My experience with Service King was great, I was taken care of in a professional manner, they made sure that Enterprise picked me up without a long wait and the staff hospitality was wonderful from the beginning to the end. I most definitely will recommend this place for any of your car repairs. Thank you Austin and Staff.

Do not take your car here. Geico sent me here when my window was vandalized and at first it was great. I got text updates of the status of my car and it was back to me within a week or 2. But then I picked up my car. The side panels my of vehicle were lazily put on and sticking off the side of my vehicle, the dash board showed an error, and they left the leftover parts in my trunk. When I scheduled an apt to bring my car back to fix it, the receptionist said they didn t have me coming in on the calendar and to bring it back the next morning. When I came back the next morning, she said she didn t know when a technician would be in. I eventually had to leave because I was waiting for 30 minutes and had to go to work. She said a technician would call me and they never did. They then kept my car for over 3 weeks and when I picked it up, our side panel wasn t fixed again! We picked it up today and the side panel was still not fixed. It looks and feels like they just pulled it down halfway and taped it to the side of my car! You can hear it clicking when you push on the side piece. We re not bringing it back to fix it. I ve been without a car for over a month. I felt like I was a mom and this shop was my child, I had to keep checking in on it. They even started to recognize my number because I would call every day for an update and every day they wouldn t have an update or wouldn t have written down what was actually wrong with my car, I had to keep reminding them.I have a few suggestions:- maybe create an internal calendar or let your technicians know when someone is trying to schedule an appointment with them- have another technician double check the work of a technician before sending it off- create a better customer communication or work order check list with the customer. I felt like I was the annoying one - when I should be the one annoyed- a month without my car?! Ridiculous. I m sure they are nice people, but this shop and the training of the people are mediocre at best.

I was sent to Service King Collision dba Crash Champion by GEICO. They did a great job on my Vehicle. Look like I was never hit from behind.From the time I walked in the door. I was greeted by Ms. Ricai(CSR) with a pleasant smile and professional attitude. She took care of getting my claimed and vehicle processed for check-in and rental car. She treated me like I was a person, not just a customer. Mr. Joshua (Adjuster) was great he made sure I was updated as to what was going on with my vehicle( processed the work within a weeks time)he made sure it was done to my satisfaction and treated me with kindness. I appreciate him so much he went above and beyond within his powers. Joshua God bless you. I pray that Service King/Crash Champion know your worth as an employee and that Ms. Ricai set the the tone from time the customer walk through the door. Thank you both for making my experience awesome. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!

Worse experience, they would not wash my vehicle, which is a company. When I picked up my car, it still had tape residue on it, and it was dirty. The manager lied, telling me they were short staffed. While standing there, a car came out of the stall after just being washed. I brought my car back several times, and my door is still not closing properly. I tried to resolve the issue but the manager had a nasty attitude. I have to take my car to another auto body repair shop to get it done right.

Worst customer service, would not recommend anyone. On calling the store directly asked to schedule the appointment. Once I got the appointment confirmed with them, called the store to confirm the appointment. Then called them on the day of the appointment, they said they didn't get any details from the insurance and sounded like reluctant to take the car. On calling the insurance to transfer the details to the shop, insurance said they already did the day before. Then the insurance agent called the shop and got back to me saying that they are 3 weeks out for appointment and is reluctant to take the car. Finally I was without any appointment.

The worst place to go to! I took my car, they called and said it was ready, and that they have to wait for two pieces on back order. They never called me. After calling them several times and them promising a call back that never came, I went up there and they promised to have everything fixed that should have been done. Never called. Also, my car is missing the middle console( don t know why that s missing when it was body work that I needed.) and my front breaks are bleeding. They are worst place you can find!

Absolute trash and are liars! Took them over a month and some to fix my car no updates no nothing when I tried to get a some kind of status of my vehicle. When I finally received my car there was still plenty of glass in the seat and backseat from where they "supposedly worked on it" and the car still wasn't fixed to my satisfaction. The supervisor guaranteed they would fix it and he would pay for my rental until it was fixed properly only to lie and enterprise end top billing me for the extra days. When I tried to reach out to them they would not take my calls, phone constantly rings and no one ever picks up. Their work is trash and their customer service is worse! PLEASE , PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE ! I promise this is NOT THE PLACE to go.

Embarrassed to say, but I have had to use these guys 3x in the past 5 years. Each time, I received compassion and efficient service. Great communication. Timely turnaround. Professional job. Highly recommend.

Do not take your vehicle here. They have changed ownership. Now they are crash champions and they are terrible with terrible customer service. As service king they were marginally better, but now all new staff and none of the service king employees work there (according to them) stay away.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This is quite literally the worst car place both my Fiance and I have ever used.They had my car for 5 months and then when I got it back it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I brought it in for a small scratch and when I got it back the entire door fell off, brought it back in, they fixed it. Two days later, the door handle completely came off. I have now been going back and forth with the manager for 5 months to get the door handle fixed and he has now completely ghosted me after promising her would handle it.They kept my Fiance's car for 7 months and when he got it back, it also was not put back together correctly and we have had problems ever since with his dash completely falling off.0/10 DO NOT recommend. Horrible customer service and your car will be worse off for it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Do NOT GO HERE! They will keep your car for months and then refuse to fix it because they were not doing what they were supposed to do. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR CAR ! They ll give you the run around and lie just to get you off the phone! LIKE I SAID DONT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! JUST A WASTE OF TIME. THEY NEED 0 STARS!!!

Service King provided a great experience. My car was hit in a parking lot (thankfully the person who hit it left a note on my windshield) and caused some cosmetic damage that required replacing a part in the back and some painting. Service King was honest with me about the timeline due to high demand (about 2-3 weeks to complete everything). Natalie was very efficient, friendly and informative. Matt communicated with me the whole time providing updates. When my vehicle was supposed to be ready on a Friday evening, he let me know that Hyundai sent them a damaged part, and he didn t want to send me home with it on my vehicle so he was waiting for a replacement to arrive by Monday. By Tuesday night, I had my vehicle back, exactly 2 weeks after I dropped it off. The repairs looked great and they cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle for me. Everyone was professional and kind throughout the process. I would definitely recommend using Service King.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have previously left a review because we believed that the damage that was caused to our car when it was supposed to be being repaired at service king was just cosmetic and basic functions. We took my fianc� s car in yesterday and were told that his car should have been totaled out and instead service King did a complete hack job and put his car back together completely wrong. They said that we were lucky we did not get into an accident because it would ve killed us and was completely unsafe to drive.I would not trust service King for any repairs on your vehicle.

This was my 4th time coming to Service King and every time I always have a great experience! The customer service is always excellent, they always take great care of my car and I never have to wait long. Every time they return my vehicle to me it always looks Brand new. I ve been so many times now that I really and truly feel like this place has become like family. I always know my car is well taken care of. Thanks for all of your help! I highly recommend Service King. They are highly professional, personable and accommodating and honest. Margarita the administrative assistant is very professional and nice. I needed to take my car in for various scratches on the hood and trunk. Mason was super sweet. It was raining he took the initiative to dry the rain off and do a test area to check and see if the scratches would lift or if he needed to go ahead and write me up an estimate. Turned out the scratches lifted with whatever he used and My vehicle didn t require an expensive estimate or service. How awesome is he!!!!! He was very knowledgeable and professional and honest. I couldn t thank him enough. If you need body work, painting and the likes I recommend Service King ask for Mason. To top it off the establishment had various vehicles being looked at/ repaired. So they receive consistent business for their great work! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing! I can t thank them enough! My repairs were completed before the estimated time, I was updated via text every step of the way and received a courtesy call to let me know my car was all clean and ready for pick up! Mason is absolutely amazing must I add!!! This guy made my experience so easy going and stress free! He was professional, quick, and very pleasant! He also took the time out to help with a situation I had with the rental car company!! Customer service is a big deal to me and he exceeded in all areas! Thank you for going above and beyond for me! I truly recommend this location!

This being my first time at a body shop, I didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be a simple and pleasant experience. First, I setup an appointment over the phone with Tammy. Next, I came in for the estimate and I spoke with Carl. He was very honest and upfront with me about how the damage needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. After I handed off this information to the insurance company, I was able to bring my car in and leave it at the shop until it was finished. I found the location to be very convenient because The Body Shop is adjacent to an Enterprise Car Rental lot (not even 10 yards away). When it was time to pick my car up I was happy to see that the repair job was FLAWLESS. Probably looked better than when it was brand new. Also, I'm pretty sure that they cleaned the inside of my car a bit too (I noticed the carpets had been freshly vacuumed)!To sum it up, I had a great experience here and will use The Body Shop for all my collision repair needs in the future. They were honest, they did a fantastic job, AND they cleaned the inside of my car! What more could you ask for?

State Farm recommended Service King North Tryon to replace the catalytic converter and O2 Sensor that were cut from under my car. They not only towed my car from a different body shop but they kept me informed from pick up to completion. They not by had the car repaired by the estimated date but it was cleaned out and ran as good as new. They were professional, courteous, and honest. They won me over. They know how to make a bad situation into a positive experience.

Bad experience but eventually got it worked out. It took them 3 days to just look and write up an estimate for my vehicle. Then they said it would be fixed at the end of that week. When that day came, they said something happened and that they needed another part and that it would be next week. When that day came something else apparently and that it would be later the second week. When that day came, when they were supposedly cleaning up my car for delivery, they noticed something wrong that was pointed out when I initially dropped the vehicle off. After finally getting my vehicle back after 3 extensions later, they still managed to mess up my car. My battery was just about dead from sitting for 3 weeks. They managed to put my windshield washer nozzles on backwards so they don't even spray my windshield. I found interior panels off my vehicle for some reason even though I did not have any repairs made. My headlight they replaced did not get aimed and does not project properly. The grille on my hood was left loose, all the bolts that hold it on were started but never tightened down. They over filled my coolant tank. This is all that I have found so far. They will also tell you they want to make sure everything is okay with your vehicle before returning it to you when it's not finished 100 times.Update: After returning for the fixes on my vehicle, the manager was very helpful and took care of all the fixes my vehicle needed. I wish my vehicle had this attention at first but they made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left. The manager was very helpful in handling my one off case.Second Update: Found bolts for safety crash tubes not screwed in all the way. MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN! Also have had alignment check done elsewhere and found that they did not fix or perform an alignment on my vehicle! Unacceptable!!

It's never a good day to have to get body work done, but Carl and Tammy made it very easy to deal with getting my car fixed. Once I had contacted my insurance company and told them I would like to use the Body Shop, they handled everything. The coordinated getting the estimate approved and the repair work so I could get my car back as quickly as possible.When the insurance company made a mistake on the billing, Tammy caught it before the repair work was completed and Carl handled the issue with one phone call. By the time I picked up the car it had been resolved and I didn't have to worry about getting additional reimbursement from my insurance company.Overall, it was about as painless as it could be and I had my car back in less than a week. The repair work came out perfect, you could never tell that the car was ever damaged, it looks as good as new! I hope I don't have to use their services again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to bring my car back to the Body Shop.

After we had a collision in October of 2021, this Service King made the repairs. It was very slow, taking almost a month. Most of the work was done well, but we have an issue with the roof that they've failed to resolve, despite the fact that we have returned the vehicle to them to fix it 3 times since. If it's inconvenient for you to be without your vehicle for weeks at a time, I recommend you go somewhere else!

I opted to go outside of my insurance's preferred repair shops. I stumbled on The body Shop via Google, and read the reviews. It seems that everyone loved them, and their work.I called and began what I would feel was a great experience. Everyone who works there, has been there forever..10, 15, 20 years, and they treated my car like it was there own!My insurance company suggested I use a specific rental company, but I found that Enterprise is directly next door, only having to walk about 200 feet. They were awesome too, and even upgrade me for very little extra, over what my ins co. was paying them.During the process, I was informed about my car, and it was well taken care of. It did take a little longer on the repair, as they estimated 1 1/2 weeks, and I was in my rental for 17 days, but to me that only means that it was because they wanted to make sure it was done the right way, and not rush through it.I would take my car there, anytime!!!

After being in a three vehicle wreck, repairs were only done on the right side of our truck instead of both sides. Had to leave the truck there even longer to repair the left side. Picked up the truck and Drove it home (10 minutes away max) and when parking, heard the ball joint/control arm snap on the left side. Took it to Hendricks in Concord and they said the truck was not repaired completely and still has a good bit of work left. Manager or service advisor at this Service King needs to reevaluate their staff/themselves. This is ridiculous.Natalie in the front office was pleasant and professional. I went there for an estimate when I came back my check engine light and break light was on they want to charge me 376 just to diagnose a problem I didn't have before bringing it to them. Horrible customer service and the GM Sabas wasn't helpful at all I wouldn't recommend this company even if your insurance will pay!I paid my deductible they had another fee

Such great service! I had two cars repaired here, and Carl did such a fabulous job. I was rear ended in a Jeep back in November. My Jeep was at Hendrick Collision Center supposedly getting repaired. During this time, I was driving a new Volvo I just got after the accident. On the way to school, a Charlotte city truck with rocks was in front of me. The rocks were uncovered, and they flew out and completely chipped the hood and roof of my new Volvo. The Volvo dealership recommended The Body Shop. Carl did an amazing job at painting my car. He went above and beyond and did more than he needed to. I am so pleased with the way it looks. In the meantime, I was having a terrible experience with my Jeep at Hendrick Collision Center. They had my Jeep for three months and did no work to it at all. I ended up taking my Jeep away from Hendrick Collision Center and bringing it to Carl. He was more than happy to search for parts and repair the whole thing. He had it done in a matter of weeks. If I had taken my Jeep to Carl instead of the Hendrick Collision Center, I would have had it back many months earlier. I cannot brag enough as to how good of a job Carl did to fix the Jeep. It was a totaled car, and now it looks brand new. I highly recommend The Body Shop!

I can t recommend Service King enough! Mason was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! I ve had 3 body shop experiences, and this was by far the best! My car looks as good as new, and Mason went the extra mile to make sure it was handled as if it were his own. The automated txt messages with updates were great, and Mason even sent several of his own txt messages with pictures of the progress. World class service!

After having a unpleasing experience in my past with a collision shop, I was very cautious on who I choose to service my vehicle... with that being said, I google several collision shops in Chlt, and was intrigued with Service King reviews, so I chose Service King to service my vehicle and ... when I tell you ... A1 Service, AWESOME body work and customer service. The whole team made my experience easy breezy. Service King kept me informed and at ease through the whole process, Aaron (The MANAGER) extended me a courtesy ride to pick up a rental after I was left stranded by the rental company. Phenomenal experience!

I had a terrible experience with them; and Kenny allowed my car to take too long to get repaired. Aaron did the best he could to try and make up things to me, but it took 44 days to repair 2 doors and a runner. The initial estimate was low and it almost tripled by the time they were done and the job was not done with care, professionalism and still had to go back 2 more times. It was highly unacceptable and I would have a hard time recommending them to any of my friends. They got 2 stars because Aaron was nice about things and kept me informed.Update as of 12/19/17I contacted Kenny again because my drivers side passenger window stopped working. I had to take it back 2 more times but, I can say Kenny/Aaron finally fixed it. I just hope to not have anymore issues with my Yukon Denali XL.
