Zero stars Sam s. Bad management all over. The lines to leave the place are very much always long and only one person at the door. People cut in line, the attendants are uninterested and sometimes rude, a lot of times, there are no carts and you have to go back to the parking lot and grab one. Horrible management.

Although I saved on getting the tires that was originally on my car which was a Michelin tire, the head ache of getting the TPMS sensor replaced is questionable of the savings. Over all the service from James, John, Eric and even Drew the store manager was satisfactory BUT having to go to another tire shop to get the sensor and the added cost and time may not be worth it. I spent three hours in the rain as cold on Saturday 4/8 waiting for them to replace the sensor only to be told they don t have a comparable part for my car. Try Discount Tire Northlake where Keith and Johnathan exceeds my expectations. At the end of the day, lesson learned, take your car to a tire shop, the savings may not be worth it.

I've posted in past....Fast courteous service. Been going here for yrs. Highly recommend.That post stand today Dec 2019.I've dealt with Johnnie many times and he exemplifies what customer service really is all about. If you haven't met him, you'll be glad the day you do.Thank you Johnnie. You go beyond the call, and it's very much appreciated.

These guys are awesome. I bought four new Goodyear tires and was out in about 45 minutes. Lifetime balancing and rotation included in the package. Great price, awesome service, friendly service guys!! Highly recommend them!!!!

This has got to be some of the worst service ever. They don't answer the phone and you can rarely find anyone at the desk if you go in person...I scheduled a tire installation. It took 2 hours to get them put on. Another member was waiting with me and said she'd been there 4 hours. Turned out her car was already done and no one told her

I am very pleased and thankful for the service I received at this Sam's tire and battery. It was good to see The two younger gentleman that performed the work ( Balancing of all four wheels) on my truck cared about the customer and the quality of their work. And the price was exactly what it should've been. Thanks Guys im ridin smooth again.

So unlike a normal Wal-Mart where you drive in and is greeted my a tire and lube associate. Here you have to pull around back by the tire doors get your kids out of the car walk all the way around the Front through the main doors and over to the tire dept. Total waste of time and energy. No one comes outside and seems like no on knows whats going on dont come here go somewhere else. Rated 1 star because you can't rate 0 stars.

If they could get a 0 they would customer service is where they should start learn to greet your customers you chose your job I m sure sams didn t go looking for you . Employees suck

Tire and battery staff are courteous and extremely professional. Tire pricing and specials were more then favorable in comparison to the dealership.

Too busy to answer phone and when they finally answered, couldn't look up the tire size. Very poor customer service.
