The staff are extremely friendly, true locals to Charlotte, prices are great, and don't waste your time in and out within 10 minutes. The best part? They don't upcharge you or try to sell you on stuff you don't need. If you truly need an air filter or something of the sort they are kind enough to show you why. Highly recommended!

Above and beyond service!Got my oil changed here 3 weeks ago and it was fine: quick service, professional, and reasonably priced. I then had an issue where the vehicle wouldn't start, and the owner came over to my house (5 minutes away) to help me diagnose the issue and assure both of us that it was unrelated to the work they'd done. I'm blown away by this great customer service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Been coming here for years for oil changes and state inspections. The person who runs the place, his family and staff are all very friendly. Service is quick, with rarely any wait time longer than 10 mins. The reason for 4 stars is the price increase. Oil change used to be $29 and now it $40. Also I purchased brakes here once and was told they came with a lifetime warranty, and when I had to have them replaced, was told that they no longer were honoring it due to something or other. Aside from that...I recommend

This is your place! I have been coming to this place getting my oil changed for a little over 4 years and they take great care of me. I love the fact that they change my oil top off all my fluids and put air in the tires. I went one other place one time and my car ended up having to be junked. I'm a creature of habit and stickler for good service and quality. So once I have a relationship with a good car company I don't want to go anywhere else. Trust me this is your place!. Besides my main mechanic this is the only place I trust to do oil changes on my car. Fast quality work top off of fluids no up sale on unneeded things love these guys been coming here for 6 years. Still to me the best place I'm town will have my business until proven wrong

I m only giving them 1 star because I can t give them zero. I went there this morning and on top of being 10 minutes late to open the shop, the foreigner that runs it was EXTREMELY rude. I told him I wanted a conventional oil change which I always get due to my car having over 150000 miles on it. He refused it and just walked off on me while I was talking. I am now sitting at the Valvoline right down the street on lawyers rd getting the oil change that I requested. I will never EVER go back there and I do not recommend anyone else to.

Brother came in for an oil change and they broke his signal indicator. Claimed it wasn t their fault even thought it was working before. Refused to take responsibility and said we were on our own.
