So, I originally needed a new set of tires and I wasn t able to find a set that fit in my budget. After a few weeks of research I saw promo for RNR tires. I decided to call the South Blvd location and explained to them what I was looking for. On the spot they gave me a price for a set of 4 tires that was perfect for my budget. They also informed me of their leasing options.The link was sent by text and I applied right away and was approved the next day. Also,two days later I had a new set of tires and new set of rims as well.Due to leasing option this was possible and After installation I had a few balancing issues. But, they resolved the problems with no cost. Each visit took less than 30 mins Porsche and the team at RNR tires took care of business.I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!!!

RNR tires always hook me up when i need new tires and do alignment and gives you roadside assistance. Payments are very affordable and they have great customer service.Thanks for being here and making it easier on people to get what they need.

I felt like the service was awesome and that technician paid close attention to details.Customer service were very professional . My recommendation is have more relaxing waiting area for the customers. It s a very important part to customers services.

Juan, Johnny and the RNR crew took really good care of my wife and I!!! Simple process, straight forward terms and conditions and with the market inflation today, we came out with a great deal on 4 great tires. The process really helped with getting new tires. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I ve had 3 nails in my tires over the last 3 years and every time I go to RNR on South Blvd because THEY ARE THE BEST. Saul did a phenomenal job getting me in quick so I could get back to work. Everyone is very friendly and wants to help! Grateful for a great place to take my car when I m in need of a tire repair! Thank you

LUCKY TO BE ALIVE! Ordered tires for my specific vehicle on Thursday and was told they would be installed on Friday. Friday at 2 pm was told they d be there on Saturday or Monday. Whatever, it happens. Get a call Monday around 11am that they ve shown up. After they get the new tires on the wheels I am informed that they have no way to balance them and I need to take it to another shop to have them balanced, but it s not their fault because they hadn t seen the vehicle that I had ordered them for even though i gave all details over the phone when ordering and I had driven up there 4 days before the install to pay them in advance???? Needless to say I barely made it home on my unbalanced tires. WOULD GIVE 0 stars if google would let me. Also, would have had them put the old ones back on if I had not been there for 3.5 hours on a 1-1.5 hour installation.

Great customer service! They offer very affordable payment plans and quick service. I was surprised to find out the extra coverage that is provided with your tire purchase, such as, replacement, alignment, towing and more. I definitely recommend checking out Josh and the guys at the South Blvd location for your tire needs.

Josh the Store Manager understood my situation and helped me out big time given certain circumstances with my warranty use and saved me a lot of grief! Thank you for the great service. These guys are super busy and stay on top of their business with professionalism. Juan and Josh need promotions!

Only place I could find in a 5 state area that was on my way I had a pot hole on 19 in WV claim 2 rims so I purchased a set of 4 tires with wheels outright from them.In the end the rims were supposed to come with a hub centric spacer to fit a VW according to the website as well as a 1/2 inch socket that had a thinner wall to be able to fit in the lug space both were not given to me.Now I understand I paid double the direct from the company price for the rims and almost double for the tires if I ordered them direct for the convenience of it being a brick and mortar store but to have to chase down parts to even be able to mount them without horrible vibration and chase down a 17mm socket that not was thin enough to take off or put on the tire that would stand up to the torque to put them on and off when the manufacturer provides it left a bad taste in my mouth for the price I spent.Furthermore I have gotten 3 calls / texts from the company since to see if I was interested in rims when I already purchased them and stated as much.Only reason for a 3 star is the gentlemen I worked with was polite and quick to try and help.

Juan was a true gentleman. He was very nice and listened to what options best fit my family. I was going to use the Gastonia branch but they quote me wayyyy more than Charlotte and I wasn't appreciating the energy I got. I will definitely go back to the Charlotte location for my next set of tires.

So my buddy Angelo brought his super clean 68 Camaro in for new tires and I know what condition the car is in as I am his detail man. They totally did him dirty as they did not measure out what he needed. This is what I call bad selling. You wanna keep your customers happy you need to make sure y all are getting the right stuff done correctly. Y all need to make it right and not say what y all are doing and that is nothing! Y all can do better than that! So after they responded to my review it is clear that they do not read them. The response is automated and that is sad to know that they don t read the negative reviews and that they do not care. Way to go way to go

Matthew (hope I spelled his name right) is AWESOME!!! I called him the day before I came into the shop to let him know what was going on with my tires and set an appt for the next morning. I got my financing, got 4 new tires and everything was very easy. I do deliveries so unfortunately I caught a flat fairly quickly BUT Matthew remembered my name which as a customer felt pretty good, and got me right in to get my flat fixed. I m glad I chose RNR and five ***** to Matthew for his customer service!

Missed my scheduled appointment, called to see if I could come in same day. Saul answered and told me I could come in immediately. Was there within 45 min. Saul was great to work with. Had my paper work ready when I came in. Was able to get new tires on payment plan. Saul was great to work with. The whole process from taking my application with Juan over the phone up until getting the tires installed was great. Would definitely recommend to others

Wouldn't do business with this company ever again, I co signed (put wheels in my name) for a ex boyfriend of mine and this has been well over 2 years ago , when I went to apply the guy who was helping me had some other rude man Tell me " you still owe from a Chrysler 300 with tires I was like I don't have a Chrysler I have a 550 benz he was like nope yes you do and I was like um no but my ex did , then I started remembering that I put them in my name for him , then he was like I used my gma social for the application I handed him my social card and I was like what did I put he told me and it was a mistake and reason being I just buried my grandmother I was her power of attorney and I've been filling out paper work after paper work on this day it's been the first time in 5 months I've been able to do something for myself , and it was a honest mistake, so with me saying that he w as very rude like yeah okay whatever , so with all this I was willing to settle the debt but then he was telling me to apply to some other company that loans the money and all this other stuff I told the first guy that I had a doc appt at 2 it was now 115 120 I had to go that other app they wanted me to do , wasn't working so I left I tried to do it while driving then I said to my self NO the way that man treated me , even though i signed and it wasn't for my own car i was willing to still do business but not anymore

What a Great group of staff that work at RNR. I worked with Hykeem who checked several different style rims for my 2017 Jeep and we found the ones that I fell in love with! I did have a small issue with my rims but Reggie, the manager came to my house to correct the issue. You don't see that in this day and time!! He told me that he and his staff wanted to make sure that every customer was satisfied and happy with their purchase.. And "I SURE AM!" Thank you Reggie and Hykeem for going above the call to help me get the rims I love!!

I stopped in yesterday to buy a used tire. Saul was great and told me my current tire only needed a patch. But he got me a wonderful deal on 2 more tires. I'm happy I chose to stop at this tire shop. They were pretty quick. Saul explained everything and kept me updated throughout the process. He even organized and packaged all paperwork when my car was finished. RNR will be my go-to for now on.

Brought my 68 camaro for custom rims got me wrong offset on rear only to find out that style rim doesn't come in offset needed I FOUND THIS OUT AT ANOTHER SHOP that actually caresd -I would have picked a different style rim thanks to listening to them hit bump in road creased rear panel !DO NOT BRING YOUR HOT ROB or CUSTOM THERE COST ME A FORTUNE IN RIMS ONLY TO END UP COSTING A FORTUNE TO FIX CAR GO SOMEPLACE ELSE THAT CARES ! Who will actually walk outside measure things out CORRECTLY-Unfortunately!! Spoke with corporate on many occasions- gave me the smoke an mirror show only to get upset and aggravated puttin the blame on the customer - They take no responsibility at all not 1 bit - my car was perfectly fine until they put rims on it with the same tires that were on car for years - wrong offset- wrong rims- wrong shop SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEPLACE ELSELooking at the other complaints they seem to say they will help but don't do anything for anyone read the 1 star reviews - maybe channel 9 can shed some light on this situation-Update Sept 24th 2023Spoke w channel 9 waiting on response
