I came in for a regular oil change service, and my car s starter died right when the service ended and I was good to go. The bay techs were so incredibly helpful and understanding, patient with me when I was taking up space and time in their bay until help arrived for me. Service was fast and efficient, and they went the extra mile to help me the best they could in the circumstances.

After a long day at work (starting @5 am), I sat in line for 15 minutes waiting for sn oil change. An attendant walked out to the car behind me and directed them to another line that was moving faster. I left after confronting the attendant. I was then told by his supervisor he directed him to do that. No apology. I'm sure that I will receive the same generic response like the other responses.HORRIBLE SERVICE. I won't be back.

I came in to get an oil change at this location on Albemarle Rd and there was a truck that was before me and moved to a different lane because it became open. I moved up and was able to get my oil change quicker. The tech as me to move to let the truck in my space. I said that he moved so I am next. In result of the conversation we had the took lose my over flow line to my coolant system and my car ran hot a few weeks later. I also took off and did not replace my engine cover with manufactures logo. Not i have to purchase a new one. It's sad that you can't trust business to operate in a professional state to keep customers. I will not be going back. I will be changing my own oil from now on...

Great experience with this place. It seems to be the cheapest place to get an oil change for my car in Charlotte. The only thing I didn't like is that they looooove searching for other problems with your car just to get more money out of you. Although I appreciate them checking other things that may need repairing, it's not so great when you don't have the extra cash to pay for the extra things they claim needs fixing. Just stick to the task we ask for please! Other than that tiny con, they are really good at what they do and are friendly while doing it. Thanks guys!

I've always appreciated the service here, but the last 2 times I've come, I waited an hour for an oil change. Seems not enough employees for the number of open bays. I'd rather see there's a line and come back at another time than sit for so long in a bay waiting for service.

I been here several times but strangely none of my information was in the system. Informed my oil filter was on to tight . I let the technician know, well your technician completed on last oil change. I noticed on this visit it took several employees on one vehicle. I will select a different Take 5 moving forward

I pulled up after along day at work the attendant pulled me into the bay after about a 45 minute wait I didn t leave because I had to get my oil changed and I still had a two hour commute. Once pulled inside the bay I sat in my hot. Sprinter for yet another 35 minutes the attendants were too busy flirting and smiling with one car which well exceeded the usual 10 minutes per car. When asked why it s taking so long the one attendant stated there is only three of usI replied there was three last time and they meet their goal of giving me quick and good service and offered me a bottle of water before being pulled into the bayThis was one of the worst experiences I ve had at a take five on Albemarle rd won t be going back period

I got my oil changed here for $125 they lost my under guard to my Kia Sorento. I called they didn t care said they didn t lose it and it wasn t their fault. I emailed corporate no response. They did have a survey how they handled the complaint. Don t go here they cannot change oil properly

The crew addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. The air machine to fill my tires was inoperable at the time but all other areas was checked. Overall the team provided great customer service.

Every time I pull up to this location, it s nothing but good customer service. The guys are friendly and welcoming & they get the job done in a very timely manner. They explain each step of the way, and suggest things that could help make the car run better if needed. 10/10.

I've had my oil changed there the last two times. The service was quick and polite.The problem came when I decided to change my own oil recently. The filter was so tight that I needed to pound a screwdriver through it old-school style. They tightened it way too much. A little more than hand-tight is all that's necessary.

Take 5 on Albemarle Rd has an amazing team that was knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't get the name of the young man (black), but he had gold rim glasses and redish hair, but he was AWESOME!!! I will definitely be back. New customer

I went to the Take 5 on Albermarle Rd in Charlotte, NC. Each person I talked to was very nice and polite. Eager to please. I was Leary of taking my Mercedes there but I glad I did. It saved me at least $75.I love that I was able to stay inside my car. Thank you for a great service.

When I first arrived. I thought GREAT no line, but it took longer than it should ve. But I was also getting off from work, so it could ve been me just being tired. But once I got in it went well.cost is out of control, but I guess it s like everything else. The staff was very pleasant and the service was great also. Thanks Guys. Wish I had my receipt for their names at this time as I give rating.

Apart from seeing Take5 on the TV I have not visited any of its locations before. Well,today, my oilchange lights came up and my GPs lead me to one of their locations on 9200 Albemarle road, where I met all these nice guys, Jason, Victor, Cesar,and Jean. They were all polite,friendly and fast. And best of all I got a discount, a free Wiper Blades and so no. Thanks guys . I'm sending all my families and friends to Take5 for oil change.

My day started with going to take five oil change on Albemarle Road which was a great an awesome experience starting out with a welcoming greeting from Ryan and a nice cold bottled water.To say the least he was very professional and polite and suggested I get an air filter and he did great at selling the product to me.I was very pleased with the service and kindness I will definitely recommend Take 5 oil change to friends and family.

Got there with only 1 car ahead of me and ended up waiting over an hour to get serviced. When it was finally my turn, they tried selling me a $90 oil change for 5w-20 for a 30k mile ford fusion because they only carried that viscosity in synthetic. Went to valvoline 7 mins away and got a standard oil change for $55 and was in and out in about 20 minutes ... Play in somebody else face

For starters, all of these guys are great, when I pulled up, they did not have the oil that I needed, which is no issue I can always go to another place, but the thing that concerned me, was the fact of that in the bay over someone had put water in the oil container, and when the person tried to crank over their car All I saw was white and blue smoke and it smelled like coolant. So for that reason, I will never go back to another take five because the last thing that I need is for it to happen to me. So I will not be visiting it take 5 ever again.

I had a problem with my oil plug so they couldn t do my oil change but they helped me with info for a near by mechanic, and gave me 2 quartz of oil off the top to hold me over. Will forever be returning to the take 5 near mint hill in nc. The employees were so so helpful

The guys at the shop were great and gave me plenty of options for upgrades and repair maintenance. I ve taken it to this location plenty of times through the years and they never disappoint.

Stopped by today for an oil change and the two gentleman working did a great job. I can't think of there names but it was the shop on Albemarle Rd. First time and will be back. If your a first time to take 5 mention my name . Thanks guys and have a great weekend Bless

Grateful for the services provided. During the visit, I found out that my cooling cap was missing; the mechanic looked up my account, and saw that the error occurred during my last visit and compensated me. That s INTEGRITY!
