I was VERY satisfied with the service I received at this Woodie's location. Robert (service advisor) was friendly and professional. He explained everything to me clearly so I knew what to expect. My pre-sale inspection was done quickly, with immediate texted results. It's nice knowing I can trust the auto work done here. Thank you, Robert, for your terrific service!

I was extremely pleased with the entire service from Woodies.From the beginning, I was greeted with enthusiasm, and professionalism. I felt that I was heard when describing certain issues I wished to have addressed.Within only a couple hours, I received a text message containing a link to see all the checks that have been made, including those of higher importance.They soon followed with a phone call to review everything in that link, and address issues of concern.Two hours later, my car was ready, all issues addressed and fixed.They had shuttle service to bring me back home, and pick me up when the car was done!By far, the Best Service I ve ever had!A+++ service from start to finish!!Heather L. Started having issues with my radiator/thermostat and gave them a call. I brought it to them early on a Friday morning. They had shuttle service that took me to work. They sent detailed information about the issues that were going wrong in an email and through text. Everything was fixed by 3pm and the shuttle came back to pick me up from work. By far the best experience I've ever had with an auto mechanic shop. Very thorough and thoughtful of their customers. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Horrible service, talked to a nice guy named John. I needed a diagnostic, John was not there on Saturday when I took the car in, paid full price for the diagnostic but this bearded guy told me they wanted to charge me 300 more dollars than Lexus to change my starter I said never mind I ll get it towed, went up there to pay, once I paid I asked for the diagnostic sheet I paid for and the guy told me no? How can u not give me the diagnostic report that I paid for. This guy was rude and unprofessional I feel like if John was there they might have kept my service!

65 years old on a fixed income. Brought my 2007 Toyota in to Ballantyne after reading the story of the Woodies family. My rear windows had slipped off their rails. Over $3500.00 later and three returned trips, I've got a screw driver jamed in the inside of the window so it doesn't fall down for the fourth time. It's all about integrity....

I took my car in for an alignment because I bent a rim hitting a pothole. It wasn't far out, but I got the printed report of Before and After, and I have been quite happy with the results. They do great work!

I had a problem with a nail in my right rear tire. Called 2 other repair/service places and they said I would have to leave my car with them for a day (or leave it overnight and they would work me in). Woodies said to bring it in (4:00pm) and they were done by 5:00. great job and great service.

Tried to upcharge me. Thought I had a nail in my tire, took it in said it was a valve stem issue. Tried to charge me 240 dollars. I also asked them to put air in my tire (which they do for everyone) but they left mine flat when I picked it up. I had to drive to a gas station and fill up my tire before tightening my own valve. Saved myself 240 dollars and now no air leak. Real shady business.

Working with John was a great experience. He was extremely friendly and very detailed. They moved very fast at having my car inspected in spite of me booking at the last minute. I definitely plan to do more business with them in the near future.

The gentleman that worked with me was great but the cost of labor is just way too much compared to other places. Come to find out friends of mine who used to take their cars here stop going for the same reason. I got an inspection done and battery and it cost me over $700. I need other repairs done but I literally can t afford to bring it back here.

Friendly and knowledgeable ASE certified staff. I like the way they use high quality products such as Mobil 1 motor oil. I have never had a repair that needed to be redone. Clutch failed on a Sunday, had it towed to Woodies, though had never used them. Spoke Monday explaining that we needed the truck to help my son move out and move in. They were able to finish the work on the next day, Tuesday! Took my van here because the check engine light came on during a 7 hr drive home. We needed it fixed quickly and Woody's is close. They were able to quickly get is in and fix a gas sensor (along with a bunch of other things that they were probably upselling us on). We got the car back and I was picking up my 3 yr old and going to a doctor's appt when the car suddenly just died in the middle of the street and started leaking gas. I couldn't start the car at all to move it and if we'd been on the interstate where I was header we definitely would have been rear-ended. I called Woody's right away and they asked if we had AAA to call for towing instead of towing it themselves. We insisted they cover the cost of towing and they ultimately did, but it caused me to miss my appointment and they didn't ever really apologize or even seem to care. I'd already driven the car on the interstate earlier that day and the way the car stopped so suddenly due to the gas line not being connected correctly, an accident would have been unavoidable and at 6 mo pregnant could have been devastating. It was really upsetting that they didn't seem to care about the issue they caused. We will never take our car here again. This is not the first issue we've had with them, but was the most dangerous and I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.Services: Electrical, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

The guys were nice and had good customer service, but they didn t fix the issue or only fixed part of the issue with my car! Soon after I got it back a couple days later my engine light came back on and the same problem I had was happening. They switched out the battery thats it and charged me over $400 for it! I let someone else who did my inspection look at it and he said it probably needs new spark plugs and an O2 sensor!! So for an actual all work mechanic shop, with people who are supposed to be professionals, to not figure out what else was wrong with it is just ridiculous to me! I should be able to get a free service so they can actually fix the problem!!Service: Battery

I feel the service was good, however, having asked for the tire pressures to be checked and the dashboard to be reset, and being told that was part of the service, I was disappointed that neither seems to have been done as both lights are still on..just needs follow through.

Very worst service . Excessive bill. My car overheated due to radiator hose got broken. So taken to that workshop . For inspection alone they charged alone 160$ by seeing the car itself we can see broken hose what else is required. The car parts doesn t cost more than 150$ but altogether they charged 950$ . Greedy people for small work charging a lot.Don t go to their store.

Friendly service and good work. They did a thorough diagnostic on my car and were able to complete all of the repairs in 2 days. The only negative is that they don't accept AMEX, which is an inconvenience.

Had my truck dropped off there by tow truck, cuz wouldn't start, belt was squeaking and leaking antifreeze. First off took two weeks with no communication and finally when they did finish my truck they lost a part on my truck nothing was tightened down filter were loose clamps loose. So when I called they said bring it back in and they told me another quote until I spoke with management and they said they would fix their mistake. 3 days later no calls again I called back and it was done, took the truck and still doing the same thing 3200.00 dollars later what a rip off and terrible service so called mechanics. I will never use them again, i wouldnet' use them to work on my sons power wheels

These places have some of the most condescending, rude people . My dad just picked up his truck today because it needed brake pads and pads only, and the guy who runs the shop, said that they would only do it if they did the rotors as well. After arguing with the guy and explaining that we are the customer and that it is our vehicle and not his, he refused to do the work so we picked up the vehicle. He said that s just not how we do it here .Then you get this inspection report on all the things that need to be done and it s quite funny because some of the things that are on it were just done to the truck recently. I would stay away from this place. I would say if they do it at one place they will do it everywhere.

Absolutely DO NOT go here. They will appear nice and help at first but will lie straight to your face. I was originally told to replace my driver side axle would be $1200. After I asked for my warranty company to be called the original price changed to $1019. When I talked to my BF s husband, he said he had found the part for $72. When I told Johnny that he said that it probably wasn t brand new and he could take off $50. After more searching my BF s husband found the part on Kia s website for $489 including shipping. Johnny originally told me that the part was $700 and that was because since the part is so hard to find Kia marked it up. When I called the shop and let them know he lied and I would be going somewhere else the response was okay. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are liars!!!! I also believe he altered the part number on my itemized statement so that I wouldn t be able to figure out he was lying.

The most pathetic oil change you could get for $80, sorry Josh but this is absolutely not going out of my shop like this.The owner replied he didn't understand my statement, that it was "my" shop?. No, if I have to explain English jargon it is not my shop. It came from your shop, where I wrote the review. And it left Woodies Auto Garage on Carmel, since I have to spell it out, with oil on my engine cover, and my headlamp.

I was in deep trouble with a Tesla with a damaged tire with no spare.I called Woodie's .They arranged a tow and put on a new tire within 3 hours ! They have an excellent reputation but they are even BETTER !!

I visited this location to complete my State Inspection for the year. The Customer service was standard. Service was quick, I had an appointment so I was in/out in 45min. The waiting area is nice, has a TV and is stocked with snacks and beverages.

There seem to be a significant scheduling issues. I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30. At noon my car had not even been looked at. I understand the shop is busy, but I should have been told to make my appointment at noon. Why bring it in at 9:30? The oil change was finished by 1:30. 4 hours for an oil change is way too long.Service: Oil change
