Pork chop and Cameron do great work. Reasonable prices and expedited services. Hell service is so good, I left a water bottle to go to my car and it was cleaned up and recycled by the time I got back.

Got a used tires, went flat next day & not just that they are racist I was called a Black B CH after I asked for my money back and a lot of their customers are black. Will never deal with this place again 0 stars and just responded to my review with complete lies address the racism and how it all started with the manager not wanting to get his boss after I asked could I speak with him he literally told me no so my 5 months pregnant self went in there myself and he told me I wasn t getting any money back off rip before I said anything remember you was sitting there with your arms crossed mad as hell. God hate a liar

If they could get ZERO starts I would do so. I went there yesterday to get a new tire before I got on the road to New York. I got my tire changed about 8 hours prior to getting in the road to NY from CLT and two hours into the ride the tire COMPLETELY tears and I almost crashed my car. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I called and they suggested for me to come back to exchange the tire when I am 5 hours away and why would they even think I would want another tire from their establishment ? SAVE YOURSELF

Got some great used tires for 1/5 of what I would have paid for at the dealership. Lots of tread. They were super efficient and easy to work with. No hassle - just there to get you some tires and quickly get back in the road. No appointment needed for quick service.

I ve been doing business here for over 10 years. Best quality used/ new tires in the whole metro area of Charlotte bar none. Most of their used tires are literally like brand new for a fraction of the price. Mike and Laurie (the owners) are very knowledgeable and great at what they do. Laurie s sister Lorie (office manager) helps manage Lawyers road location and keeps track of their abundance of inventory. Pork Chop helps run all the 3 locations and does a great job. Their son Cameron can change and balance tires in a flash as quick as the NASCAR pit crew guys. Lol! Thanks to the whole team at Used Tires Express for servicing the QC area with the best tires for over 30 years now!

If I don't take my car to the dealership for tires, I come here. Never had a problem, and always felt confident in their work. These guys are fast and they work professionally, always willing to answer questions. They deserve raises! I've gotten used tires as well as new tires here because the prices are reasonable. Great customer experience!

AND TO YOU OWNER with your unprofessional response, NO ACTUALLY GOOGLE GIVES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ME TO REVIEW MORE PLACES IVE BEEN THAT I forgot to review and I WILL AND DO REVIEW HONESTLY SO MAKE UP WHATEVER YOU WANT BUT I HAVE legal proof still that your company destroyed my rim locks and caused damage to my vehicle and I WILL REVIEW you on my blog also if you keep talking! I don t need to post fake reviews I have traveled to every state in the US and also own a Trucking company so IDK what to tell you about your feelings being hurt that you can t do better but you have plenty of other BAD reviews on all of your locations. Do better and maybe people wouldn t post bad reviews! You are petty and mad. Goodbye!Awful, I went there a long time ago and I have never been back! They are unprofessional and will break your studs and strip your lug nuts. Also they sell bad tires.

Came here because of the price and definitely didn t doubt their work because they have been here for years and I ve came back in my teenage times but their attitudes are ridiculous. Never known so many men to be rude. And crazy part is it was the black guy. I told him I can t read hands and understand no talking, so finally he opened his mouth. I really don t appreciate his attitude but a few of the other guys were nice and helpful..thank y all

Well first off their pricing is great. 2nd, they plugged a tire a national chain refused which I could obviously see was fine to be plugged. Finally they advised me one of the tires I was going to replace was just fine after plugging. Management there saved me a considerable amount of money. I'll go back, definitely

I ve been to this place 3 times now. They replace tires faster than anyone else in the greater Charlotte area. They re cheap and no nonsense. Unfortunately after buying 4 used tires for my vehicle one of them was flat the next morning so I had to come back to get it replaced again. Staff was quick to remedy the issue though. I wish they did brakes.

This place has gotten me through rough times by providing quick service and cheap used tires. Some people have complained that they shake or are worn out but in my opinion you should only get used tires if you absolutely have to or can't afford a new tire at the time. A used tire is better than a flat or a doughnut. I would recommend their used tires to anyone in the situations that I previously stated but if you can afford a new tire then they can also take care of you.

Great place to get quality used tires! Owner and employees are very knowledgeable and honest about any issues you may be having with your wheels. I was in and out with 4 tires replaced in 30 minutes tops. These guys are great! Support your local businesses!

CARLOS and EVERYONE working at this place are gifts from GOD!! Not only do they provide EXCELLENT AND FAST SERVICE the TIRES ARE 1st rate!!!! I was in and out in less than 30 min with other people waiting!! Unbelievable!!! But guess what I ran over a rock the very next day and my new tire went flat!!!!! So back to Tire Express I went! I actually went flat less than 3 min from their shop! AGAIN CARLOS HAD MY TIRE CHANGED IN LESS THAN 20 min this time!! AND IT WAS FREE OF CHARGE!!! He even let me sit and cry!!! I was a rough morning!!! THANK YOU CARLOS AND EVERYONE AT TIRE EXPRESS FOR RENEWING MY FAITH IN THE GOODNESS OF MANKIND!!!!!!!!

A great experience, 10/10 would recommend! The guys there were super nice, funny and fast! It took probably less than ten minutes.Go here to replace your tires, they re the best price I could find!

The customer service is very rude. There was a light-skinned employee about 6 feet tall who was very rude simply because I asked him to put air in the tires twice after getting them patched. I get it, but I'm just trying to make sure I get 100% of what I'm paying for. He was on the phone the whole time; it took 20 minutes because of that fact to put two patches in the tire. I'm not the one who told him to go apply there, am I? This transaction lacked professionalism.

I stopped by this place for a quick tired change and that's exactly what I received. Very fast service. The tires were excellent and priced extremely fair. My serviceman offered advice to me that I took immediately. The workers here are experienced and want the best for you. Although the shop wasn't the cleanest, it's still a shop. What do you expect, to see your reflection in the floor? I'll continue to revisit the establishment as needed. They are great and cheap.

Upon arriving no other customers at shop. Counter person politely greeted me upon entering. My questions were clearly and concisely answered. The counter person than assisted the tire technician in removing spare and NEATLY replacing in vehicle tire storage area. I went back inside to pay my bill which I felt was REALLY quite reasonable. I then paid and left. Counter person thanked me for my business. Very easy, hassle free process. Very good experience.

Very good first experience. First time I purchased used tires. My truck has almost 300k miles on it so I didn't want to spend a lot on new tires. They encourage customers to inspect tires. They had 4 matching brand name tires with excellent tread. Mounted, balanced and put on truck in less than an hour, and they were busy.

I went in around 10am Wednesday and there was no wait. I drove my car up, the nice man in the front asked me what size tires I had (which I had no clue where I would find that). He showed me where to find that and then brought out 2 tires that fit my car. I had a tool to check the tread and one of them was in the yellow, so another nice man brought out another tire which was perfect. They were kind and very fast. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was $88 for both tires including the mounting, balancing, tax, and labor. You cant really beat that. I will be coming here for my tire needs!

Terrible service. Unfriendly staff. They tore the bumper off of my car after they got done replacing my tires. The guy had a smirk on his face like it was a joke to him. The owner had me go to 3 different places to get estimates just to tell me he was not paying for anything when I got back. He kept my money for the tire replacement as well. This place is very unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone. If this is how you do business then you might as well close it down!!! Just saying.

I come in needing a tire and the older man didn t even look at me. He was in his phone the whole time while talking. Didn t want to help at all. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If you don t like your job sir just quit, smh.

If I could give it a zero I honestly would do not bring your car here I repeat do not bring it here unless you really do not have the money go anywhere but here they are probably cheaper anyway this place especially one specific dude has the worst customer service as well as broke a lug nut and refuse to pay for it he told me to be a man and go buy another one that s not the point it s the principle!!!!!! ( I don t have a eldorado nor did I come on Saturday it was a F250.)
