I spoke to these Gentleman and by the tone of their voice I felt confident in bringing my car to them. I had an issue with the hood on my 2009 Acura tl , the hood wouldn t open it was jammed. I dropped of my car and it like two hours I returned back to the shop and my hood was open to my surprise nobody was able to open my hood for like a week and a half. I was immediately happy and will continue bringing my car to these gentleman. They also didn t tear my pockets down which the previous shop was trying to do to me. These guys are truly for the people .

I called on the phone for directions to the shop, and the woman over the phone gave precise directions. I came to get my car washed inside and out. The wait time wasn't long, and my car was looking brand new. Uptown did a great job, and the price was unbeatable. I will never use places like Autobell again. Fast, Friendly and Affordable.

RUN don't walk. Very unprofessional office staff who will become threatening and hostile when you address issues. They not only destroyed my paint job, BUT THEY PUT 400 MILES ON MY CAR. I took pics of the odometer at drop off and pick up. They reattached woofer wiring and ran a woofer, blew out my back speakers and hit or ran over something that messed up my front wheel, damaged my a/c condenser, cracked and tried to glue together the underside of my front bumper. 17 DAYS after I bought this car. I just took it in for a not even 3 inch dent repair and had to have the entire car repainted along with repairs to front end damage. I took a risk by not taking this to the dealership as I always did and supported this business to the tune of thousands in damage to my car. These people are disgusting, unprofessional and fraudulent not to mention will become hostile and tell the most outrageous VERIFIABLE lies you have ever heard when confronted. Don't risk it...if someone there likes your car THEY WILL DRIVE IT. There are more reputable and professional shops in the area...use one. Thank me later!

Very Profesional Quick & Pricing is reasonable!!! Most body shops in charlotte tax and take forever, Car was clean and detailed when It was ready to be picked up. Staff is very friendly and my vehicle was in a safe environment. Uptown Custom will definitely be the place I take my car to EVERY TIME!!!

There's a man who supposedly works here and does business for this place named Sean Miller, also goes by Anthony Miller. He has scammed me and multiple other men and women in the Charlotte area out of hundreds of dollars claiming he works here and flips cars through here. I wonder why they allow this man to claim their shop as he is openly doing this. He has been doing this to MEN and WOMEN over the last year. Stay away unless you feel like being robbed.

I would recommend Uptown Customs to anyone who needs any work done or simply getting your car cleaned. Nice and friendly staff, nice,comfortable, clean car shop. Definitly will be back for future services.

I called to pay my bill over the phone with my credit card. What kind of business can't take a credit card?? They couldn't even take a cashier's check, absolutely absurd!?! They could only take cash, zelle, or cash app. This place is not legit. You should see the "receipt" they gave me.... GHETTO!!! ... I got the worst paint job ever. Their very messy, it's paint in places that it's not supposed to be like they didn't tape it first. Seems like they get high and drunk before work. I've been back 3x to get the job corrected and I'm still regret giving them one penny. Please do not go here

Service is terrible and they destroyed my car. I will not refer anyone to them ever. I was in a auto accident and the people there rigged my car with used parts that should not have been on my car.
