I'm absolutely thrilled to share my experience with US Tires & Auto. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with utmost professionalism and a team that exudes an impressive level of expertise.I brought in my 2023 Grand Cherokee, which unfortunately had a tire in need of patching. Not only did they efficiently identify the issue, but they also executed the repair job flawlessly. The process was quick, seamless, and most importantly, done at a very fair price.I found their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction truly commendable. It's not every day you find a business that values its customers as much as they do. This level of service is why I will continue to trust them with my vehicle needs.I can't recommend US Tires & Auto enough. If you're looking for top-notch auto services, this is the place to go. My Experience with US Tires & Auto have been Amazing. I Am Truly Happy and 100% Satisfied with their service for My Nissan Rouge 2015. Charlotte is my place of work and I definitely depend on the Best to keep me going with my car repairs. My Technician was Angel, who is Friendly, Helpful, Honest and Respectful. Prices are Reasonable and the Work is done in a Timely Manner. Definitely Recommend.

I was in and out of this place in 10 minutes with a brand new tire for my BMW for 70$ and a mount for 20$. You cannot beat this places prices or the service. They were extremely nice to me and made me feel like my business mattered. I will be back here again for more tires you best believe !! Thank you!!

Best shop I have ever been to extremely dedicated to making sure your car is in perfect shape before you get it back I m extremely happy thank you guysUpdate: I just recently took my car back to get a tuneup and to fix my intake because it was bent alittle and my car is driving faster and smoother then ever before this is the best shop in Charlotte

After having very bad experience with Firestone Direct on leaking tire (said it could not be patched and all 4 tires needed to be replaced), I was referred to US Tires and Auto, who promptly patched the tire, and was incredibly responsive to my timing issues that day. Fantastic customer service, and would highly recommend

The staff answers any question and it was 100 dollars less than in other places. I got an oil change and brakes changed in less than 2 hours. This is my second visit since I moved from California and U.S tires and auto will remain my mechanic for my vehicles when any problems arise.

Great customer service. They were able to take me as a last minute walk in with no hesitation. Inspection was completed in a timely manner and everyone was very kind. Would definitely recommend

Called ahead regarding DMV Inspections. When I arrived, the Employee greeted me, asked how he could assist me and I told him. He took my keys and Registration. My car was finished in about 20 minutes. No miscellaneous or hidden added fees. Very fast, pleasant service.

My go to repair shop for the past year with all of my vehicles. He runs a great shop. I've never had a negative experience and they do quality work for a fair price. I would recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and trustworthy car care and service. They have good tires selection, also they do inspections. It s the one stop shop.

Set an prior appointment just for the mechanics not to be there on time, then they tell me they booked @ the other location after taking my car over there around 11 when my appointment was set for 10. Highly dissatisfied!
