Had a great experience at this dealership. They promised what they offered. Nate did an amazing job finding the right car for me, he was very patient and explained everything to me and my friend. I am very happy with my Chevy Malibu. You can t go wrong with this dealership!

Today was one of my better days that I have had in the last 12 months. After over three years of waiting Gene Schott with the help of Tank Thomas and Nicholas Grilli at Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet in Charlotte, was able to get me my new C8 Z06 Corvette. This 670 horse powered white knight runs and handles better than any Ferrari I've have ever had or driven. The best part of it all, it shows that Americans can still get it done. Not only to keep up with the worlds best car builder's but go around them all and lead the way. Rick Hendrick team of guys worked super hard to make my wishes come true. Thanks to all these men for being fair, honest and treating me like family. These guys are a first class act. There's a reason Hendrick stores are my favorite dealership and I can't recommend them enough. If you are in the market for a good car with great sales and service. Make sure you give these guys a shot before you buy anywhere else. Here's to my next 12 months.

Had the joy and pleasure of working with Alexis Daniels! She was absolutely amazing. She welcomed us in with a smile and stuck with us for two days. I was overjoyed when she even told me I could bring my puppy to meet everyone! She is, in my opinion, the heart and soul of this dealership. I recommend her to everyone, she made this process so smooth and for that I m truly grateful!

My experience with Joey was awesome! He was incredibly helpful and patient. I would say of all the times I've been at a dealership, this was by far the best experience. Also the finance manager and sales manager were great. Their communication was clear and they did not come off as condescending but informative to ensure the best rate was obtained. There was also zero pressure when it came to making a decision but ensuring that all options were explained and how it would benefit me as a customer. Thank you all!

Looking for a new/used vehicle? Look no further.. go see Dominic Weihs. I was extremely stressed going in but after talking with Dominic and sharing my concerns about the entire process of purchasing a vehicle, he quickly put me at ease. Where to start? This place is nothing short of AMAZING!! I had purchased a 2015 ZL1 from them in the past and had a fantastic experience but this time around they went above and BEYOND!! Travis was extremely kind and made the process easy and knows how to take care of his customers, Lukas made the financial part a breeze and gave exceptional customer service, and Gene was awesome as always! Super down to earth people. Bought my dream car, 2023 ZL1 1LE from them and wouldn't go anywhere else! You can count on them to give you top quality vehicles and they will never do you wrong. My husband and I worked with Hiram Lowery and he was great! We drove 3 hours because they had the best price. Did most everything over the phone before we got here which saved time! Hiram was knowledgeable on the Tahoe!

I really appreciated my experience with City Chevrolet. I was fortunate enough to work with Ray Farris. We experienced a problem during the buying process and unlike most companies Ray and City lived up to their reputation. Even though it cost them profitability Ray and City still did the right thing. I had a long drive 2 hours to get there started the process at 7pm and even though they closed at 8pm Ray still took the time to install my onstar and made sure I fully understood how to operate all the functions on my new truck long after he was supposed to complete his work day Well done City Chevrolet F&I . Management and Sales you earned a dedicated customer.

Dealership staff was courtesy and helpful Julio salesman & Derrick in finance dept. Great customer service. Everyone smiled & greeted us. They even opened doors, a rare quality today! Limited refreshments. Purchased a truck & additional accessories. The truck did not have a gas cap nor lock on it- very disappointing. Chevrolet needs to correct this as gas tank is exposed & easily accessible by anyone!!

Purchased a new Tahoe from Chadwick, was an excellent experience..He along with the gentleman he had shadowing him (who was in training) did an excellent job. I don't know Chadwicks last name nor the name of the gentleman that was shadowing him, just wanted it to be known how outstanding they were..So with that being said the 5 stars is for them..now on the other hand the sales managers could learn something from those young guys. The old school sales tactics don't always work with buyers, we've all been through it and pretty much have the same story..

I had my Tahoe serviced this week and had a great experience. My service representative was Chris Strausbaugh. He did an outstanding job handling my service request. He was extremely professional and personable in his dealings with me. I highly recommend him for anyone who stops at the service center.

We had an amazing experience with this dealership and our awesome salesman Chad! Chad was polite, knowledgeable and was so patient with us as we were shopping around and indecisive. He gave us ALL of our options and then advised us on what he thought was best based on what we told him we wanted and we truly appreciated that. There was no pressure to buy and he took the time to call and check on us and our progress and to answer any questions we may have had. This was a great dealership to do business with and we won t go anywhere else for future purchases. The manager Brandon was awesome as well.

I had a great experience here!! I worked with Dylan Clarke who helped me with finding the perfect vehicle. I came in about a month ago and he showed me vehicles within my budget, never pushed to go over that amount, was patient with me as I looked around. I ended up leaving not finding anything that day. He stayed in contact with me and sent me pictures / videos of cars I was looking for ensuring he would help me find the perfect car for me. Guess what! He did!! I now have something that fits me perfect and am so excited to drive! Hands down best car salesman out there.I also worked with Brandon Davis (Finance Manger) who was also very nice and helpful as well! Overall, awesome experience!

Had an amazing experience with Chadwick yesterday. I went in looking for a small suv/crossover and he immediately knew what I was looking for, the Chevy Trax. He knew what he was doing by pulling up a blue one because I was immediately in love with her.We also had a laugh at some embarrassing texts my dad had sent City Chevrolet on my behalf.He was able to bring me home in my new car so my fiance could finish signing paperwork and also take my old car for a trade in.City Chevrolet themselves went above and beyond to help me get my car and I am so pleased with them. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Can t say enough amazing things about our experience at Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet. We worked with Ray Farris who was exceptional. His knowledge, friendly customer service and attention to detail is best in class. We purchased a used Suburban. Ray took us on two test drives to our home to make sure it was easy to park in our garage. Talk about going the extra mile! The manager Ryan Burton was also great to work with. He made our trade in very easy.If you re looking for a used car go to Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet and ask for Ray!

Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet is the most knowledgeable dealership regarding mechanical and body work. They "held my hand" though an out-of-state extensive repair on a 2022 C8 Corvette. They were informative and attentive to all my concerns. I felt they treated my car as if it were their own personal property. Never have I had such a caring, responsive, knowledgeable working relationship with an autobody. They did everything "above and beyond" It's great to have met and dealt with such a trustworthy organization. My personal thanks to Jerry Glover for overseeing all the repairs in such a professional and efficient manner. THANK YOU.

I received an email about an oil change which included a discount. I took advantage of the offer. The oil change took less than one hour. The service guy took great care of me. Due to daylight saving time my clock was one hour behind time and I did not know how to adjust. This service guy adjusted my clock. Thank you so much.

Chad, Ray and Brandon were excellent to work with. Called at 9am and left the dealership with new vehicle at 1pm. No high pressure sales, knowledgeable folks who answered all our questions and handled everything with professionalism and efficiency.

I have bought a number of cars in my 50+ years of auto ownership. This stands alone as an amazingly professional experience. Rick Accurso and the Hendrick team members were outstanding throughout the process! As the technology on vehicles has become increasingly complex, the delivery needs to keep pace. The old days of signing papers, sliding keys across the desk, shaking hands and driving away are a thing of the past. Rick had all the paperwork prepared and ready for electronic signing and when that was complete, the process REALLY began. I sat in the drivers seat while Rick pulled up a chair outside the drivers door. We sat there with the window down for over an hour while he went through each and every system, option and control on the vehicle. I admit, I didn't remember everything, but it made reviewing the manual so much easier! The Corvette is a lifelong dream and the entire experience with City Chevrolet was even more reason to smile. I hope to keep this car forever, but I'll still be buying other new vehicles. Just like any other professional relationship in life, I now have my go to dealership!

I had Ray Farris and he is an awesome guy. He has been working with me for months trying to get a new Camaro from the factory and it didnt work out. So he did what he could to get me one thats close to what I originally wanted. Super excited for my new 24 2lt all black! Highly recommend!
