I can thoroughly recommend the exceptional car storage facilities at Unknown Charlotte. I have three (award winning) WW2 jeeps and I m extremely careful with their storage requirements. Cyrus and his team of experts are both polite, friendly and professional. I know my vehicles are well cared for in their capable hands. The storage room is climate controlled, so humidity is of no concern. Cristian Salvi, the master mechanic on duty there is highly skilled, and highly versed in all makes: Mercedes, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and, in my case, Willys MB and Ford GPW WW2 jeeps.

If you re a car/truck person this is a must see facility. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and they re all enthusiasts. I have utilized every service they offer and never disappointed. Sales, service, storage, the business offices and the lounge, nothing but first class!

This place is amazing!!! It s like an automotive museum with vehicles of all time periods and many with their own stories. The facility itself is like no other. White glossy floors, gorgeous office space up front, a loft with antique motorcycles, cool automotive decor, super comfy large leather sofa and chairs, multiple flat screens, several small high top bar tables and a bar! The loft overlooks the entire facility of car eye candy below. Oh and the staff- they are all car guys with their own specialties and talents.The best of the best. Ask these guys anything car related and chances are they know the answer. Marcel is the perfect host to show you around. A true genius with his extensive knowledge about everything you can think of including a lot of backstories and interesting facts about the different brands. I can t say enough great things about the people there. Even if you are not a carperson it s a great resource all the different services and they re happy to offer advice or suggestions for service, reconditioning, repairs and maintenance. Oh and they sell cars too! If they don t have what you re looking for they will try to locate one. They are well connected in all aspects of the business, a true one stop shop!

Cyrus and crew are the very best to deal with. They have had been involved with several of my automobiles transactions. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and reputable. They have serviced my Ferraris, help work a paint blemish out on a classic car and have acquired hard to find pieces for me over the past several years. Showroom is great! Highly recommend these guys.

What a great place for car enthusiasts. First class facility, secure and climate controlled, with knowledgeable certified car guys . From the front office to the service team, I ve always been treated with the red carpet treatment. An example-I had a need for an NLA part that they were able to source and install in just a couple of weeks. All without the hassle of taking to another mechanic. I will continue to be a part of the Unknown family.

From Start to Finish my experience with Euro Prestige has been nothing short of exceptional. I can remember the day i purchased my mclaren from them and how much they worked with me to get the deal done and delivered to my home. Even helped me sell it when i was ready to move on to another vehicle. What in my mind truly sets them apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction even after the sale and thats hard to find. I can confidently say that they have earned my trust and loyalty as a customer and i will continue to look to them for my next vehicle. I highly recommend them for any service needs you have.

Can t say enough great things about Cyrus and his team at Euro Prestige. Due to a move, I found myself without a garage to store my vehicle. Thankfully I found Cyrus. He s taken great care of my car, treating it like his own. I m looking forward to having my car back home but until my garage is built, I know it s in good hands. Thanks Cyrus and team!

Often the scariest part of owning a dream car is the maintenance and storage. At Unknown all this is taken care of by a group of people that just might be more passionate about your cars than you! Peace of mind, expertise and being able to socialize with your cars and other car people is probably the biggest surprise and the most rewarding! Love what you do, keep it up!
