Just picked up my new 550 series transmission from revmax looking forward to getting this thing in. I had to go on and give a shout out to Jay Lacher, for all his hard work and got me what I needed when I needed it. Made me and my family feel like family the time we walked in the door.All my questions answered right away!!!no hassle at all. And build was done before scheduled date. Very pleased and happy.Will give update later this week after installed. So far I highly recommend you come see these guys. And talk to anyone but Jay is the man!!

I needed a new valve body for my 68rfe, called them up and talked to Fran! Let me tell you, hands down one of the nicest people i ve talk to. He knew what I needed, knew his product. He helped with some technical questions, and was very knowledgeable and professional, he was even nice enough to get it shipped out that day and arrived in 2. The valvebody was perfect. Also got a new solenoid, installed both couldn't be happier! Wish i had done it sooner! These guys are top notch and have amazing customer service and support! Had the pleasure of working with jay from the sales department. I live 3 hours away and within the time span of a day they were able to have everything I needed for my 68rfe rebuild ready to go for me to pick up that very same day. Had a transmission in my shop from them. Sent it in for warranty work came back put new trans cooler in flushed all the lines did a relearn and drove it 20 miles and stalled the truck. Emailed them and they said there is nothing wrong with it just need to keep driving it. Wouldn't recommend buying these transmission. Firstly, the website, it s completely useless outside of the US. Only US hosted and a 10mb picture on the home page.Trying to get someone to answer the sales line is non-existent. When you do finally press the wrong option and get though to lovely staff in the finance team your handed to Jay and Josh.So much of my life wasted trying to get sense out these guys with constantly changing stories. Have you guys thought about writing children story books your wasted at RevmaxThe owner has done some amazing pod casts online explaining so much thank you. Your clearly on the money shame some of your staff are not .I have no doubt your products are great but do the world a favour and just do wholesale and drop the direct to consumer.$6000 order going to use your competitionI give up trying to give you money !!

Great customer service I like to do my own work as that I am a heavy equipment technician after speaking with rev Max I was comfortable making a purchase from them I picked up valve body and some other billet parts for my 48re. I used their customers support portalseveral times and spoke with Steve he was very responsive and very helpful very thank you rev Max

Order transmission, installed it torque converter was bad. took roughly 9 weeks to get the problem solved with them. They would take up to two weeks just to email me back because they won t answer the phone everything has to be done threw email. Now that I have the transmission in the seal behind the shift shaft is leaking. All in all I think they have a good transmission but customer service is horrible. You pretty much have to pester them to get an answer.

I just spoke with one of there salesman, great people very nice respectful polite, and very professional. I have a great experience with the rebuild kit I bought for my 47re and I love it, it does perfect shifts and drives great. Bought my valve body from them about 3 years ago for my 47re. Fast forward to now, and I went to install it into my transmission and I somehow lost the servo spring over the years. I messaged them and asked what I needed for a spring and they ended up sending me one free of charge. Very good company with top notch products and customer support. Purchased a billet triple disk converter for my 2.8 6L50 trans about a year and a half ago. Had a fluke of a failure with the converter from revmax. While yes I needed to remove it and disassemble my transmission due to the failure, revmax stood behind their product 110% and sent me out another brand new converter. Yeah . The process was a little drawn out, and it took more time than I would have liked. Thankfully I m in to redundancy and have several other vehicles I can drive if something goes wrong. I wish the warranty process moved along a little faster, BUT! The short and skinny of it is-they handled the situation the best I ve ever seen. Plan on being a life long customer as well as my family that uses their products. Buy from here with absolute confidence, you won t find betterService: Clutches & transmissions service & repair

I had a very good experience with revmax so far. I had already done my research and knew that they had some of the best,if not the best,valve bodies around, but after talking to Josh I knew that I was in good hands. I haven't received my valve body and solenoids yet because I just ordered them today but I will update my review once I do and I don't expect any problems but I'm confident that if any do arise that they will be handled professionally. Great customer service! I ordered on line with just a flat rate shipping option but called and got expedited shipping for a very reasonable price since my parts fit in a padded envelope. Thanks for the help and now my truck doesn't have to sit on jack stands another week. Get this, the salesman said he'd look into my request and call me back and he actually called me back. Seems like these days you have to call back three times to complete a request but not at Revmax. Thanks again!

I placed a fairly large order to rebuild my transmission in my ram 3500. I was contacted about my order and given timelines that were met. Anything that was ready was shipped out immediately letting me start my build. Build to order parts were completed in a timely manner and were delivered on time. Superb customer support and communication. I almost went with another transmission company but hearing the good things about RevMax I had a better feeling about dealing with them and had more trust in their products. Went there for information. Talked with Tom for quite awhile and got some good info and recommendations. Took a tour of the machine shop. Very nice. Was a machinist myself so I understood the terminologies. Worth checking it out.

As an FCA Master technician I have a respectable amount of experience with all newer dodge transmissions. The 68RFE in particular. After finding RevMax, I decided to use there products to "BulletProof" my personal dodge transmission. Since i have never done business with them i triple checked the clearances/tolerences on the components i purchased from them. They were ALL Exactly perfect! Even oem components dont always come that close to perfect and require adjustments. I highly recommend this company. Absolutely great customer service and support!

I have been having issues with my 68rfe and was in need of a valve body. Heard a lot of good things about revmax so I called up and was lucky to have Josh answer the phone. Even tho they don t do tech support over the phone, Josh was able to answer all my questions with ease. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone with him. He is very knowledgeable of the products he sells and definitely takes pride in what he does and providing top notch customer service. If I ever need anything for my truck the revmax sells I will definitely be calling them up and asking for Josh. He will not steer you wrong. I was so excited to work with Revmax, but that slowly ebbed over time. Customer service was lacking,communication on parts that I ordered that were on backorder was non-existent,they never let me know, no more calls with a tech when they messed up my valve body. (I waited up to a week for responses to emails sent to their tech,usually not that long tho) I originally bought the valve body from them then sent it in for a refresh again later. They messed it up, truck didn't shift correctly anymore. I spent hundreds paying a shop to diagnose the problem, (which revmax didn't want to believe) 350 for the valve body refresh and no offer to recompense or help with any of that. They did send a different valve body (thank you!) out to swap with the defective one which took care of the problem. No apologies or followup even tho I lost a lot of money and weeks of the truck being down. The shop that was doing the work on the truck was as amazing to work with as revmax was not. That said, revmax has some good stuff, especially their stage 5 torque converter, I love it. Would order that again but go to a different company for parts, valve body etc that you can actually talk with and are a little more accommodating.Service: Clutches & transmissions service & repair

Stay away from these folks, They wont stand behind their product and will ghost you when it tears up something on your truck such as the TCM that you cannot get right now without paying an ungodly amount of money for. I had a shop order one of their valve bodies for my 2013 LML, after it was installed and started, soon as it was put it in gear, the check engine light came on. Multiple codes showed up and after me, the shop manager and a technician spent many hours checking every pin, wire, etc. everything led back to a faulty solenoid that shorted my TCM. Contacted revmax and they want me to send the valve body in so they can test it and see if its bad. I asked about the TCM their product wiped out and the response I got was their warranty only covers the valve body and anything beyond that would have to be discussed with management. We swapped the faulty "new" one with the old one and used a tcm out of another lml and it works perfect. I told the person in the email to get with management and get me a better answer before I drop the pan again and pay labor for all this and I usually get a response within a few hours, I haven't heard from them in days. If you get a valve body or transmission, make sure you check the solenoids before you connect the wire harness. This product was not checked properly or was damaged before I received it.

Customer service is superb. 68rfe in my 5th Gen got destroyed, decided to go with their HD valve body and thermal bypass for my new trans. So far no regrets! Trans shift are super crisp and solid, no hesitation under load anymore.
