BRITT POPE IS THE MANAGER THERE HE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL...I BOUGHT A VEHICLE IN DECEMBER 2023 I HAVE NOT DROVE THE CAR A WHOLE MOTH YET.ITS BEEN there with problems

Their service center sucks I didn't even have my vehicle 2 months and the thermostat went out on it took it back to the service center they had my vehicle for days then they messed with my fuel injectors and took the seals off of them leaving them sitting under my hood now causing my car to have a gas leak now everytime I call they wont answer or return my calls this place is a joke and a rip off

The experience was great. It's just after I purchased my truck engine light came on. And everyday I have had off. I've been dropping my truck off to vet checked out. Don't get me wrong , I like my truck and they have great cars. But right now. I'm not happy, now I have to do this over again on another day I have off.

I got my air fixed and they did it in spectacular time frame and I also got help dealing with my key Fob from the main boss lady. I honestly loved it . N there was literally 20 min wait time for my stuff to get done . Now I m cruising With my one year old with cool air.

First off the SERVICE MANAGER took all day to get there. Once he came in he did come up to me and ask what was wrong with the car... by that time I've been there 3 hours already... I had a previous appointment with them but because the SERVICE MANAGER was NOT there I had to reschedule and they told me to be there super early so I did and it took them allllllllllllll damn day to fix blinkers and put 4 tires on the car which it should have not been an issue with since I've only had the car for 2 WEEKS... and since I've left the car is making another noise prior to the house it's MAKING NOW... it's super hard to get in contact them. Hard to set up and damn appointment with them, hard for you to get your damn car fixed. Just unsatisfied all the way around do not approve of this company if you do want a car fast like in and out then OK but I do not recommend this place to anybody make a make sure they call they call your ass for that payment but they don't want to make sure your car get fixed.

The worst experience I ever had BIGGEST SCAM I really REGRET GETTING A CAR FROM THEM. S/o mr. Robert he is a Great person . They half worked on my car still tried to charge me for work they never did from day 1 on the car. I CANT WAIT TILL THEY REALLY GET EXPOSE

Amazing customer service!!! I had car issues with the car I purchased from them. Their service department started working on my car right away and gave me a loaner to drive. I highly recommend buying a car from them. Thanks for everything Corlinda and Susan

***PSA*** Please steer clear of this God forsaken place!!! You have been warned! This place is dreadful!!! Art B. Is a complete and utter con artist and crook! He s the owner/regional manager of the sign and drives in Charlotte/Gastonia. The comments below with 1 star are the ABSOLUTE TRUTH. I wish it was -star. Art sells overpriced run down vehicles, fully aware and refuses to fix them! He s a big liar. He stole my money, I brought my car in 5x to this place, about the same issues with the car within 60 days of purchase, still not fixed. I had to beg for a loaner car while they checked the car out because he offered me a Uber to get home?!?! The issue still hasn t been fixed, he then through a tantrum requested the loaner car back, said he can t do business with me but took my money!!! My car wasn t fixed and refused to trade me into another vehicle that he promised he would do. So now I m out of $2000 and a vehicle!! Please run from this place!!! Sign and drive/community credit are all 1 big scam run by Art, you will be sorry if you take your business to this place!!!

They have a wonderful staff everyone is kind made sure I was taking care of in great timing. And the lady in the service department is Awesome she help me with everything I needed.

Sell cars with a lot of problems, they take forever to fix your car and give you the run around. Have warranty on car but still have to pay something. No loaner car while mine in shop so I was car less and I pay my bill faithfully

Going to sign and Drive by far was the best decision I've made the staff was respectful and patient they made sure I understood everything if you're looking for second chance sign and drive is the perfect place to go

TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT LETS TALK ABOUT SAFETY FIRST PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS OR YOURSELF IN A SIGN AND DRIVE LOANER VEHICLE. THESE CAR THAT THE OWNER ARTUR B. OFFER AS A LOANER IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE IS A PIECE OF JUNK. HE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYBODY SAFTY ALSO HIS BONDING COMPANY DOESN T EVEN ALLOW HIM TOO!!! So there was a car, that was trash, that I purchased from Sign and Drive LLC. There was ~$2400.00 remaining on it. I wrecked it due to a bad bearing. They lied to the insurance company and got the entire amount including what was to come to me. Do NOT trust them.

They are very unorganized was having issues with rain coming through car while all windows are closed was told they will send a text with an appt never received text called to get service done was told I would have to make an appointment for the following week just to have it looked at not good service

Art sales the worst cars ever!!! His service department can't fix them but they continue to charge you for the same repairs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I had to rate you from 1-10 I would give you a 2 because you are lacking in communication and I'm uncomfortable to bring my car over to sign & drive service center
