I highly recommend anyone reading this review to not do any business with this company. I purchased rims and tires from there Eastway location. From the General Manager Nick. I've had nothing but problems since I purchased them. They will sell you tires that only cost them not even 200 a set but charge you 700plus. The brand they use are extremely cheap and will blowout on low profile rims. They stripped my studs twice. According to the contract you sign they are suppose to replace damaged tires . The General Manager refuse to honor the contract. My personal opinion the store Manager by the name of Drew should be the GM . He definitely understands customer service and hes always professional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! TRUST ME YOU WPULD SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF FRUSTRATION AND TIME!!!!

I will never go back to smart wheels ever! They continuously take out of my account when it s not due then when you call everyone seems to have the idk voice! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! If I would have known, I would have went to Discount Tire or Tire Depot cause they really work with their customers! Lesson learned

These folks are wonderful over it smartwheels they took care of my issue fix me right up there was never any problems and I would recommend smartwheels or SmartWay rentals to anyone
