My car developed a violent shake during a road trip. I needed to get the car fixed and back on the road asap. I made an appointment online for the next morning. My service advisor was Kaleb and he was very professional. My car was quickly diagnosed and repairs were completed within a few hours. I was able to get back on the road without much delay. My car feels great and I m very thankful for their whole team.

This was not a good experience. After accepting a wheel alignment, I was informed that I needed new tires instead. Therefore the alignment was not performed. (Note - I also got a NC state inspection where the tires passed, and was informed I had no unusual wear.) after getting home, I realized that my maintenance warning had not been reset and no next service sticker put on my window. So overall, this visit was far less than I expected.

I went to T&C Toyota to get my car inspected for NC State Inspection. Needless to say the third time was the charm. My Service Advisor Rob Alexander was professional, kept me informed, booked me on short notice, shared tips to keep my car looking good and running well and provided great customer service. He put my mind at ease and Ensured my car passed the inspection test. Thank you!

I was disappointed with this visit. I dropped my vehicle off for a 45k mile service which consists of a tire rotation and fluid check. I went more than 90 minutes and heard nothing from the service team until I asked for a status update. I was told they were running behind, and then three additional service actions were recommended, including a hybrid fan cleaning quoted at over $200. The filter is less than $15, and with 5 minutes and a screwdriver, I can easily do this myself. I declined these unnecessary items and got out of there in just under 2 hours.Bottom Line: too long, poor communication, and gouging for unnecessary services at much too high prices. I have never had such a bad experience at a Toyota dealer.

I went for my first service on my new RAV4 hybrid. I had a very friendly service guy. I needed to have a tire rotation done and it took around 30 min. They do not wash your car but give you a code to go and have it washed across the street. That worked perfect for me as I needed to go to work and did not want to loose time anyway.

The Service team at Town and Country did a great job for us, as we were needing to complete some much needed work on our old Toyota. I picked the early appointment (07:30) so I could get in and out quickly. I was not disappointed. I was greeted immediately and quickly got to the reason for the visit. I was kept informed via text of work progress and wrapped up and out the door in time for breakfast at a local fast food place. Got my inspection, tires checked and rotated and general preventive maintenance. Liked the attitude!!!and I all koombo

While getting your car serviced is never a fun experience, I appreciate the customer service that this dealership offers and working with Zach Campbell specifically, the Assistant Service Manager, has always been a pleasure. I own a 2011 Toyota Camry and I stay on top of my maintenance in order to keep my vehicle on the road as long as possible. Zach always keeps me well informed of concerns that need attention and helps me to prioritize what should come first as well as what can wait a little longer. He is also upfront in terms of pricing and length of visit, so I am well aware of what to expect before I even walk in the door. I only deducted one star because they do not offer loaners if your car needs to be kept overnight. However, that is the policy and not a reflection of any individual employee.

Service on the vehicle was fine. I was the only vehicle to arrive in the garaged shop and pulled in. There were probably 8 advisors to my left and 8 to my right. No one looked at me or greeted me. I exited my vehicle not knowing if I should even do so. I stood there for about 2-3 minutes awkwardly and eventually someone came over and greeted me. Everyone has tunnel vision it appears and are only worried about their assigned customers and not holistically enthusiastic about providing general customer service.

Zachary customer service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations that were due and upcoming for my vehicle. He managed to get me in and out quickly in under an hour. I will definitely schedule with him for future visits.

I purchased my Highlander in 2020 from this dealership. All my service visits have been easy to schedule. Each tech I have encountered is knowledgeable and respected the customer when explaining the work necessary as well as what may be needed in the future.Zach was no exception ~ he reviewed the vehicle s history , we discussed today s service and are discussed the next upcoming visits.Looking forward to working with him in the future.

The service was great. Service writer was great. Manager of the garage name Deen needs people training or canning. Never Introduced himself or explained why he was trying to tell me what to do or why. Service writer explained the next day the guy has a people problem and what the guy should have explained when I asked why. 14 year customer and he was the only one I ever found there who was not wonderful to work with.

I recently had the pleasure of using the Town & Country Toyota Service, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. Service center was seriously the best customer service I ve ever had ! I didn t ask for much but they went above and beyond AND OVER DELIVERED ! Entire staff was excellent every one was pleasant and the salesman Curtis ( who wasn t even my sales person ) kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle in addition with the txt alerts ! I WILL ONLY HAVE MY CAR SERVICED AT TOWN AND COUNTRY TOYOTA !

The service team is extremely hard to get a hold of. Called all week with no response. I would say the sales team is excellent and make things go very easy but after that it s been nothing but roller coasters !! I tried to get in through with a manager and no one called me until I threatened since they breached contract. Y all need to find better customer service support and help customers who are paying for their services ! I m extremely disappointed and this will be the last vehicle I purchased !! I love Toyota but after this year nothing but downs with them ! At this point just go to Honda their service team is so much more friendly ! I hate this happened because I had nothing but great things to say about Toyota and would always recommend to all my family and friends but now even I will be looking somewhere else to shop vehicles and service

I visited Town & Country Toyota s service department today for the first time today. Service was prompt, professional and courteous. Zach Campbell was friendly and totally transparent and the work was completed quickly. Next time I need service on our Highlander I ll know where to go.

Toyota distribution center sent the wrong part for my repair. Causing me to have to wait until Monday for my repair. Now after uber and car rentals, I'm out another $350 and I still owe $450 to complete my repair. This is after paying for the part ahead of time to get the repair completed during the weekend. Extremely frustrated!!!!!! Assistant manager was good and apologetic for the mistake.
