Outlaw Off-road is the place for all of your 4x4 needs. I could not be happier with the work that they did on my 2013 Toyota tundra platinum. I went from a stock suspension on the platinum to a 4 1/2 inch lift kit with 34 inch Nitto tires. This shop was very easy to work with and were very experienced in the services at the offer. Also the turn around time was quick.After talking with Wes over the phone about what I wanted to do, he quickly sent me an estimate which showed the parts that were recommended for my truck, and everything that would be done to it. He also had a great eye for the kind of tires that I was looking for and that would look good on my truck which he was able to supply and put on for me at the same time as the lift kit.My truck drives like a dream and is exactly what I was hoping it would be like. I have had absolutely no issues at all with anything and I love driving my truck even more now. All of the guys at outlaw off-road did a really great job including the guys in the back who personally put in the work and double check everything to make sure it s done right.I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience with this shop and to be honest after doing business with them I m going to recommend them to everyone that I know who is looking for some 4 x 4 work to be done.

I've been shopping around to have my trucks ring and pinion gears changed. Most garages that install lift kits don't regear. First place i found gave me a decent price verbally and when I was ready, their written quote was $2000 more. I decided to shop around and found Outlaw. They are more than qualified and had a more reasonable price. I don't want the cheapest place to do the work because you get what you pay for. Wes was personable and professional. Outlaw also quoted me a price I can live with and with better parts. They will be my choice. Now I just have to figure out drop off and delivery.Thank you Wes,We will be doing business soon.Richard

Five stars, y'all! My 2016 JK was bought used after my 2012 was totaled in May of 2023. This time around, I bought a Jeep that was already lifted and had the setup I wanted. But along with that, I'm having to undo some of the previous owner's bad decisions. Wes and his team at Outlaw have now done two major upgrades/repairs for me that have helped get my Jeep where it needs to be. If you're looking for a place to get your rig repaired or upgraded, look no further. Their communication and work is top notch!

I just want to give credit where credit is due. We rode tripped our 392 Wrangler down to Daytona Beach for Jeep Beach 23 this past weekend (1000 miles) and let me just say I am now even more impressed and thrilled about this build. The team at Outlaw Off Road Charlotte (Josh, Wes, Troy, Caleb and the rest of team) exceeded my expectations. From sitting down with me to discuss which parts to go with and why. Then being patient with me as I researched each product and their competitors before giving green light, to the way they cared for my rig while it was in their hands, to the installation and extra details they performed that were not in the scope of work. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement.

Wes and the guys there are awesome. Came in with an issue that had just come up, and due to work schedule this was my only day to take care of it before a trip. When I called a friendly voice answered the phone, and I was told I could bring it in just after lunch. They were fast and efficient, and I m very happy with the quality of their work. They ve earned a customer for life.

Highly recommend using Outlaw Offroad for any of your offroad needs. I had them do a lift kit, UCAs, new wheels/tires, and a bumper chop on my GX. It turned out way better than I expected. Wes and Ross were super friendly and helpful from idea to execution, and walked me through everything they did. I ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Took my Jeep to the Outlaw Offroad in Charlotte for some routine and preventive maintenance. Wes and team did a great job! The service was top-notch. Prices are very fair. They re not the type of shop to overcharge or do work that isn t necessary. They stand behind their work and make sure you are 100% satisfied. I ll definitely be back for upgrades! Highly recommended!!!

Outlaw has been doing all of my upgrades from suspension, lockers, wheels, tires and now axle swaps. The entire team, Josh, Darb, Caleb, Troy and Fred go above and beyond for me.Having people I trust is paramount to where I decide to spend my time and money and I trust these guys.

10/10 experience, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Other local shops were giving me a hard time about ordering a set of tires and mounting them. Pulled up to outlaw off-road and they said no problem! Super easy and very clean facility. I will be back!

I've been coming here since early last fall. The quality of work has been excellent on both Jeeps that I have brought here. They don't just slap on lift kits, they know their stuff and set it up well.Wes has always been super helpful and communicative. I've had experiences at other shops where they wouldn't call me back and kept my Jeep for weeks. This is not the case at Outlaw. They finish work in a timely fashion and have always been accommodating. I highly recommend bringing your rig here if you are in the Charlotte area.

Outlaw Offroad was fantastic! They helped fix some issues I was having with my lifted F-150 and were super responsive when I had questions. They were also very flexible with drop off and pickup of my truck as it was a little out of the ordinary. My truck now drives as I expect it to. Would highly recommend them to work on your lifted rides!

This place is absolutely incredible. It s a little small in the main office area. But they are expanding. Everyone had great attitudes. They installed what I needed fast. And works amazing. They even test drove it. 10/10 recommend coming here!
