$3 to get. They take cash or card. It is pretty organized if you look up the vehicle you need online beforehand. The row is numbered on the first car.Grab your tools and get whatever you need. Seems like for mechanical parts you might get a unfair price. Like the guys in front me get charge $50 for an old brake booster, thing might not even work. Exterior parts and trims is where you probably get the best options

Good place to get parts, you have to tell them you don t want a warranty or they will charge you. They did charge me for a wiper that was on the door I pulled. Beware of that. Still cheaper then most places. I was charged a $10 core charge. Just be careful because they want to charge for everything. Bring your own tools. They didn t tell me about the wiper fee just did it. So ask for what they are charging you for up front before you hand them money. I did get some attitude from the clerk because I was direct and told him not to charge me for a warranty. I found the van I was looking for easily. Also just because the car you found online doesn t mean that the part will be there. The cars are picked threw daily. No way to check but going to see if the parts there. Hopefully this review will help you avoid some mistakes I made the first time I went. Tell them no warranty unless you need one. Ask them what they are charging you for before you pay them. No guarantee your part will be there. Good luck

This place is awesome. Incredibly organized and will definitely save half of your day walking around other junkyards, or crawling up into the cars to get the part. Basically accessible by anyone. Instead of entering into a group of guys staring at you like you don t know what you re looking for. They have a front desk and you can ask directly for the bar you need and they will give you a row that is on. The young lady at the entrance is incredibly helpful and will direct you exactly where you need to go 10 out of 10 would recommend.

What a joke, stood in line for 30 mins just to pay to get in because the people in front was asking every question in the book, and then I grab my piece I need which is literally a small trim piece smaller than your hand and they charge me over 10$ for it and I ask why he said that s their prices, when I look at the receipt it showed that I paid a warranty for a piece that doesn t even need warranty nor did I want to pay extra 3$ for it and then not say anything.

The last time I was there, they charged the person in front of me $46 then tried to charge me almost 200 for the samething that I had. the prices are rip off. They do not compete with any other junkyards around North Carolina or South Carolina and The employees try to make you pay what they think it s worth not what it says online I will never go back to this place

When you check out the lady automatically charges you the guarantee fee without asking you if you want it. Then I told her I don't need a 90 days guarantee on some use headlights. She said it was too late she already ran my card. Most places ask you if you want the warranty. I felt like she was being shady.

Extremely clean yard, all paved. Makes for easy cleanup and your tools stay clean. Good selection of vehicles as always. Super convenient location. This yard is right off of highway 85, so it is super easy to reach for those in the area. Pricing is fair and the staff informed and helpful.

Went to go buy a spindle for a car. Couldn t take the axle off so I cut it. And they wanted to charge me full price for a cut axle. Like come on. And other parts that I cut the wiring on they wanted to charge the full price. Pull a part is better on pricing also

Watch up for the prices before you paying. They charge whatever they want, even charge twice the parts and charges you for extended warranty without asking. Today payed $150 for some miscellaneous pieces (just plastic things that were missing in my car) I think it was way too much for what I got. When I checked the receipt find out some overcharges, went back to the cashier and didn t get any money back, they said it was correct. Of course they had a really bad actitud. I will post a picture of what they call large center console and charged me $18.88 for that, so you guys can have an idea.

Great place for recycled automotive parts. You have to remove them from the vehicles yourself at a reduced price. Plenty of inventory.

Worst experience I ve ever had. Most unorganized place I ve ever tried to do business with. My car is stuck on the side of the highway (fast lane side). Been there for 8hrs trying to solve this problem. Went to this establishment 3 different times because they kept directing me to cars for parts that weren t even compatible with my car. Lost a whole 8 hour shift of work. Waiting over 300$ to hit back on my account because of all the wrong parts I had to keep bringing back. And I barely have anytime to go pick my son from daycare. All because of incompetence and no organizational skills.

Parts are expensive,and they sell you a 90 days warranty without asking firts, bad costumer service those guys that are in front cashier has bad attitude the think that they are doing a favor to us.never come back to this place

Shady business! Avoid!! Tells you they have a part online and shows the picture. Charge you a fee just to enter and find out that car has been stripped and nothing you needed is even available. 2 hours one way of a drive completely waisted! No refunds fee returned either. Very shady business, will be reporting for false advertising.

Horrible customer service. Website states they close at 4:30 showed up at 4:10 & was told they close at 4 doesn t make sense seems like the guys at the counter make their own rules

It's a nice yard and paved throughout, and the staff is friendly and helpful. But the prices are getting crazy. Prices don't match the website and change too often. One week a transmission was 300, the next day it was 450. I like the selection, but if i can drive 30 more minutes and save a hundred bucks or more, then the nice yard isn't worth it.

I would not recomended to come here their customer services that work at the window are very rude and sarcastic trying to make fun of the customers and also taking advantage and for sure stealing money from the LKQ cooperative. Specially a guy Hispanic with beard he thinks he is the owner of lkq and is so rude and he charged whatever he wants and complicity with the other Latino girl at the window!!!! What a shame of employees for LQK and what a Shame for the Hispanic community . LKQ should investigate this guys .

I HAVE BEEN TO MANY PICK A PART LKQ LOCATIONS, got over billed the first time I went..However.. I have gone a few more times.. and they worked with me.. and I spend big with them..

If I could avoid having to come to LKQ I would. They overcharge and nickel and dime EVERYTHING. I understand making a profit but charging me $9 x3 for guage cluster bulbs when all I wanted was the cluster bezel is ridiculous. Not to mention the outrageous warranty prices that they don't even ask you about you have to ask to opt put of it.Pull-a-part is definitely better

Check prices before even going there. I got there, paid entry fee, found parts that I needed, took it out. On the way out , they tried to overcharge me with bolognese and warranty fees without even telling me. I checked online the parts that I needed was only few bucks higher for NEW / DELIVERED/ WITH WARRANTY. So I dropped those parts at their yard and left. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL

The yard is paved. They seemed to be decently organized. The vehicles I tried to shake were blocked well.That is my previous review. Then got to know this place. After going to this junk yard a bunch of times I have come away extremely disappointed every time. I keep making friends in the yard by asking other customers the completely outlandish prices that we get from the front office. The workers are extremely ignorant and rude. They find a lot of excuses to up-charge you and it gets kind of ridiculous. They tried to charge me $350 for a 30 year old base model steering column and they gave me this "you got all of these sensors and the air bag". I couldn't believe it. The broken air bag? The ancient sensors inside of the column? The guy didn't even know what he was talking about when I asked him basic tool questions. As an added bonus they give you attitude.What do you guys think you are doing? Have you ever heard of turn over rate? That isn't the first negative experience. It was just the most ridiculous. This has become the weakest junk yard I have gone to. Unfortunately its the closest to my house. I will have to just drive farther now. Grade "A" in LameI gave them 5 stars at first but now I just shake my head at this place. If you can help it, I wouldn't waste your time

BE CAREFUL!!!!they automatically add a unnecessary warranty for the part, this is 30-40% of the cost. If before buying you do not demand to remove the unnecessary warranty then you will lose money, the money for the warranty will not be returned to you. They charge you for each wire, each connector etc I have been a regular customer for 4 years, now I will not come back again. Zero stars, now cheaper and better buying from EBay, and no need spend time for pull it.It's outrageous !!!

Good selection. Make sure you pay attention to what your being charged for a check out, it seems to be very subjective. And that your part is marked when you leave, even if nobody is there to do it. Apparently it's your fault someone there doesn't do their job.

*****BUYER BEWARE*****IF IT'S YOUR FIRST TIME GOING HERE PLEASE BE AWARE ABOUT THE PURCHASE POLICY THEY ACTUALLY FORCE YOU INTO BUYING A 90-DAY PROTECTION IN ORDER TO GET AN EXCHANGE FOR YOUR PART OR IF IT'S WRONG OR WHATEVER. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT BUT AT THE TOP OF YOUR POLICY YOU SHOULD SAY "ALL SALES FINAL" ... AND TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS!

Lost a hubcap and needed a new one. Came here and got exactly what I needed in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff. Neat and organized. And the best thing is I got my hubcap for less than $10 as opposed to paying $30 or more online plus shipping.

I'm not completely sure why a lot of people only rate this yard 3 stars. The staff is friendly and helpful (mostly the ones at the entrance, not exit), and the yard is easy to walk through. I love that the whole yard is poured concrete because my feet don't hurt walking all over for what I need. Everything is reasonably priced, too. I've never had an issue with returning something, but I always returned whatever it was within the given 30 days.

If you do not mind paying just a little bit more than pull a part best junkyard ever.... everything is on concrete not muddy dirtthe vehicles are displayed wonderfullyeasy to findand they also have at no chargemore equipment to haul your parts out.I will definitely be back again and again.
