I called around looking for a very specific coolant. This store had it. When I came in Lucas has it pulled out waiting. He even let me borrow a plastic funnel and paper towels. I appreciate that.

Michelle and Ozzy are my go-to s ! Everyone here is such a great help and get things to our body shop quick. Sometimes even within minutes! I can t praise them enough for all they do. Lately Michelle has been doing a lot of it on her own as summer has hit and people are going on a much needed vacation. She has really went above and beyond with her service and help. It blows my mind how she manages to juggle everything. Gerber loves y all!

Had a bad battery. Came in and the team helped me right away. Checked it and confirmed it was my battery and then helped me install the new one. It was tough to get the old one off but the team didn't give up and stuck with it. Was very pleased and will come back if in need of any other auto parts.

Mechelle( Marie-Teresse) Thank You for changing my headlight bulb this morning in 40 degree weather. She was so attentive and caring. She got the part within seconds and had it installed in minutes while still smiling. It s people like Mechelle (Marie-Teresse) that makes your day 100%. They had almost everything I needed. But here's the thing and the reason I go to this one particular store is because every time I go in the people in there are just as nice as they can be. The always willing to help me and they never make me look stupid. And that means a lot.

They have great customer service skills. They also will install wiper blades in the rain if you ask. Also most of the time they will either have what you are looking for in stock or they can order it for you and it will be their in 1-2 days.

Charlie is the reason I ll revisit O reillys! I went to get windshield wipers and a rearview mirror and his customer service superb! Not only did he find exactly what I needed but he also installed them.

Bought a car shade and had to immediately return it as it was too big for my vehicle. Clerk helped me find a smaller one.. dealt with 2 workers both very nice and helpful.

Nate and Charlie were the absolute greatest!!! An absolute pleasure and made changing my battery a breeze. We first went to Autozone where Roy claimed to not know how to change the battery but when we came here - Charlie had us up and running in no time. 10/10 will come back here!!! Favorite boys in all of town. Ugh wish I could have them with me always to help me with my car.

My check engine light came on and I stopped into this O'Reilly's for a diagnostic. The attendant was polite, professional, quick and very reassuring. She was a great example of the super O'Reilly's staff at every location I have ever visited.

I was the only customer in the and Wanted to purchase a battery. Was told no one would be available to install the battery until later that day

On June 4, around 4 or 5, I asked my son to go to O'Reilly's and asked them to recharge the battery for my SUV. An hour later, my son call me and the lady stated the battery is bad. I then asked my son to take it to Advance Auto parts and see what they said. An hour later, the battery is charged up and it is fine, There is no bad cell. So how do you trust a business that tries to sale you something that you don't need. It is bad business practice and I don't trust them anymore.

Because I received such poor services here a few years ago I swore that I would never return but because my husband told me there were different staff members I I returned. I'm glad I did because the new staff was awesome and helpful with all my needs

Needed a new headlamp for my Explorer on an icy night. Went to another store to buy one. They didn't want my money enough to bother unlocking the cabinet with my bulb in it. Called O'Reilly. Charlie checked the stock before I went there. My bulb was waiting for me on the counter when I arrived. Then Charlie braved the cold to pull the old bulb to confirm he had the correct bulb. Then he put the new one in for me.Can't expect any better service than this.Thanks Charlie!

Great customer service cashiers are very knowledgeable and helpful like a breath of fresh guidance and yes i love auto part stores who can point you in the direction of a great mechanic
