Super Friendly front desk, reasonable price to weld a broken exhaust, got me in & out in within an hour.Which is impressive for a shop this busy.I *wish* I had used them for my alignment.All around a great experience

First let me start off by saying if you're using a Card this is not the place to pay with a card !! they add a helluva sell tax . Secondly i brought my 2014 jeep Cherokee to them 3/18/24 early that morning too have my fuel injector replaced but lets rewind ...i was told they had to take this and that apart too see what was what which i understood . i was told the diagnostic test would be $125 just to look at it but if i got the service they would wave it ... he told me it was 2 injectors (car has 6 total) that was not properly blowing out mist or whatever . they closed @ 5 that day i had to call them 2x to get a update on what was going on with my car . needless to say 4:59 he get on the phone explaining my car wa still tooken apart what if i needed my car ? he really didn't show no remorse .next day ipick my car up the gas smell was gone but my car was still driving funny then BOOM check engine light came back on for the same code ... took it to MEINEKE they fixed that plus more for $1,200 . i feel like my car wasn't fixed properly it was a rush job even though i have a 3 months warranty with "uno's" ill never back F them and that warranty . my car is not a TOY . $750.00 down the drain money don't grow on trees . don't take your car here !!!!!!! i will be contacting better business bureau about that extra sell's tax that's almost $90 EXTRA IF U DON'T HAVE A CARD ALSO MY EXPERIENCE

Very unprofessional people. I heard the mechanic say he didn t feel like doing the service that my car needed. They will give you one price then raise it on the day you come to pay. They only cater to Mexicans and don t take care of your vehicle when you leave it with them.

Very reliable, very respectful, Clean space.Great prices.Services:I ve had my tire replaced, all 4 tires removed without wheel lock (key), I ve had 1 tires bolts tightened back on, and 2 new brake pads installed.

They are very rude an the work that was suppose to be done to my car was not fixed. Went for a alignment an oil change then they called me to tell me my tire rodes was bad so i told them to go ahead an replace them i was charged an no new parts was put on my car . My car started sounding like a helicopter an had another mechanic check it out an they were never repaced so i want my money an im getting a laywer. So unos count your days

I didn't have a good experience, they changed the tire sensor and didn't turn off the light on the dashboard and when I went back to do the service again they didn't solve the problem

Took my lowered camaro there for an alignment. Most shops wouldn t touch it cause it was lowered. Great service. Quick response time. Very professional. They speak Spanish there but also English. I had a great experience!!! Will return !!

I wouldn't buy a wagon wheel from those guys that sell rotten tires for $50 and they tell you can't get your money back cuz you bought it used

Great people!! they understand how hard it can get out in this world and provide great customer service. Really appreciate the one hispanic guy with the backwards baseball cap at the front desk (don t know their name) he knows as a young guy in school its not easy out here and they don t discriminate no matter what race you are.

A used tire should last at least 7 days .I had to pay for a new tire with them.Ending up spending more than twice for a new tire .

More expensive spot for a used tire. Bought 2 tires one was decent and the other wasn t. They didn t even give me a chance to look at the tire before they put it on.

Always have great service from Uno's! Just recently got a catalytic converter on my SUV and service was great, price was affordable, thought it would cost more. They always give me excellent used tires every time I go. I highly recommend them customer service great, services great, prices are great, and overall the experience is great. Thank you!

Awesome, very professional establishment. I felt so comfortable sitting in the waiting room, watching a movie on my phone. I was there 1/9/22, my son brought my Toyota Solaris there that Saturday to purchase two front nice used tires, and I will be back there this Saturday to purchase two back tires. They do a lot of other services to cars there and so far they are reasonable and awesome. They will be my mechanics from now on. Just 8 minutes from my house.Thank youUno car repairs.Crystal Lefkowitz and my son Dennis Rouse.

Terrible place to get your car fixed! VERY OVERPRICED! Employees were rude and when I picked my car up, there were was a foul tobacco smell and lots of cigarette buds from random people just chillin in my car for their own personal use. I even found a blanket in the back, so they had someone sleeping in my car! Yeah bad experience and never going there again. I highly recommend going to Woodies for anyone needing their car serviced.

Great service! They know what they re doing and do so in a timely manner. The only reason I m rating them a 4-star is because the up charge is too much when paying with a debit card. You don t really hear about that nowadays. Regardless, I recommend this place to anyone who needs their car serviced.

It's a shame more people don't take the time to leave a review for a place like this. I first found this place 6 years ago, and have been nothing but oversatisfied with every visit. They do very good, honest work and the price is direct and too the point. I've never dropped my car off for one thing, and come back to a list of other problems like other shops are known for. This is the only place I trust taking my car, and it is absolutely worth checking out for yourself.

Do not go here, they will tell you one price and then change it. The lady there is rude and acts like she doesn t understand you. They said the price of the tire was $45 then changed it to $50 meanwhile if my fianc� wasn t there, they would have given me bald tires. If you are not someone who understands Spanish, these people will take advantage of you.

I came here to check to see if my rim would fit out a tire and it costs $20!! This company is money hungry! I would never come back here. Do not RECOMMEND!

Walked into this place. At 4:50 they close at 6pm. Black male ask me what I need said prce repair my muffler.. He say so Loud and unprofessional Is loud and unprofessional Not today!!!!. Im like it dont have be today.. but his level of unprofessional had leave.. ill never spent dime with noone that does not know how to talk to customers.. id rather spend more money..

Love UNO's, really great customer service. Prices are not too bad and they are really quick with oil changes......many customers get in there so you would need to go when they open. Great place though.

Didn t even want to give them a star. I went to get a tire, went home only to look outside the next morning and it was completely flat! Went back to tell them something was wrong with the tire, then she starts lying, staring as I explained to you, once you leave, we can check the tire and if they don t see anything wrong with it, then you will have to pay for another one. This was NEVER told to me. Waited over 30 minutes, last never came back, so I left.

So I been going to this place for years now all of a sudden they are raising the prices for tires like every couple of weeks was 40 then a couple months ago 50 I go today now they 60 today terrible customer service

Recommending this HELP in here. Will NOT try to take your money. Change some Giovanni 24 and I warned that their may be a leak and coming to find out it will all good! Great genuine service !Then I revisited now got 2 more. Now my steering wheel is vibrating. So the balancing didnt meet criteria. Called them back so supposedly it will be fix. .
