Mr George was awesome! I had taken my car there because I was told my strut was damaged and I wanted a second opinion. Mr Terry convinced me to leave my car behind because it was not safe to drive it. Mr George had my best interest in mind, called around for part options and went with what he thought was reasonable. His price was cheaper than the other shop and he was straightforward, which I appreciated. Great guy overall, Mr Terry as well. Both lovely people - very personable. I am definitely a returning customer.

Best car repair shop in town. You will not find a better shop in town. The owner, John, is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, has great prices, and can work on just about any car out there.

I stopped in to see about some work on my vehicle and I spoke with the owner of the garage and he was awesome. Seems to be very knowledgeable, friendly, knows exactly what he's doing, reasonable pricing and definitely someone you could trust to work on your vehicle. I haven't aven't had a chance yet to get to work done that I need but I'm definitely letting this business do my work. Great experience. I'll give more details after I have the garage complete the work for me.

John is amazing. He has helped me out several times when I was on a tight budget and is always kind and friendly. When I have asked to watch he has no problem showing me the problem and how he plans to fix it. Prices are very reasonable and I have never known John to suggest unnecessary repairs. He fixes what needs fixed and leaves it at that instead of trying to up sell another service. He is the only mechanic I trust to work on my car.

What an honest and great guy John is. He is always there for his customers. If you treat him well and respect him he will return the good behavior 100 times back! Great prices, great service and above all HONESTY! So happy I met John when moved to Charlotte!
