Lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE, Combative representatives, who are non knowledgeable! Purchased used yesterday, tire blew out less than 8 hours later, they bent the rim on top that! They do not have any policies set up! Oh instead of exchange, they want full price purchase of a new tire! Just go to a FOR REAL tire shop, DON T waste your time and good EARNED money at this location ..

I had the best experience here at Sattos! They are very honest they show you what needs to be done and are very quick and professional!! I will definitely be a returning customer . Good in price too!!

I love these guys! I came in with a punctured tire. They immediately assessed the situation, pulled the tire, fixed it, and pointed out another area on the sidewall that could become problem. They re-checked tire pressure for all four tires and charged me just $10. All this within 15 minutes. Thank you!

They will definitely try to get over on you if you're not paying attention, luckily I was. I wont be coming back here, and I don't recommend anyone else going to them for tires or even just installing tires.Update: They even resulted in being dishonest in their response to me on this review. This is my first and only review for them, I have never given them 5 stars.

Communication was horrible! I literally asked for one used tire and a patch, than the guy comes back with 2 used tires after I just asked for one so I ask him how much for both he says $25 a piece so total $50 so I repeat to him $50 for both tires $25+$25 right ? He says yes so im thinking to myself this place is awesome so than the other comes to me and says $113, I was confused I told him I only got 2 tires not 4 he told me $25 a piece he says no $50 a piece and on top of that the tires don t even look worth $15 a piece they literally look worst than the ones I had on before. Moral of the story I will never come back to this crooked business. If you want the best used tires go to Tire Pacific N Tryon they have the best deals and tires in Charlotte plus they re more friendly and customer oriented.

Be weary of this guy. I speak Spanish and I heard him talk about me and my tire and the next thing you know. I have a broken valve stem. I ended up paying $60 for the tire. And he said I'm gonna be nice. And not charge you $20 for the new valve stamp. I'll only charge you 15. And I heard them talk about me. They set me up, it's a rip-off. That place is a con. Go there if you dare but I would find another tire place to go to to get a used tire. And my tire a week later, cracked and split where they filled it in with some kind of rubber just to sell the tire so I had to buy another tire and I got a good one for $40 not 1 mile away.

I came to this place and had two tires put on and I wanted to keep one of my tires however the tire I wanted to keep they cut the side on the tire so I can't use it so I went back up there with the tire to speak with a manager and the guy started yelling at me like it was my fault saying the machine ripped the tire I dealt with a guy name Alejandro but the other guy working with him was super rude will never come back to this place again and I advise any black person to not come to this shop its been 3 black people to come here complaining since I've been here today.And my tires I took up there was not old or dry rotted like the guy is saying Black people do no go here the boss is rude came out yelling I asked his name he said why they intentionally cut my tire they was not old the boss was not even there when I spent my money DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR BLACK....And the tire they replaced is old as hell I dont feel safe putting it n my car so it will be going in the trash long story short DONT WAIST YOUR TIME....

Beware of over torquing. Came here for a broken stud about 6 months ago. While removing the other lug nuts they told me that they were going to have to break an additional 2 studs. Proceeded to replace the studs and plug the tire I originally came in about. Fast forward to today, I go to have them look at a leak in the tire and they tell me that the lug nuts are over torqued and they will have to break the studs to get the wheel off. Did not acknowledge when I told them they were the last ones to put the lug nuts on. Just asked what do you wanna do. When I said put the lug nuts back on he rammed em on with the air wrench so now instead of 1 over torqued lug nut, I am guessing I have 5.

Satto tires helped me out when I needed them in my time of need .I ve been dealing with them for years and and they always have good tires and excellent customer service ..I needed a tire for my sons first car and I was low on funds and didn t think I would be able to get one with the amount I had. But as always I told them my situation and they actually listened and looked out for my son and I thank you again guys

Oh my gosh!These guys were so helpful they did a great job came all the way from South Carolina put two new tires on for a put two new tires and they were friendly nice customer service overall 100% great!

You know what I like about these guy? They're not after your money, but your service. I have come here several times, one time they refused to sell me a tired because they guaranteed me that I did not need one. I am still driving on that same tire, so obviously it was still good. They will not charge you for something you don't need. This is good for single women, because we are sometimes taken advantage of in the automotive world. I move to SC and I still drive to this location if I can manage. They have my trust.

This was my first time at Satto since Adinos is closed on Sunday. I love their hours! They are very professional and even with the language barrier, I was able to get top notch services! They were able to work with my lug nut problem and gave me a very good price for my tire. I asked for a quote for new tires and that too was wonderful! I WILL be back and I will refer people to them for tire services! Thank you so very much for your hard work!

You can not only get new tires here and used ones that are decently priced, but you can get your brakes done here just by paying 100 for their labor if you buy the parts. That's freaking awesome. Never going anywhere else!

I stopped for air. The dude up front spoke very little to no English. He put air in one tire then said 5 dollars or 5 star review. Took my phone put in satto tires then tapes 5 stars. Guess what that is against the law and I can only imagine how many people they have done this too. I will be reporting it.

Called multiple tire shops around town and this was the best one I talked to. Showed up and they were fast and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new or used tire. They were cheaper then most places I price checked which is a bonus!
