This was a great visit for an oil change and inspection. I'd say I was there a total of 15 minutes. The people working there were super helpful and were not pushy with buying extra stuff. They only told me the stuff they absolutely felt was needed (which they were right, filter, and type of oil needing to be used). I don't remember paying that much for one at my previous place, but the convenience makes up for not needing an appointment and waiting hours at the dealership.

My husband went to this location for an oil change for our Tahoe Chevrolet on today 1-7-24. The customer service was awesome. They got him in & out. It s always nice to experience great customer service when you go to businesses for service. We will definitely continue to go here for our vehicle oil change.

This was BY FAR the most respectful, non-condescending location I have ever received an oil change. They were also willing to assist me with putting a spare on, pointed out a low beam I did not realize was out and changed my wipers soley because I didn't like the ones I purchased previously. I never felt pressured in anyway to purchase something for the company to make a larger sale. If I had a daughter, I would feel confident to send her here. Thank you guys so much for your amazing work and service!

I love everyone who works at this Valvoline. I go here to get my oil changed on both of the vehicles we have as well as tire rotations and inspections. They always do a great job and if I have any questions they are always respectful and helpful.

Awesome service! I drove up, someone came right out and asked what service I needed, told me to leave my keys and registration and I could wait inside. Within 10 minutes my truck was inspected, and there were three cars being serviced and two waiting when I pulled up! I will be back for other services!

Went to get my oil changed, but the 2 young men who helped me said my oil looked too clean. My oil light was on and needed to be reset. So, I got my car inspection done instead. All is good! I appreciate their honesty! They saved me from a needless expense. Will definitely go back when I do need an oil change. Thanks guys!

Was able to inspect my vehicle immediately!! After dealing with hours of waiting at Meineke Car Care for a simple inspection (with an appointment) this was like a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be bringing the Jeep back.

Hands down the best experience I ve had from a Valvoline and worth the extra distance from a closer location. Consistently updated me on bay status, moved cars to ensure a fair line was kept, let me sit inside while they adjusted and reset everything for me, constantly polite, and when running a bit late, apologized profusely when in fairness I could have arrived sooner (traffic!). Better yet, it s a mostly female staff which was amazing and the proof of better customer service was clear! My new location .Service: Oil change

Went in with a fine engine and came out with a confirmed block with no oil. Dealership wants nearly $8000 dollars to replace. Thanks. Don't use this place ever. The insurance adjuster for valvoline will deny you. BBB will be notified.

I normally get great service here, but my last visit, I was basically robbed. I expressed concern about my vehicle s ability to pass inspection based on some of its enhancements. The technician agreed it may not pass, but said he would help me out. He did not help. He failed my vehicle AND made me pay!! That was dishonest and I do not recommend doing business with dishonest employees. He could have simply let me know it wouldn t pass and let me go on my way. Not sure if I ll ever use them again.

Waited just over an hour in line only to be told they don't carry oil for my vehicle. Would have been nice if one of the 3 times someone came to my window to talk to me they would have told me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Stopped here for a state inspection based on recent reviews. This location definitely exceeded my expectations. The service was quick, and the two employees I interreacted with were very friendly. I highly suggest using this location for inspections at the least, but I would definitely expect them to give quick and efficient oil change as well.

Came to get an oil change. Was asked to pull in the second lane but was then asked to moved to the third. They allow three cars (all received oil changes) to be serviced before me. I waited over 40 mintues bro I finally pulled off. All while at least 4 employees stood on the side having their self a great conversation. Would not recommend!!! Take your business elsewhere!!! Update for 2023: Service has gotten slower. They're also not always open during posted times.Convenient location, quick service when there is no wait. Accepts my employers fleet program.

No reimbursement to me when they don t have my oil filter in stock and they suggest I could go across the street and buy one? I bought a Groupon which offset the $15 filter cost, but who doesn t reimburse for something they should stock that is required for the service?

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change on Saturday morning 3/11/23 at the 10200 Rozzel ferry Rd charlotte nc. I drove home less than a mile, oil leak puddle on the driveway, took pics. I cranked the vehicle, heard a large thumping noise, engine delayed when accelerated and engine light started flashing. Check the hood pcv and mass value was disconnected, took pics causing all kinds of engine codes. Took it back to them and smoke gas smells were coming from the hood. They told me to take it to my mechanic, i did. He refused to work on it cause of the damage already done but charged me diagnostics fee. Filed a claim, no investigation, Alisha my claim adjuster just denied it immediately. Sent her all the pics, even cooperate video. I ride by there everyday, looks like they have a new staff. Two days later, my engine went out. Now I am out of a vehicle, thanks alot valvolineService: Auto engine diagnostic

Car was leaking oil AFTER oil change. Took it to another shop to find out why and they said the oil filter was not screwed in right and the gasket was misaligned and pinched.I've gone to other locations with great success and this was a disappointment to have such a basic service botched.Thankfully this was caught soon enough, but I definitely wouldn't trust this location again for anything else.Service: Oil change

The best customer service. The young men genuinely were highly respectable and professional. I felt very secure in allowing them to service my car. I came all the way from Concord NC to this particular site and I will be coming back again.

For the record, I don't normally leave reviews, but I'm like a kid in a candy shop 3 weeks later with my experience here, I really just can't ignore it.My favorite oil change place in Denver shut down, and the other place I was using in Denver would completely ruin my day, every time I went (50+ minute oil changes, breaking things on my car, losing caps, it was like a newborn potato baby was doing it, a whole mess.). I drive a lot + dreaded getting my oil changed but needed somewhere I could just pop through without an appointment.I stopped on my way home from work for an oil change and there were two cars in the bay, plus me and another car waiting. I was acknowledged + within a few minutes, someone came over to greet me and ask which services I needed. After about 10 minutes, the car that was waiting next to me moved forward, and another team member came by to reassure me that I would be helped soon. I was in a mild time crunch to pick up my child from afterschool care about 40 minutes away, so I let them know that I may need to come back another day when I could plan better.LET ME TELL Y'ALL. These amazing humans promised an "in and out" experience and MAAAAANNNNN did they deliver. I had an oil change and a filter replacement done in 8 minutes. EIGHT MINUTES. I couldn't believe it. I even questioned if they actually changed my oil - that's how seamless this experience was. Everyone was super nice + pleasant as well.I have never talked so much about an oil change in my life - the service and hospitality here genuinely had me shook. This had to be the fastest oil change I've ever had! There were 2 cars that finished up within 5 minutes and 1 other waiting. I expected to have wait at least 15-20 minutes but I never ever got out of the car! The 3 men on duty guided me in, checked everything out, changed my filter and oil, and I was out of there. Those guys were like a well oiled machine the way they worked togethe - smooth and efficient. And if you check Groupon you can usually get a killer coupon too!!

Went on a Friday morning for State inspection. No waiting. Very nice staff that helped me. In and out in 15 minutes. I only needed a window blade. Total cost under $60. Yay! Thanks guys

I had my oil changed at this business, they did not put enough oil back in and my engine light came on a month later which should not have happened. My oil level was so dry it would have smoked up my car, Lucky I have a uncle who knows what to do. I will never go back here.
