Part selection is very good, however front desk service needs some work. They are too busy entering orders for other people that aren t actually standing here in the store waiting. Hopefully you don t need something from the back, then you have to wait for that to arrive up front. Just not a good walk in experience.

I was on the 85 when the car infront of me rolled over a huge piece of blown tire. I tried to avoid it, but it slammed into the bottom of my left fender and dislodged the left, plate air flap. Johnny found the clips needed to replace the 3 out of 4 that were missing to reattach the plate air flap. He also noticed that the tire impact created a slight separation of my fender. Besides checking the fender, he also advised me to have my alignment checked at my Georgia Subaru dealership, since I ran over that blown tire. He was professional and friendly and we appreciated it very much. Thanks Johnny!!

Fantastic Service! Andre was Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful.He helped me and took the time to explain about my car so I would understand & what I should do.Highly recommend this place.

There was a guy Andre that went a few extra miles for me and a battery purchase.Too much to mention but most just grab a battery and sell it. This guy really wanted to make sure the battery was good. Even though they were quite busy, he didn't rush about anything at all.Seems like a small deal but for me it was appreciated.

Good customer service and the workers know how to move a line. Came in to get a new radiator hose and after a few minutes of not finding it the woman asked another worker who wasn't working the register to go look for her while she continued to ring people up. I walked around the store while I waited and when it was ready she called me back and was ready for payment. I really appreciated the urgency and how efficient the workers were.

I've never had a bad experience here, and I often regret going to another auto parts store for one reason or another. It's kind of weird to say that, but there it is. Their prices are good and the staff is helpful and accessible. It doesn't seem like it should take much to have a good experience at an auto parts store, but after witnessing other stores struggle with offering it I felt compelled to leave a positive review for this store.

As a woman they made me feel comfortable asking questions and was very helpful. The man that helped me even took time to show me how to replace my windshield wipers so I would know how myself and told me step by step. Truly a friendly place to get auto parts.

The service was OKAY a little bit of training could happen to help them deal with a crowd, but I gave them some slack since they had a big sale going on. I was the store didn't commit fraud making it seem as though you were getting coupons in the mail only to find out that they were useless.

Very difficult docks. Very little room to get turned around. Only reason this is 4 stars is because of the people I dealt with. They are very friendly and courteous. If you are delivering, note there's no overnight parking. To access the dock area, take the street on the east side of the building. Good luck.

My appointment was for 9am and got there at 7:30am and was unloaded by 8am. Awesome place great service. The entrance is the second drive way. You will see sign that saids employees and will call. Go into that entrance. Absolutely no overnight not even on the roads.

Gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed before letting me leave unhappy! He found everything I needed and more! He was very courteous as well! Thank you Napa for hiring great employees!!!!

I stopped in on a weekday afternoon to get a car battery. I brought the old battery in and put it on the counter by one of the computers. And then I stood and waited. And waited. There were 4 employees that I could see: one woman and one man each working on a computer, and two other guys just kind of hanging around. No one said a word to me. There was one other customer, and it appeared he had just finished up and left. I waited patiently for a few minutes, and still nothing. I was right near the middle where they all could clearly see me. At one point, one of the guys hanging around actually looked at me while he yawned and started fidgeting with his arms the way someone does when they're bored. After that, I decided I didn't want to give this place any of my money so I picked up my car battery and left, and still no one said a word as I left. It was like I was invisible. I see other reviews of this place that are glowing about the customer service, but that wasn't my experience at all. Autozone's car batteries may be garbage but at least workers there say "hello, I'll be with you in a moment." If a manager reads this and wants to view security footage of it, this happened on 11/4/19, I think it was around 230-245pm.

Took forever to pay for the item I wanted. Got to the counter and was charged a price different from the shelf. Add another 10 minutes for the manager to get off the phone to adjust the price. Wont be back again!

My back light was out and I went there to purchase a light bulb and he was so friendly and nice and put it in for me being a woman I'm not very handy so 5 stars for this company ladies this is the place to go, also he was handsome.

I went to the store to get a oil pan bolt. I had to go back 2x because they had 2 different ones that supposedly fit my car. Their book was wrong. I was sent to a different auto parts place. They had the same problem. I went to the hardware store and got exactly what I needed for a lot less. They were friendly.

Giving 1 star is still giving them too much credit. Cannot say enough how terrible all of my experiences have been with this store. The employees Stephanie Robinson and TeeJay Barlee or Bartee were the main two that I dealt with and I am frustrated with my treatment. First, I was pressured into pre-paying for rotors and told I could pick them up next week when they were delivered to the store, I paid, and when I returned they couldn t find them. They knew they had been delivered, they had seen them, but couldn't find them after 10 mins of searching, so I got my money back. Brushed it off as misplacement and gave them some understanding as they are rearranging their store. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.Today, I came back again to get some brake rotor screws. My husband went into the store and tried to get them, spoke with Stephanie, who did not even greet him when he walked up, and then had no knowledge of what he was asking for even though he explained it was a SCREW to hold a brake rotor in place, in which she pulled out her book and showed him three different types of BOLTS. If you work in an auto store, please know the difference between a screw and a bolt and really have a basic level of knowledge to look up rotor screws. Eventually she ended up just saying we don't have that, so he left. Seriously, if the only you can help someone is if they come in and tell you the exact part number for what they need, you need to reevaluate your system.I looked up the part number from their website and called to see if they had it in stock. I ended up being put on hold for over 25 mins, for about 5 of the minutes I was back in their store talking the TeeJay. When Stephanie answered the phone she once again did not even greet me, she just said, "Can I put you on hold?" Then did so without waiting for a response! She did this 4 times over the 25 minutes I was on hold, never once taking the time to see if it was something quick she could help me with, rather than continually putting me on hold. When I asked Tee Jay if this was their policy, first he tried to talk around the questions, but eventually he said No and that it would be handled, which I doubt. When I asked if it was acceptable to put someone on hold for over 20 minutes he said that he had to give priority to the people in the store, which I understand to some degree, but as you recall my husband was in the store and he got shotty service as well.Now, when I asked for the number to HR to place my complaint I was given the wrong number 3 times! I don't know if this was on purpose, if TeeJay was flustered, or if it is a part of the general incompetence that seems to exist at this NAPA. Luckily, I tried each number that he gave me while I was still in the store, even asking other customers around me to verify that I had dialed what he wrote down.I used to love NAPA, in VA, the employees were always helpful and knowledgeable, as you would expect people working in an auto store to be and even when they did not know, they went out of their way to help you, instead of just saying I don t know or claiming that they didn t have it. That being said now that I live in NC I will never spend one more penny at NAPA especially this one, and will let all of my friends and family to do the same.Take your business to O Reilly s, Autozone, Advanced Auto, or really anywhere but here.

I asked to use the rest room to wash my hands because i got antifreeze on them and the manager said, I don't have one up here so rudely. We all know auto parts store have a bathroom in back of house for customers and employees. Bad Business and professionalism on that manager for preference use of restroom

I was so upset. I called in to see if they had the part I needed and they said yes we got it. So I went right over and when I got there, they don't have it. The computer said you have it but yet you don't. Don't tell me another store has it you wasted my time driving here!

I wish I could give less than a star. They should just get rid of there phone. I was on hold for almost an hour then I call back to tell them I've been on hold for so long and he just acted like he didn't care. Rude at it's best.

I called this store on a Sunday just to find out if they had an item in stock. I was left on hold until I called back then I had to provide the part number. Isn t that their job? Then I was told the S Tryon store had it in stock. There isn t even a S Tryon store, South Blvd yea !! I wouldn t shop this store for more than free air.

I own a 96 Dodge Dakota and couldn't find the parts at the competition so I went here though they didn't have them in house I was able to get them within 36 hours and at A Great place.

Good store, good location, very busy. Wait times can be long, but the employees are very nice. Could really use a self-checkout for simple stuff.

This Napa is the main warehouse for the greater Charlotte area. They have EVERYTHING! Service is good. Prices are fair. It does take some time to pull parts since most things are warehoused in the back.

They are great the people are friendly and the service is FAST! The parts delivery driver James is Amazing, he is always professional and courteous! Give him a raise!!!
