Adding to my initial review because it s only been about 5 1/2-6 months since i ve purchased this car it started making a weird noise when braking. I didn t think i d need new brake pads/ rotors so soon. (joke was on me) Upon taking it to mavis tires the guys there came and got me from the front to show me what you will see in the following pictures. This car is completely rusted out at the bottom. The guys at Mavis were reluctant to work on it, they were saying anything at the bottom could break at any moment. Planet Kia sold me what salesman refer to as a rust-odian A car that was from up north probably in a flood, driven in snow etc. They emphasized a part (also shown in pictures below) that is not even where it is supposed to be under my car. The guys there let me know I probably won t even have this car for another 6 months because of how much it s rusting at the bottom. Thank God i ve been able to get around in this vehicle as much as I have with nothing happening to me or any of my passengers. I ve tried to reach out and rectify this issue with these people to see if there is anything I could do whether it s trading this car in etc and have not heard back. I don t feel like my concerns are being taken seriously. I really regret the day I walked in there to do business with them.Original review: Don t purchase a car here. They allowed me to drive off the lot with a car they knew was not going to be covered by my insurance due to all of the recent recalls. I allowed them to attempt to redeem themselves, this time I was given a car with certain features that were appealing to me and the features don t even work properly. They were trying to send me to a radioshack (place that hasn t been open in ages btw) All they care about is a sale here. Take your money elsewhere. Especially if you are a first time buyer!

After months of shopping around, I got my new Kia from Planet Kia and I couldn t have chosen a better place! My salesperson was Asia Williams and she s awesome; super down to earth, knowledgeable, and personable. She went above and beyond for me, reaching out to people on my behalf to help me and even going in on her day off to make sure she could see me off in my new car; of course we had to take a picture to commemorate! No one there gave off a sales vibe, which was incredibly refreshing. Every other dealership I went to felt like I was in a constant sales pitch rather than an honest conversation. At Planet Kia I didn t feel pressured or coerced, just felt like I was being supported! Loved the entire experience.

Addie and the entire team here at Planet Kia were absolutely phenomenal to work with! I purchased a 2021 Kia Soul GT Line and am absolutely in love with it. Addie was super friendly and nice, and she and her manager made sure I was able to get into this car and that it was up to spec. Would recommend Addie and Planet Kia to anyone!

Sterling, Mark and Alix took excellent care of me. Sterling made magic happen where others couldn t and got me in the car I wanted. They didn t try to sell me something else or make me feel dumb or uncomfortable as a woman buying a car alone. They stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule and really just went above and beyond. Thank you all!

Went out to look at a vehicle after my previous one was a total loss. Immediately upon walking into the showroom floor, Addie welcomed us in. She listened to our needs and recommended a couple of options. She was really knowledgeable and needless to say we walked out with a new vehicle. 100% recommend Planet Kia.

If there was an option for zero definitely would have given that. I visited the showroom on Friday, 09/29/2023, Ian (one of the sales manager) worked with me very nicely and gave me a great deal on the Kia stinger. I walked in around 12:30pm and walked out with the stinger by 5pm. Later on 10/02/2023, I got a call from the bank that I am financing with, that they pulled a background check on the car VIN and they found out that the car was in an accident and the air bags deployed which is the reason why they gave me a good deal, and Ian didn t inform anything about this at all, he sold me the car by saying it s a brand new car (he knew that car was in a accident and didn t want me to know). When I called them to ask about it they ignored all the allegations and said it s all false on the car fax, even when I said I saw the police report provided to me by my bank. Later when I told them I m going to sue them, Ian simple laughed and said you haven t paid in full yet so it s not a proper sale and asked me to bring the car back, which I did. When I was buying the car no one in the showroom tried to inform anything regarding accident and air bag deployment, they told me it was a brand new car. So be careful when you buy that Kia Stinger GT Line 2023 from them. And after a sale they make people to write review and won t let you go till you write a good review for them.

I had recently moved into the area and had to get some work done on my Kia Forte. I also was looking around for some new cars and was helped out by Amanda. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. She was not pushy and didn t hover over me like you see at other dealers. I definitely will be returning, she made the experience much more relaxing but helped me with anything that I needed to know.

Enjoyed every transaction at this dealership. From the service department, (Roy is top notch) to the trade in and purchase of a Kia. Sterling the sales manager and Justin the sales guy were professional and helpful. They made the time spent at the dealership an enjoyable experience! I enjoyed purchasing my 2020 Kia Soul with Mark! He was so patient and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied (which I was)! Juliana and the rest of the team members were delightful as well. My sister and myself have both gotten amazing vehicles from here. I will continue to recommend!

I am not fond of dealerships, but at planet Kia, I received above and beyond what I expected.We came in to inquire about the lease on our older Sportage and ended up leaving with a new 2024 Kia Sportage SX Prestige.Austen was the most polite salesperson. He listened to my family and I and provided excellent customer service. He must be commended for his patience and kind disposition.The dealership closed at 6pm. My family and I were there until 7:30 pm and never felt rushed. Austen and Ty (Finance Mgr) stayed until everything we needed and wanted was complete. Some would say, "that's their job," but I say, they could have rushed us out and made us wait until the next day for the necessary paperwork. Austen made sure we left with the car my family desired. I have a couple of friends with Honda's and must say that our Sportage has more features than their Accord's. However, I do miss the automatic retractable side view mirrors. This Sportage has a great price point along with aesthetically pleasing interior and exterior colors. My family and I love the vehicle and would definitely continue doing business with Planet Kia Thanks Austen & Ty

I purchased a 2023 Kia Forte today and I m just in love. I wanted this car the moment I laid eyes on it , a year ago!!!! Finally got my hands on one. Heather was the most helpful salesperson that I have ever encountered. The whole team at this Kia location is just hands down the absolute best. Kayla was awesome as well, I walked in told her what I wanted and she directed me to Heather , and the rest is history!! If a Kia is what you are looking for this location might just be your best bet!!!! Thanks Planet Kia! :)

Planet Kia is my go to.! The advisors are amazing. They re quick and communicative! I love how they text you videos of the work that they re doing and give you detailed responses and updates during your service time. Roy is one of the best. He s always very attentive and accommodating.!

We purchased a Kia Sorento July 2023. Paid cash. The first issue is they would not mail me my tag. I took calling several times to get my tag mailed to me 3 weeks after they received it. We bought the maintenance package for $900. We took our car 2 weeks ago for the oil change only to find out they did not submit our contract for the maintenance package that we paid for. We have called numerous times and finally was told to call Monday 3-4-24 and it would be taken care of. We called Monday and it was not. Tried calling again and was hung up on numerous times, left voice message and not return phone call. The issue is not resolved, and I just want my $900 back. I will NEVER buy from them again and if I were you, I would avoid this place.

Very unprofessional. Information is not accurate. Kept getting the run around about the payoff of the vehicle I traded in. I could never get any straight answers from upper management. Kept getting different answers every time I reached out to someone. I would never ever ever ever ever get another vehicle from them again. And I would never recommend anyone to come and get a car from here either.

We stopped in to browse for a new SUV to compare other makes and models. We were pleasantly approached by Tyler who was able to answer all of our basic to detailed questions. We love the new look of the 2024 Kia SUVs and if you are looking to buy this dealership is really friendly and knowledgeable.

I came in yesterday, as a last resort trying to trade my car in that just wasn t doing what I needed anymore. I came in originally stating, I was in a financial bind and was very limited if approved. Mark and sterling BOTH went above and beyond to get me into a new car, and make sure I love it and am confident and comfortable with my payments. My last experience at a Kia dealership was less than ideal. I expressed to them that I really had no option when buying my previous car, that was used, I wasn t able to test drive, nor pick the car I wanted. This process with planet Kia was so much more than I ever expected. I was able to pick the car I wanted, and have unbelievably great service from the whole time. Thank you all so much!
