Edit to the original review (08/31/22): Dropped it to 2 stars. Spiffy reached out after I posted the original review with an offer to come out to fix the missed spots, but they gave me an email that either doesn t work or they don t monitor. I reached out twice over a few weeks and didn t hear back. Then I tried their support email, which is when we found out that the customer care email wasn t valid.They sent a crew out on 8/31/22 to redo the original service and still missed the same spots, plus a few more.The convenience of Spiffy being mobile and coming to you does not outweigh the quality of work in my two experiences. Wheels look good though.Original review (08/09/22): Spiffy did a decent job for the price. I got the Awesome detail and added an engine bay detail. The detailer showed up on time but couldn t drive stick, so had to get his manager to come out to move the car. Probably just a miscommunication between us. When he was just about done I had to come back out to move the car off the tarp they put down.Interior looks fantastic, much better vacuuming than I could ve done. Wheel detail looked amazing. Exterior had a few spots that were still dirty that I didn t notice until later in the day. Engine bay detail seemed like it was just skipped. I m kind of disappointed I gave the tip I did before I noticed.Overall, the car looks much better and is much cleaner than it was. Not sure if I ll use the service again. I feel the service quality was about the level of Autobell, which is significantly cheaper. It was pretty convenient that they came out to my work though.

I used spiffy at work due to the convenience of pick up and drop off. I m willing to pay a tad more if that means not waiting at a detailing shop. I paid $230 for their second to best service. While most of my car was up to expectations I was overall a little disappointed. I probably wouldn t go back. My car was picked up at 8:30am and was returned to me at 10:30am (seemed a little too fast) . I checked the car and realized they had forgotten the trunk. They 100% did not even open the hatch. I have an suv so my trunk accounts for 1/3 of my car. Very unacceptable to return a car incomplete...especially for $200. The guy then asked if I wanted it taken back.. of course I do! Finish the job. 20 minutes later it was returned. They still didn t windex the back window because I could still see my dogs nose art. But oh well.Lastly, my mats were clearly watered down but not scrubbed. I would have liked to seen more detail oriented work... hence why I got a detailing

I was on the fence about getting the service done but now I can say with certainty that I regret getting the service done. I wouldn't recommend getting any services other than their basic. The worker did good job cleaning my car but there were flaws. They cleaned the more common places on the exterior of the car but I know exactly where to place my eyes when it comes to determining my vehicles cleanliness. Long story short, places were missed on my vehicle and $80 is a lot to pay for a car wash and not have it done to your liking. Unless, you have money to burn on the "they come to you" convenience factor. I don't recommend it. If you are a Do it yourself'er. This is not for you. Photos are attach. 2 of the photos show where I had wiped my finger on the inside of the rim. If it was cleaned, streaks would not have appeared.

I highly recommend this shop! Anthony and the guys at the shop are all great and personable. They always look out for you and do a great job at explaining what s wrong and help you get it fixed quick. These are the after pics. This particular spiffy tech didn t remove the mats and didn t even clean the top of the mats very well, there are still coffee dribbles on the dashboard and crumbs from my kids in the back door handle, plus any trash that he found in the car (hair clips, cheerios, bits of paper) was just left in my driveway and front yard.Because the company has so many good reviews, I m sure other techs are better, but this one was terrible (although he was very friendly).

Professional and prompt service. Donte did an amazing job on my car. I had a bad food spill and stain in my back seat and it s gone. Job well done and I will definitely recommend!Update: Had Vivica do my car today on 1/26/24 and it is immaculate. She showed up early, got everything done quickly and my car looks and smells so nice and clean. They were early, polite, respectful of my allergies to certain scents. Didn t do any extras without asking first. My Jeep was gross inside from my husband smoking with the windows down and just general abuse. First time using Spiffy. Had the $245 interior/exterior detail and wax. The tech was on time, and polite. The seats were shampooed and the interior was cleaned nicely.I would, however, not recommend this service if you are someone who likes their car to be properly cleaned. Several areas missed on the exterior. Im glad I asked the tech not to use the buffering wheel as these are not expert detailers who know the risks of wheels and dirty rags on paint. There are now streaks all over in my clear coat from pushing the dirt around with rags. Can t imagine what a wheel would ve done. Taking my truck to get a qoute for a paint correction .If you don t care to for this kind of detail, then it s still a good service just a little expensive.Services: Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Car waxing

The tech showed up early and was very courteous. He did a fantastic job on the outside with the wash and wax. I was disappointed on the inside because the leather seats were not cleaned and conditioned well. I called the company and they sent out a supervisor (Riley) a few hours later. Riley did an amazing job with my interior and the car looks new inside and out. I was very impressed with how they handled my issues and I will definitely be using them again. My wife saw my car and now she wants the full service as well! Thanks Spiffy!

If I could give negative stars, I would. First the app showed times that were not reflective of actual availability, so I had to reschedule the appointment. Then I was told the paint repair would fix scratches that it couldn t and didn t fix. Then the morning of the appointment they asked me to bring my car to them because they needed to do the work indoors. After all was said and done, I was under the impression I could use a $20 off coupon and they refused to even allow me the discount. I was nothing but accommodating, end to end, but the dismissive nature of the conversation I had with their customer service was the absolute last straw. I would NEVER work with this company again.Service: Paint repair

I have never had my car detailed, and I was extremely excited to use Spiffy because of the rave reviews. To my dismay, the auto detail was satisfactory to say the least. The amount you spend for a detail, I could have paid $50 for the ultimate/deluxe wash at a local car wash. I essentially paid $300+ for a basic car wash. To top it all off, I added the restore my engine service, and this was not done at all. Unfortunately, I noticed after the gentleman had left. I emailed corporate and was told to send photos and that they would get back to me in a couple days. After a couple days had passed, I was sent a refund for the amount of the engine cleaning and a $20 gift card if I referred someone. I asked if the service could be completed 6 days ago, and I am still waiting on a response. Not only will I not be referring anyone, but I will not be using their services again. Such a great business idea managed terribly.Service: Auto detailing

The service was good and, the car wash technician did a thorough job. However scheduling needs some improvement when it comes to managing expectations. I made an appoinyment a few days before the scheduled time, and then at some random time the day before, spiffy sends an text requesting confirmation to hold the appointment with only a 15 minute window to reply. What if someone is not available in that random 15 minute window? Sucks for that person apparently; the appointment that I thought was set was cancelled because I happened to be away from my phone. Either spiffy should lock in their appointments then and there, or allow for a much larger window for confirmation requests.Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

This review is for Spiffy's mobile oil change service. I'll admit, having someone come to my home to change my oil is the epitome of first world laziness, but I'm really glad the service exists. I used a promo code for $20 off, which put the price slightly lower than what I pay at other quick lube places. I was pleasantly surprised that they provide the service on Sundays as well. I simply downloaded the mobile app, registered my vehicle and made an appointment. Within minutes I received a confirmation for the appointment, although it asked to change to one hour later - which was fine. The technician arrived about 10 minutes late (no problem) but had everything setup in my driveway quick;y. I went on about my business in the house and about 40 minutes later he was done. It couldn't be simpler or more convenient. Some might complain about price, but those people are usually the ones who complain about having to pay for extra legroom on a flight. Convenience has a cost. The only reason I knock a star off is that just oil and filter replacement are performed. At the very least it would have been nice to vacuum the floor boards or clean the windows while the van pumps the oil out. If Spiffy adds a couple extra touches like that, I would gladly give them 5 stars.

My family got me this service for my birthday. That was all I wanted was for my car to look like new. They paid 245.00 and for that price you think it would look like new, but no it didn't. I was so excited to pick it up and the outside looked good except under my car doors didn't even get washed. When you open the car doors none of that trim got cleaned, around the gear shift looks like dirty water and my windows are streaked really bad. I thought they paid maybe 100 but when I found out they paid the 245 I flipped! Horrible! Waste of money. I spilled coffee on my floor board and had Spiffy come out for a deep clean wash. Being $200 I expected an amazing detail. Nope- the coffee stain isn t visual to the eye, but I can still smell it in my car. Tons of cleaning spots were missed. The company reached out and I sent them TONS of photos of areas that were missed and no body every got back to me. Definitely not worth the money. My truck carpet was completely missed and I doubtfully think they cleaned my seats since there were water stains still on them. Not worth the money. Plus when the guy was done he left my car keys in my car on a main road. WTH! Someone easily could have stolen my car. The spiffy people showed up On Time! Very nice and professional. Willing to set up and get to work right away. The work was excellent. The stains in my seats finally came out. It looked like a new car again. So pleased with the services. And the price is fair. First detail guy did half the job, they sent a manager out to fix it. He damaged the interior of my truck. Now they do not answer email and all my calls go to voice-mail. I had to file a claim with the BBB. I am disabled and now that my rear door doesn't open I can not get my service dog in my truck. Do not use this company, they hire dishonest employees, their customer service is beyond horrible, and whatever you do never do a no inspection detail. Had a great experience experience with Spiffy. The tech came out, laid out a massive tarp and detailed my car on it. My car looks fantastic!! It looks so good I went and bought a car cover to further protect the shine. We has heavy water spots but those are no more. The app was very user friendly, payment was seamless and completely contactless. FANTASTIC JOB!!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Car waxing

I wish I could give 0 stars to this review.The idea is great - they come to your home and service your car.The execution and customer service is horrible. I complained to them within a couple of hours and still haven't gotten a call back to fix the issues.The problem with their execution - cleaning quality is not thorough. If its a regular car wash, fine. But if you're paying for detailing, you should get detailed car quality.Here's a synopsis of the service:1) Our carpet is still covered in dog hair. Like, no-effort-in-vacuuming-covered.2) Our seats are covered in splatters of oily residue (I think they used oil to polish some things).3) There's a water stain that they said they could remove, but it didn't even seem like they shampooed the seats. We're now removing it ourselves.4) There are random stains across our leather and door sides of the car, white dried stains, must have been their cleaning product that they neglected to actually clean off.5) The dashboard is covered in dust.The problem with customer service - they pretend to hear you out, but never respond back to your complaints. It's been days since I've reached out to them to no response back.That said, save your money and pay it elsewhere. Until they improve the quality of work, its not worth the risk of using their service. We 100% regret hiring them for the convenience of not leaving home.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I paid 356$ For the most expensive detail they had and a decontaminate. (It was suppose to included shampooing) The outside looked good but the inside looked like a regular vacuum. I asked the man if he shampooed the seats twice and he said yes. They were not done at all. There was dust all in the vents, the bolts where the seats go had crumbs and dirt. The trunk wasn t touched. This is just not what I expected when I paid this money. And they make you pre pay. I called the office and they offered $100 refund. But to save by time and money, I wouldn t recommend this company! It was the most expensive regular car wash I have ever purchased in my life. The man who came was polite though. I am currently getting the seats shampooed by another company. Spending more money on something that should have already been done! It was a super easy booking process. I have a Great Dane that sheds like crazy and they did a great job cleaning the interior. First detail was a disaster, but Spiffy had another tech detail my car again for free after I sent pictures via email to customer support. Much better the second time though my only disappointment is that the seat shampoo still left some visible brown areas on my black seats. I had a fantastic experience using Spiffy. This was my first time hiring a car detailer and they did a great job - my 10-year old car looks new again. Absolutely worth the money spent. I use my car to take trips with my two very shedding dogs who love to roll in the mud and dig in the sand. My car is always looking like a mess and just when i think this car will never look brand new again, i make an appointment with Spiffy and they make the interior of my car look like no dog has ever stepped paw in it. Very convenient and easy. I think their prices are a little high, since a lot of things are add-ons, but they do good work. My car looks really good on the inside. Not spotless, but definitely in better condition than it was. I had stains on my seats and there 90% gone! I would recommend them and will use them in the future.
