Dude in the shop says he couldnt perform diagnostics on my car because his shop is a "restoration, hot rod, and classics shop." But i told him he needs to update that information on his google listing as it doesn't mention anything about "restoration, hot rod, and classic shop" and he had this goofy dismissive attitude.

We were regulars with John and the team for over 7 years. They were always honest, affordable, reliable, and dependable. A local shop and hands down the best mechanic we've ever had. Would definitely recommend!

Love these guys, very fair on prices and honest as well. I take all my stuff to them, and I live in concord. More then happy to drive 35 minutes up here for them to work on my vehicles. And they know their stuff as well. Need a good vehicle mechanics, this is your place.

We love this place. Jon and Robin always take such good care of our vehicles and guarantee their work. Plus, they have a courtesy shuttle that they always offer to us no matter where in town we are.

Great business! It's the only place I take my truck because I know the staff is knowledgeable and honest about repairs! Everyone needs a mechanic they can trust and I completely trust Jon and his crew!

We own a locksmith and roadside assistance business and our vehicles and the vehicles of our technicians are in regular need of maintenance and repair. Jon has been our go-to mechanic for several years and is a trusted resource whenever we need advice about our own vehicles and the vehicles we encounter in the course of conducting business. His prices are always fair and the work is always top-notch. There is not much more that anyone can ask for in a service provider.

Made a U-Haul reservation at this location two weeks in advance for the day after Thanksgiving. I got there at my scheduled pick-up time and they were closed. Doors locked, lights off and no one to be seen. Obviously they modified their schedule for the holiday but didn't bother contacting me to let me know in advance. Incredibly unprofessional.

Mr jon what can I say, great guy to deal with honest ,and patient.. went to his shop for more of a "performance upgrade an DOD delete "which Alot of Shops around ( Charlotte inner city) would not do, Mr.jon exceeded my expectations
