Absolutely amazed. My husband has been broken down since 5 by the time I got there with our two kids to help it was 8ish. We took the tire off and headed to drop it to be fixed we came back and our car was gone. We thought the city had towed it but luckily this place towed it to the discount tire right across the street free of charge!. We are very very blessed to have the discount tire people remember the name on the truck. God bless you.

Ray and his team said they would take care of it and they did. They made the process really smooth considering I m out of town working and couldn t help at all. I would recommend every time.

Ray is a class act and keeps his word. I wish nothing but the best for his business. I needed my car towed and a new key made, due to my original key being stolen. I was already in a bad mood but he was very kind and assured me he d help. He picked up my car, ordered and made a key, and had my car dropped back to me within 24 hours, everything working as it should. Are you kidding me? Talk about speedy service. Thank you Ray and team for running a stand up business in Charlotte. We need more like Ray.

TRY NOT TO USE THIS COMPANYEDIT: 30 MIN AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW THE OWNER CALLED ME AND THREATEN TO SUE, GET SOME HELP DUDE.They towed to the correct place, but their customer service is abhorrent. Jeff, one of the drivers is nice and has no fault in this.When I paid to tow my car off the lot I misheard the total as $380 and not $385, once notified I paid the last $5 but they didn t start the tow until the next day believing I was still $5, understandable mistake but they didn t tow until I asked why the car hasn t arrived yet.When paying upfront I ve asked for a receipt for insurance reimbursement, they agreed and told me that they ll send the receipt to my email. To this day I still haven t received it after numerous times calling and texting politely asking where s the receipt. Most of the time they ll ignore your call and you ll be lucky if they pick it up.

If only everyone in the tow industry could be this fair honest and punctual. Man this got to be one of the best towing places in Charlotte, I never seen someone get here so fast . Keep up the good work guys. And also the driver Jeff is excellent.

Such a life saver! The only tow service open 24-Hours and QUICK to get the job done! Responded and handled the situation within half an hour! Highly recommend to anybody in need of a tow!

Quick and efficient service, highly recommend. They communicated very well. Great prices and quick turnaround for repairing my vehicle. If you ever have any car issues please hit them up. He even let me get my vehicle when they were closed since I had to travel from Fayetteville.

Had this company tow a truck from rock hill to Charlotte they never finished the job left the truck sitting on the side of the road without notifying anyone had to get another tow company to finish the job they couldn t do then they call demanding payment for an unfinished job then they come to our work place after hours and takes the key out of the truck very unprofessional and rude customer service no the truck was left for 12 hours get it right gps shows where it was left at 10:24pm come on now but y all were coming right back after it set for almost 12 hours wish I could reply to your response with out editing my review and btw we pay our debts and ps it clearly shows when you dropped the truck off at 10:24pm so how was it after midnight nice lie thanks and god bless youService: Local hauling

Ray Harris towing was a life saver for me! Although we have AAA, their estimated time to get a tow out to us was almost 2 hours while we were stranded on a major highway with cars and trucks rushing by me. Ray Harris Towing came out in 15 minutes and was quick and efficient. Our driver also let us know we could get reimbursed from AAA!

GOAT. Got to me AT 2am in ~15 minutes after calling. AAA tried to make me wait 5 hours (google ERS reimbursement). Ray was professional, quick and cool. Seamless cashapp transaction, fair rate. Highly recommend Ray Harris Towing.

I wish I could give Ray Harris Towing a 10 star rating or more! They literally saved the day for me and my kids! We was heading to Myrtle beach when my car randomly broke down a hour away from home. Not only did they tow my car home but they gave my 2 kids, my husband, myself AND our 2 dogs a ride home!!! They communicated the entire time letting us know every step of the way! The guy that gave us a ride home was the sweetest! So nice! We talked like we knew each other our whole life. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Ray did an outstanding job of getting my son's car loaded and hauled to our destination in record time. during morning rush hour at a busy exit ramp in Charlotte near the airport. Within 45 minutes of calling, Ray was on sight and within minutes the car was delivered and he even gave my son a lift saving me the time of having to leave work.Service: Local hauling

Ray was very personable and professional. When he arrived to tow my car he did a quick diagnosis and knew that my starter needed to be replaced and instead of me having the vehicle towed to the mechanic that I had already arranged for my car to be dropped off at and having to wait for a couple of days for them to replace the starter, Ray recommended a service car center that he knew that he trusted that could replace the starter the same day. So I had it towed to this location,and they were able to replace the starter the same day and within three hours. Because of this, I was back on the road to conduct my business. Thank you Ray for that and my vehicle is running great to this day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAY AND WILL SEEK OUT HIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.Service: Car towing

Ray was very professional and did an excellent job with taking caution and care with the towing of my vehicle. I had to leave my vehicle in order to be somewhere else, but he sent a photo as soon as he lifted it up on the tow truck and was about to head to my drop of location (a local repair shop). He was also very knowledgeable about deducing what the problem with my car could be. Easily five stars.Service: Local hauling

Found Ray online and he was at my vehicle less than an hour later. He was able to get my mechanical issue sorted out and I was back on the road same-day. Great service and incredible timing. I highly recommend Ray when youre in a pinch.

I got my heavy truck super stuck in a way I didn t know if I d ever get out. Any tow company would not do. I needed one with lots of gear, power, equipment, and know how. They came out quickly and worked for 6.5 hours in the heat with 2 trucks and didn t stop until they returned my vehicle to me in astonishingly perfect condition. Which I thought not possible.
