Had a minor cosmetic procedure done here on my Tesla. The staff, specifically Kevin, was very friendly and communicative. Through out the whole time they had my car he informed me of what was going on, and he was on top of getting responses from my insurance to make sure I was able to get my car in a timely manner. When I informed Kevin I would like to pick up my car at a specific time he made sure it was freshly cleaned (they even shined the tires) and ready for me when I got there. My car looked good as new thanks to the work done at Tesla Collision Charlotte! Hope to never see them again,

The Tesla Collision Center in Charlotte gave me some of the best customer service I ve ever had in auto repair. The service reps were communicative and knowledgeable, the technicians were efficient and quality, and the management was helpful and went above and beyond to help me.My vehicle was hit by a wheel that flew off of a lawnmower last July and I had to have my vehicle towed from Greenville to this Charlotte collision center as it was unsafe to drive. My service rep, Guillermo, kept me informed of the entire process from receipt of the vehicle to teardown process, to pricing and estimates. Karen, the service manager, was a Godsend as my insurance company Progressive was a communication nightmare. Karen would give me updates throughout the repair process and CC me on emails to the insurance company to keep a clear line of communication and accountability. For weeks at a time, Karen and the Charlotte Collision team were my only way to get updates on my car.When my car was eventually declared a total loss, the collision center employees were extremely helpful when I needed to get my license plate and personal items from my now totaled car.Though I hope I won t have to see them again any time soon, I was so fortunate to have their help throughout this accident and repair. I would absolutely recommend this location to any Tesla owners in the southeast.

Kevin was the ultimate customer liaison throughout the entire process. He kept me updated regularly during the couple of weeks that my car was being worked on. He helped to ensure that my insurance covered all repairs and went out of his way to make an almost two hour round trip to bring my husband s wallet to us after we had left it in the rental. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Kevin for going above and beyond to make a typically stressful situation go as seemingly as possible!

Guillermo was very up-to-date with communications. I always knew the status of my car. It took longer than I was hoping, but there was a lot of damage that had to be repaired. They were awesome at pick up, walked me through everything that was done. Even helped touch up things that we're not part of the scope of work that they needed to do for the repair.

Just about every possible thing about my experience getting my 2018 Tesla Model 3 repaired was incredibly disappointing. From the fact that they refuse to give estimates until you've signed your life away for them to work on the car, to the two months it sat without being worked on at all (it was drivable - I could have kept it until they were ready!), to the lack of updates and communication about the process.The poor service I got here and the exorbitant cost of fixing what was a really minor fender-bender will probably prevent me from buying a Tesla again any time soon (I sold mine).

Guillermo Zeigler and the team at Tesla Collision provided excellent customer service! The consistent communication and updates were very reassuring that my service would be completed with a standard of excellence in a timely and appropriate manner. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend you taking your vehicle to any other collision center but Tesla Charlotte. I was rear ended in August and after two months of them having my vehicle the repairs were not properly corrected. I had to bring my vehicle back and is concerned has still not been addressed. Now they are recommending me to the service department which is wanting to charge me $672 to be diagnosed.They are a money pit that wants to make you pay for simple things such as a pre-and post wash as well as $80 per hour for painting.Save your time and energy, the collision center at Tesla has only been in business 2 years and they clearly have no idea what to do.

i went for paint repair and The repair process was as smooth and i would like to thank Guillermo and Chris for taking care of my repair and they even went extra mile to take care of new by spots than we identified initially in the repair.I gave 5 stars because of the repair process but tesla has to improve their scheduling and appoints process side.

The Tesla collision center has kept my car for over 2 MONTHS to do some minor scratches and one small dent repair. They have continued to say it is almost done and just has some final checks over the last two weeks! They also have not communicated well and often don t respond back until the next week to messages left on the app so planing for a rental car is difficult to impossible! Don t take your car here if you hope to get it back anytime soon.Service: Body & Trim

I never thought Tesla has this bad service and they charge more than double compare outside and they manipulate bills to match insurance pay. And as usual all moving parts in. Okay has lot of gaps..etc I don t recommend to go Tesla to buy or repair here.

I think that Tesla Collision did an exceptional job on the repairs even though it took a long time to get an appointment to begin the process of making the repairs.

Worst body shop in town. DO NOT come here. Elon should fire Brian Smith, Karen Jankowski, and Guillermo Zeigler. They are the worst. Totally untrustworthy from start to finish. Beware.
