Always a great experience with this store. Today I needed a battery replacement and although it turned out that they could not help me due to the manufacture requirements for VW to replace it, they were super helpful and gave me great advice to take care of it. thanks!

Brandon and Jamie were incredible! We re in town because my wife s mom is in the ICU and our battery finally kicked the bucket at the hospital this evening and we managed to get a jump to come to this O Reillys because it was open till 10. We got there and they took a look at it and it was a tough battery replacement, but they agreed to help us with it anyway. They worked diligently to get our battery replaced and I couldn t possibly thank them enough for how much they helped us, we re very far from home and my mother in law is very sick, and this was just the proverbial icing on the cake that we didn t need. They made this whole process such an amazing experience and I wish I could give a rating that was double or triple the 5 stars that this allows me to rate. Incredible service, 50 out of 10, promote or give em a raise asap please! Highly deserved.

Unexpectedly my battery died due to Cold Weather change after going to 2 stores they told me to come back in the daytime i had to work the morning I call spoke with Dominic aka Don he said he would replace my battery it was 9pm when I arrived to the store battery was replaced in 15mins Thanks guys for the awesome customer service keep the kindness up bc car issues are soooo unexpected glad they re open until 10p

Grand store. Cordial and helpful staff. Recommended.Update: 30 Aug 2022Organized, clean, good assortment of automotive products for one's desires.Veteran friendly/Discount. I served and retired from the military, 34 years, Vietnam (combat) and Iraq (2 deployments). One establishment stated that they Stopped giving Veteran discounts because they were losing Money; the family does not Honor that establishment anymore. Mecklenburg County has a large amount of veterans that supports the economy. Honor Our Veterans as I support and honor this business, O'Reilly's, a Grand store and Recommended to ALL."ALLONS"Update:Another visit. O'Reilly continues with their high standards for the industry, second to none. I still recommend the store.

I have been here multiple times and every time different employees are their and everytime they are incredibly nice! My first time at this location and a young man (twins) helped me replace my battery and he put it in for me for free! This is an amazing service they offer!! So glad we have them

This review is to commend the staff of this location, who every time have been top-notch. My last visit was to pick up a new battery for my car. However, I had just undergone surgery and was not able to handle the replacement myself. Chris (I forgot to ask his name, but this is the name on the receipt) was extremely understanding and went above and beyond in replacing the battery; cleaning the terminals and leaving the battery mount better than when he found it. Yes, yes...I know battery installs are "free," but Chris' service was unexpected, and appreciated more than I could express. These are truly "professional" parts people.

Our Honda Odyssey suddenly had problems starting today; we depend on it daily for transporting ... including 2 preschoolers. Spur of the moment it's very difficult to get a repair appointment or get worked in. I called O'Reilly on Monroe Rd; the employee was encouraging about being able to buy and replace as there was no corrosion on the battery.Drove there and the same guy - Jvejay was SO helpful, quick, and responsive. Tested, confirmed old tired battery. In out in 20 minutes. Purchase removal and install.This could depend on how busy the store staff is. I was very impressed and appreciative.

I have been shopping at this store for a several years. Today, I needed a gas cap for a car of mine. An employee named Orlando helped me with amazing service. I had not waited long at all, I mean at all and he told me he didn't want me to wait any longer and called me to the back where he worked to ring me up. He looked up and found what I needed and rang me up. Fantastic service and a nice guy. This is the reason why I shop here. Never have had problems here. Great store.

I was having a very rough day until I met kanika she was absolutely amazing. Mike stayed by my side and made sure I had everything I needed. Justin was just as amazing he put the biggest smile on our faces. Thank y'all so much for everything! THEY ALL NEED RAISES AND PAID VACATIONS. They spent about 4 total hours with my children and I. This store in general is great!

They are very nice.I had a dead hybrid battery and they gave it a mini-charge for free, which allowed me to get my car started, get home and avoid a tow.Went again to get a battery for my generator.They couldn't be nicer.

I bought an ac compressor for my vehicle that went out inside of a month. Got another one under the warranty. And turned out that one was bad. No warranty on the second one. $300 down the drain. And had to buy another compressor. I did have some breakdown of communication as to when the first compressor would come in. After 3 phone calls and 2 visits ..I received my part. However the staff was friendly. As always. M disappointment is on the part.

Very helpful people, including a free install of a battery on a car, the one time that my son had borrowed my toolbox and I was in a bind. Very friendly people, but also professional. I could probably save a little bit shopping around at different stores, but I grew up learning that having people who know their job and give quality advice is worth so much more than just a guy who can clerk you out but doesn't know a spark plug from a wiper blade. As it has been said, customer service is remembered long after the price has been forgotten.

Friendly staff and a good selection of merchandise. Had to return a battery and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They needs to be more than one person in the store that knows how to process returns. Was a slow process for me to finding someone that knew how to ring up a defective item.

After arriving to Charlotte from GA, my brake line busted about a mile from here. And thank God for that because they were the ONLY place that had what I needed... including the only 2 tools I really needed that I didn't have in either one of my toolboxes (of course). Changed it in the parking lot (made sure to clean up my mess too!) And I was on my way. O'Reilly Auto Parts really made my day!P.S. I needed vise grips and and 16 mm wrench

Went in for a specific bolt and was helped right away. After some searching, my bolt or something similar to it could not be found. Service was honest and helpful. They recommended me to another place. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back again!

I've always had a great experience at this store. However they advertise that they close at 10 on Fridays and I just got to the store at 9:55 because I needed a tail light bulb quick and the door is locked and there is no one to be found. If there hours change they really should update their website as well as the hours on their door.

Having been a long time fan of O Reilly s my experience this evening was not a good one. My wife s car was starting slower than usual and we wanted to have the battery tested and we ve had multiple batteries installed by O Reilly s in the past and it s always been a pleasant experience. The gentleman struggled testing the battery. Finally he gave up and just said the battery was bad and based on its age had no reason to question him. We went in to purchase a battery and he rings us up and says your good to go. I said no I would like it installed please which has always been done for us before at O Reilly s. He said he s not comfortable installing batteries but if we want him to o well his words not mine. I said sir we don t want you to be uncomfortable is there someone else here that can install a battery. His coworker was not interested in assisting and disappeared upon hearing this conversation. He asked him to come out and reluctantly he did. The co worker then starts clicking on the keyboard for a few minutes and said I can t help you it s a professional installation item. We showed him the receipt from the last time it was installed at O Reilly s which was probably our third battery installed by O Reilly s on this car. Unfortunately neither of them wanted to assist us and they were actively trying to come up with any excuse not to come out and change the battery. We understand not everyone knows how to install a battery. A simple explanation that no one was available to change the battery would have been acceptable. However these two actively tried to avoid assisting us in every way possible. O Reillys has some good folks I ve worked with several of them in the past just not sure about the two working this evening.

We were at a gas station and our car would not start due to a dead battery. O'Reilly was about a mile away so I called to confirm if they had one in stock and was told they did. Got a ride to the store, picked up the battery and a couple of tools, and got the battery replaced. Great service and a well stocked store with helpful associates!

Prices can be higher than competition but staff is very helpful. Orlando really knows the auto parts business and goes above and beyond expectations. They are open until 10pm which has saved me a few times .

Jacob is the man! He is very helpful over the phone and in person. He knows his stuff and is able to help quickly if you need parts fast. He is why I shop at O'Reillys instead of other auto parts stores.

Justin in Matthews is the Best. Made trip to replace car battery so easy and he was super efficient! Highest Recommendation!
