My first time visiting this place, and now I have the worst experience of my life, we took a car to change the engine and transmission oil, and after leaving the place a few miles ahead the car stopped. It lost the filter and all the motor oil, and now I have a car with a completely damaged engine.

Devin the manager of this location runs a quick and efficient operation that is customer focused. He and Matt (pictured with permission -working in my GMC Canyon) made sure all checkpoints were performed and answered all my questions with professionalism and understanding that I am not a mechanic. Devin took time to give advice concerning future maintenance and servicing. No high pressure sales tactics concerning unreasonable or unnecessary maintenance offered and that was appreciated and respected. Overall this is a great place for oil changes and inspections (I ve had many vehicles inspected and serviced here over the years). Highly recommended.

Was open on time!! Very friendly staff. The place is clean and they are fast. I really love these stores. Get you oil change here and never worry. Matthew and Kim are great!!!

ALL staff were great! 4-5 guys working and they all took the time to chat. They were all working in sync & communicating with each other. Apr 4, 2024 visit - Routine oil change and tire rotation.

I don t normally give bad reviews but I had a horrible experience. I came to this location for the first time this morning and they told me that they had to drive my car in to get inspected. Everyone else drove their own cars in so I was suspicious. However, I agreed and let him drive my car in . Only to watch this man let the car behind me get in-front of mine and left mine out. Then I watched 2 other cars that came in after me get serviced first. I said something and he said that the owner of the first car had complained so they let her go first however did not accommodate me at least going next as I was supposed to have gone. In doing so, this kept me here longer than I have ever needed to be at a car shop. I eventually left when I realized that more people who came 30 minutes after me were getting serviced first and leaving. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

We come to this location for oil changes and inspections several times a year. They're always friendly, greet us immediately, and they communicate the state of our vehicles without pushing for services. Sometimes the line is long but that can't be helped :)

Very good and fast service. But the most convenient part is that they are open on Sunday till 5pm!!Guys are very polite and professional.

I had an awesome experience today at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Issac is awesome!!!! Took great care of my truck and answered all of my questions. He took his time to explain the question I had about my tire and walked me through what the best oil service for my truck would be. Dakota the assistant manager is awesome too!!! They are truly customer service focused and care about their customers!

Highly impressed. I've been going to the Valvoline on Randolph for years, but I've been increasingly dissatisfied with the service. Went to get an inspection and oil change last week, told three different people what I needed, and after an hour wait, they only did the inspection. I came to this location to get the oil change instead. No wait, friendly staff, the guy even let me know I had 1,000 miles left and could wait if I wanted. The coupon I had in my email didn't work, but another guy let me know I could go to the website to find one. Will definitely come back to this location in the future.Update: visited on Thursday, November 9th, 2023 around 3:15 for an oil change. Very little wait, just as friendly and polite and helpful as they've been every single time I've been. I deliberately go to this location because I know I'll get great service.

I've been here several times and received decent service but maybe it's starting to fail a bit. I came in a couple of days ago for an inspection, oil change and a few other things and the greeter in the parking lot said they were having equipment issues. I came back yesterday and the greeter said their inspection computer wouldn't start and they were trying to get it running. I called about an hour later and they said it was still down. So I went next door to the competition and got in and out quickly.That said, I've received what I paid for and an acceptable job before from competent people, though the waiting area leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully, the lack of functioning equipment is not a sign of problems in the future. Maybe a little investment in equipment and the customer experience would pay off.

Great 1st time experience. My favorite mechanic nearby left so I was searching for a new place that wouldn't try to sell me everything I didn't come in for or need. Easy to get to. Staff was very competent, and they quoted me all prices and gave me no-pressure choices before doing anything. Got my oil changed, battery changed, and had the engine checked for a good price. Employees were polite and considerate. Dakota was awesome! I liked how he communicated expected wait times to every car in-line, so that we could decide for ourselves whether to wait or not. He was working alone, and did a wonderful job with professionalism and great communication. I appreciate you Dakota!

I have been coming here for a long time and they always deliver quality service that's fast convenient and hassle free. I went in for an oil change and they had the information already in there computer so they knew exactly what I needed. They had me in and out within about 15mins and on my way. I would definitely recommend going to this oil change facility there hands down top notch

There were very helpful. My state inspection was very quick. They were very helpful. It was a nice day so we stayed outside. But they obviously did invite us to use the waiting room. The price was right. And the folks working there were friendly.

Worst oil change experience ever. First I was told I would be "out of there in 25-35 minutes". There was over an hour wait.When it was finally my turn, I was greeted by a very unstable employee who was more concerned about his car repairs, even took a call during what was supposed to be a "15 minute" oil change. He proceeded to tell me all about his problems. Then had a spat with another employee. He was screaming and yelling and did not care that there was customers there. When I complained he ran away and could not even look at me after this or take any responsibility for his actions.I finally asked another, more compentent, employee to make sure everything I paid for was actually done. It was not. Tire pressure had not been checked, washer fluid had not been filled up.When I called after I left (I had to leave and then call because I was made to feel so unsafe there I did not want to wait around for a manager) the manager told me he was aware of what went on, WHILE IT WAS ALL HAPPENING! but all he could offer me was 20% on MY NEXT VISIT! As if I would be ever visiting that location again. Completely unprofessional service and unsafe.Service: Oil change

Apparently listening is not required for the job. They asked at the start of service if I wanted my air filters checked and I said NO, stating they were brand new. They proceeded to take the engine one out anyways and then spent over 10 minutes trying to get the clip back on and needed to grab tools to do it. It took multiple techs to get it done, including taking apart the top of the filter box and duct.After finally, being told, I was done and good to go, immediately got out and checked, and found that they had given up and just left two of the four clips off. I had to put all of the clips on which I did by hand in front of them in about 30 seconds .
