I've bought 2 cars there the last 5 years. The purchase experience is the best of any dealer. Charlie Pierce is a great GM. Everyone is friendly. It's a comfortable place.

I called on Tuesday when I deer ran into my truck and knocked out the whole back light off. I had an appointment for that Friday but was told I could drop off the truck on Thursday. Jonathan was very nice with receiving it early. I was able to come home by the free shuttle service. My appointment was Friday, but they had the parts and repaired the truck on Thursday. It was at a lesser price than originally quoted due to having the part.Town and Country did a great job and the turn-around time was great!!!

Had 2 recalls done on my Maverick only had it 6 months and only 1600 miles. Also had a dash rattle and was told it was fixed but still rattling too much for a new vehicle. But it s better, possibly the roads I drive were rougher. Also my interior lights don t work sometime. I was told they were fixed but weren t, I got the vehicle opened the door and no interior lights!!!! They were show they weren t on sometimes they work sometimes they don t at night very tough!! They said they would look into it , but needs to be fixed.

Great customer service, very helpful and always check before they do anything major. Steve in the service department is professional and friendly. Nice waiting area, and the actual service does not take long and have had zero issues after getting the truck serviced there.

Amazing service! This was my first experience with this dealership and to say I m impressed is an understatement! I had to have my vehicle towed and I had it brought to Town & Country Ford. I spoke with Steve in the service department and told him what was going on. He was on it and had my car back to me the same day! A life saver for me and to top it off he was pleasant and kind to deal with! Thank you Steve!!

I was at Town and Country Ford today (3/28/24) for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. I had a very pleasant experience! The process was completed in a timely manner and the waiting lounge was very comfortable.

I am usually able to take my truck into T&C for routine service but because of work commitments I just could not make it work. So, a valet was sent to pick up my truck from my home, they repaired an issue and did routine service. The valet then took my truck back to my driveway. Awesome service!

Easy to schedule online, oil change and tire rotation under an hour. The works coupon said up to 6 quarts of oil yet I was charged for sixth quart. Additionally, ask them to look at a piece that was under break pedal after hitting breaks few weeks prior. They never let me know what mechanic determined.

When I purchased my truck it had missing Hoop Steps. Upon investigating after the purchase , I found that these steps were taken off the truck . When I purchased the truck the salesman said that this was a rock bar and not for a step up to truck. I felt like I was lied to after investigation since this was a part of Tremor package on window sticker. I know its "as is" when sold but I was misled by this rock bar that was really a running board with missing Hoop steps. I feel the dealership should help me out with this since it was not properly disclosed by putting on new running boards or find me the Hoop steps. I contacted them about this matter and they said they were not willing to help. I feel the Hoop Steps should of been a part of the deal.

From my first phone call until I had my car serviced for a recall it was a great experience !Shannon went above and beyond to try to make my experience as good and smooth as possibleI called every Ford dealership in Charlotte to schedule this service and nobody bothered to ever return a callShannon took the time to make the appointment, scheduled a courtesy vehicle for me and made sure that everything was done on time and with a kind smile on her face, she called me to let me know when my car was ready and promptly made sure I was in and out in no timeIn a world where most people have forgotten the importance of kindness and courtesy, it is people like Shannon and the team at Town and country ford that make a difference and it matters !!Thank you for what you do and you ve made a customer for life!

Brought my vehicle in for a recall and warranty work. No one ever notified me that they needed to keep vehicle a 2nd day. I had to call just before they closed to find out. Never heard anything else until I called again the next day after noon. Lastly the warranty work I had for the squeaky noise in my moon roof they said was fixed but it is still making the noise. I will never go back. You have several Ford dealerships to choose from.

Took my son s 2016 explorer in to have the windshield washer fixed. The service area was packed but they fit me in and fixed it at no charge because I had previously had the windshield water lines replaced. I was able to pick it up that afternoon.

Fantastic experience while away from home on a business trip. Needed an assessment of an oil leak to see if I could make it home or should even try. Chris P and his team (Kevin, Jonathan H, and others ) were fantastic. They made a minor adjustment, cleaned up the oil, and had me on my way within an hour.Much appreciated and highly recommend.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

My F150 truck was struck in the front by an inexperienced driver while parked. I took it to Town and Country and they met me with a professional process, professional people with a beautiful attitude and prompt service in the repair of my truck. It was a great experience with them from start to finish and my truck looks like I just drove it off the lot the first time. Absolutely the Best!!!!

Service department took 3 weeks to fix a simple warranty issue on a newly purchased car. Service advisor was not interested in doing warranty work on a vehicle purchased from their dealership. They didn't provide a service loaner or diagnose the vehicle until Ford corporate was involved. Vehicle was left dirty upon picking it up.Vehicle has a new related issue and service advisor says they can't find the cause without providing diagnostic any actual diagnostic testing results.

Service department lied about what steps they took to diagnose my vehicle. I have filed a formal complaint with both Ford Motor Company and this dealership's parent company, Sonic Automotive. I am a long time Ford customer and my immediate family and I have purchased 8 new Ford vehicles and 2 used Ford vehicles in both Florida and North Carolina for ourselves and our children. Apparently Ford doesn't value a repeat customer and doesn't find it odd that a 2017 vehicle that has been maintained regularly and only has 62K miles on it should need a new transmission even though there is a Ford Service Bulletin out regarding transmission problems with this year and model vehicle. You have lost multiple repeat customers for both vehicle purchases and maintenance due to this incident and the way it was handled. Your service employees/Service Manager blatantly lied and said that my vehicle was placed on a lift and my son was shown the issue with the vehicle when in fact the vehicle was parked in the service lot and was not even in the service bay when my son spoke to a service writer, the Service Manager, and the service technician who stated he didn't need to test drive the vehicle or put it up on a lift to diagnose the issue. No visual inspection was done on the vehicle, based on what the technician told my son. I have no trust in your Service department or it's employee's after this. You may not care, however, be assured I will let everyone I know not to use this dealer for any Ford related purchases or inquiries. I come in contact with a lot of people in my job and in my social activities as does my family and we will spread the work about Town and Country Ford and how they and Sonic Automotive treated a loyal, long time Ford customer.

Picked up my F150 Lightening yesterday. Buddy, Renee and Trey made it very simple. Swat is also very personable and transparent.When I entered the showroom, someone was backing a beautiful black F-150 into the showroom. From a distance it - looked like my truck but I wasn t sure. Swat jumps out and Trey asks if this is my truck and he says YES.Talk about perfect timing, divine intervention, karma or whatever I absolutely was not leaving until it was mine.Remember, I had not purchased the vehicle yet, just a 600.00 reservation and order fee so the grand entrance seemed orchestrated knowing it was coincidental, either way -super cool.Regardless, the actual sales process was the most efficient I ve ever had. Congrats to the boys! And thank you for delivering my truck .

I brought my 2019 Edge in because the Air conditioner kept going off and on, the control panel (radio/climate/navigation) would go completely black and not come back on. You would have to do a hard reset for it to come back on. Jonathan Holt and his team found out it was just a simple matter of the system not updating over the air, which none of us knew. Now we know it has to be checked every couple of oil changes. Jonathan is great!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning
