I have a flatbed hotshot business. My truck broke down at pickup. He told me he will be there within 1hr and was there before 1hr. When he came out he did a full inspection and found out it was the water pump. He help me find the part and replaced everything for way less than a shop. He is truly a life saver/ load saver!!! The service was fast and wonderful. I never seen someone put a belt on so fast!!

I called James this morning to replace brake pads and rotors. He came within a few hours and I now have a safe car again. He was efficient and a gentleman. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a mobile car repair at an excellent price. Thank you, James.

Rates are way too low! Great value for quality troubleshooting and issue resolution on ultra-rare car. I will be working with James again.Update: I have worked with James again, and again, most of it weird obscure stuff from manufacturers that do things that don't make sense like Maserati, Lotus, and Jaguar! I found James online. Read his reviews and. Took a chance needless. To say I'm very skeptical. By my past experiences. With mechanics not being. Trustworthy but James is. The exception he does. What he says keeps you. In the know of what's. .Going on. He has excellent communicationI will recommend James to family and friends.

He gave me money saving advice for acquiring my own auto parts. And due to his service and advice he saved me hundreds in over priced services from another mechanic that would have charged well above what my repair actually cost. James, did a great job replacing my rear rotors and brake pads as well as my serpentine belt. He is professional and honest. Those are two qualities that can be hard to find regarding mechanics. I will be a repeat customer.

James is a life saver, he reached out within a day of initial contact, was available same day and came through and fixed my passenger mirror. he did a great job and took the extra time to make sure the job was the best quality and he charged a very reasonable price for the work he did. James "The White Raven" has completed multiple jobs on both of our cars. He is professional, honest, and he does quality work! He replaced the starter on one of our cars and did a full brake job on the other. I recommend him to anyone that needs a quality mobile mechanic and I hope it translates into more business for him. He is always available to talk on the phone or via text and he has great availability and can get out to you quickly. I am very impressed!

I was totally satisfied with the work that he did for me, which was an alternator for a Ford edge SEL 3.5 L engineHe was very professional, and he cleaned up after himself and very very good person to talk with. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Great experience having James get my 1974 MG to start again. The car had sat for awhile and needed a new battery a simple fix but took a lot of energy to remove wedged in sub-woofers. It was grueling work and James remind cool and kind. Will definitely hire him again if I ever need a mobile mechanic!Service: BatteryService: Battery

He's very knowledgeable at what he does and even helped me to pinpoint the problem of my car's issue (incorrect/discontinued parts). However, this is a reflection of the communication--it wasn't professional in any way.He arrived two hours later after the agreed upon time and when he did, expressed deep frustration at having to come and do the work to the point that I was suggesting that he return the next day to be refreshed. He continued, but cursed and lightly complained throughout.He worked on the car for an hour, then proceeded to charge for two hours, so I did; but when I pointed out how long he'd actually been there, he did refund it back to an hour's worth of time spent on the car.I was also told that he'd be back in contact with me from that night to the next morning with how to proceed with the issue, but that never happened.So all in all, he's capable with what's under the hood, but the lack of communication throughout leaves the service wanting.I do hope some system is set in place for any future customers so that an expectation is set and adhered to. I had to hire another mechanic to come and complete the work I set out to get done from the beginning. I actually was going to finish here, but when I was ghosted I figured why have someone under the hood that doesn't want to be there.

James one of their mechanics answered my questions several times on several occasions when I wasn t getting anywhere with others in the field. . Through his instructions which he never charged me for I was able to fix my car. He helped me hours after his shift had ended. He even called me to initiate the process. He never asked for anything in return. He truly enjoys helping people. I wish I would have found him 1st. Thanks for keeping an eye out for me when I really needed it the most. I truly owe you one.

HIGHLY recommend! I had trouble installing my spark plugs and he came right away to help me. He taught me several things about my car that I did not know about so thanks to him, I know more about my car than I did before. Very informative and helpful, and he even gave me information on where to get cheaper parts for my car. Best of all, his prices are very fair and reasonable! Will definitely recommend him to my friends!

Excellent service from James! My car wouldn't start and was stuck in a parking garage. I texted James, and he came the next morning and fixed my issue very quickly! So much better than towing it to a shop. He was very upfront with me and explained everything he did clearly. No upcharges, no hassle, and very friendly. I highly recommend giving him a call, and I will be using him again!

Very honest, professional, and great pricing. Spark plugs were replaced, my car runs smoothly now and I was told that I did not need brakes as I thought I did. It was a pleasure, as I am not that trusting of mechanics from past experiences, so I will definitely use him again as well as refer him to others. I needed him a long time ago!

James was excellent!! He installed front and rear brakes & roters on our son s car and we couldnt have been more pleased with his level of professionalism and attention to detail. His price was more than reasonable & we were able to make an appointment within 24 hours. He even took extra care to share a few general maintenance tips with our son despite the sweltering midday heat. We will absolutely hire him again in the future!! Highly recommended!

My husband and I only have one car and it wasn't starting! I called James at White Raven Mobile Mechanic he came same day within the time he specified. Diagnosed the issue within minutes and began working immediately! I couldn't go pick up the part myself so he did so for us and exchanged the old part for the new one making sure we got our core deposit back. The work was done in a very timely manner and his hourly rate was so reasonable. I definitely plan on using him and recommending him to anyone and everyone I know in the area.

This is my first time writing a review ever... But it's definitely worth it.My husband and I were in desperate need to get our radiator replaced on our truck. Every name brand mechanic shop was trying to charge us close to 1k to complete the job. We simply did not have the money at the time to get it fixed.. I began searching for other options. At first I was skeptical about reaching out to White Raven Mobile mechanic due to bad experiences with other mechanics in the past.. I'm happy I reached out to this company!James was a major life line. He's one of a kind.. Not only was he able to complete the job effectively but his prices were very reasonable. His professionalism and personality is very refreshing when dealing with the burden of car problems. He also diagnosed other major issues we had with our truck and fixed them for a very reasonable cost. If you want your car fixed the right way.. the first time.. for a reasonable price..James is your guy. I would recommend White Raven mobile mechanic to ANYONE! Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Hired James for check engine light. He diagnosed and changed # 5 ignition coil and spark plug but said prior mechanic broke connector that holds the coil in place and he would have to take off several parts to fix it. After a little over an hour he was done I test drove and it was 20% better but still not fixed. Check engine light off. Paid him and later same day check engine light came back on. I hesitated to call him back because honestly I didn t think he could fix the issue. But I texted him and told him still doing same thing he said he would comeback and check it but he never did. I took it into Napa for diagnostic/repair.Napa informed the one he changed which was different from all the rest was # 6 ignition coil and informed it was the Coil that was broken and after they replaced it and the spark plug and did not take off parts to get to it as James had informed it s running so smooth. Long story short he is good guy but he cost me $140 and was not able to fix the very thing he worked on and ultimately cost me another diagnostic, parts and Labor $297Service: Auto engine diagnostic

James was incredible. Not only did he save me a small fortune, he did incredible work and worked within my schedule. He was kind, polite and honest. He gave me tips and expertise for free while not performing unnecessary services. He let me buy the parts from a store and did not upcharge on that and when some work wasn't needed, he simply cut the cost off the original quote. He gave me an honest opinion on what to do next with my somewhat questionable vehicle. I will use him from hereon out with all my mechanic needs.

James was a breath of fresh air. Mechanic shops lie, aren t transparent, and were always quoting crazy prices that I couldn t afford. When I needed help figuring out my error code on my car to pass inspection James answered my call, gave me affordable options, and did excellent work. He conveniently came to my home, had the parts and was ready go!Highly recommended!
