weeks on a part they never ordered and they wanted to blame the guy at advanced auto lmao. I called the auto parts store tonsee about tbis part and they never ordered anything...What a hack to blame someone else on your shops shortcomings. This place doesn't care about the customer he has several locations and doesn't care if he loses customers or not. They told me to come pick up my vehicle with no brakes. So I had them tow it to my house. I went online and did the job they couldn't do and had someone else finish the job.

I've been doing business with Alray for about 13 years now and they have always done right by me from oil changes to inspections, tires of course and major mechanical work. Seth, Trey and Johnny are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The guys there are very nice. I have purchased a few sets of tires there and they have always been the cheapest and by far the friendliest. You will not go wrong by contacting these guys. The store is a little old looking but other than that everything there is great.

We have taken all 4 of our cars there to get tires. Never had a issue. Just got my son new tires there a week ago. Friendly, no issues. Then I take my car in I just bought a month ago. It's under warranty. The guy at the front desk at Alrays rudely refused to call the warranty place to see if it was covered. So I called the warranty place, but I can't start a claim, the mechanic has too. So I called Alrays back. Explained the fuel pump was covered, but he had to call and start the claim. He said he WOULD and got the number and info. over a week later he still hasn't called them to start my claim. I will not go back. Not for tires, not for our yearly inspection. Nothing. NO reason to I was treated so rudely and had to beg him to do his job. Waited a week and still at square one with getting my car fixed. Now I have to go somewhere else, and restart the process.

They do great work but hopefully you don't have anything to do that day they're slow as hell. Very organized told me I had 1 in front of me I got out 2 in half hours later for flat tire.Smdh

I switched to Alray Tire Center in Cherryville NC for all of my family's tire work. They are very customer oriented, including not just manager, but every associate my wife and I have met. In my experience, they stand by their products and their work. They always get us done in a timely manner. I have no problem recommending this shop to anyone needing tires.

I had tires put on at another shop and found them shaking at high speed upon driving to Cherryville for work the next day. I took my car here and they pulled it around and found the tires out of balance. They straightened out the situation and didn't even charge me. Great place. I will come here if I have future needs.

The best car repairmen. I live miles a way but still willingly travel to have them service all 6 of my vehicles. Very competitive pricing! Can't beat it nor the customer service.

Took my car to get new brakes, they kept it for 3 days and when I got it back many more problems started to pop up. All my censors were messed up and my brakes weren't even fixed. They work when they feel like it so your car will be up there for awhile. I've taken my car there every week for the past 2 months. And everytime they run my full tank of gas empty. Don't take your car to alrays if you have responsibilities that need transportation. Because you will get your car back in about a week or 2

Had an appointment schedule for a repair. Arrived early since I was doing this for someone and wasn't sure what time I would make it there. Sat there for over and hour before the car was taken back. Appointment time came and past and car still were I parked it. They had plenty of people come and go for inspections but for repair find another place unless you can leave your car for a day or two.
